Deluxe \"Delta\" Vacation Bungalow in private marina on the California Delta

There is designated parking for each Bungalow, with additional parking available south of the Bungalow between the L dock and M dock. Unauthorized parking will be ticketed by on-site security. During summer months, parking may fill up quickly. A fee of $25 per night is charged for watercraft parking, and a reservation is required for slips and trailer space.

Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, but guests should contact the property in advance to arrange this.

Pets are allowed, with a maximum of two dogs under 50 lbs each. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Service animals are exempt from these restrictions.

The Bungalows can accommodate up to four guests with a queen-size bed and a pull-out futon. There is no specific mention of cribs or rollaway beds, and any requests for additional sleeping arrangements should be confirmed in advance.

The property is located on the waterfront in Lincoln Village West, Stockton, California. It is close to attractions such as the Children's Museum of Stockton and the World of Wonders Science Museum. The area offers activities like jet skiing, kayaking, and ecotours. It is conveniently situated 1 mile from Highway 5 and a market center.

Breakfast is not provided on-site, but there are two restaurants at Village West Marina, including Bob's at the Marina, which offers breakfast options.
