The hotel is well located close to main tourist attraction walkable within 15 min, there a train station Garibaldi will take you directly to aeroport. Bus and tramway all around. The facilities at the hotel is very basic, no safe in the room, no water provided but there is a supermarket on tje corner of the street and if you are ok with tap water than you’ll be fine,

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to Old Nice, lots of places to eat, drink and shop very close by. Currently there is construction across the road which may be noises but I had a room at the back so never heard anything. My room was on the 7th floor and there is only one lift which can be really slow so be patient. I was in a double room by myself which was fine but it would be really cosy if there were 2 people sharing. The tram station to the airport is only a 5 minute walk, so really handy.

Would recommend this stay but hotel can improve a few things. The location of the hotel is convenient walking distance to the Marina and Garibaldi Place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean everyday and the cleaning staff did a great job! The hotel can improve on the following to be great. The AC does not do a good job to cool down. Kept it on and lower temperature for hours and ended up opening the window which allowed mosquitoes in. The rooms are tiny without much space for luggage, storage and laptop/ working. Irons are available but need to go down to the reception and leave an ID to get it and return it to get an ID. Save some work for you and the guests and add irons to every room.

The room itself was decent. Comfortable bed and clean. Good welcoming and great location. However, the downside of having rooms with no safe has left me without AirPods. The person (staff) would’ve throughly gone through our things to find them. So disappointing as we would of stayed there again, now leaving me to fly home in silence! Bad ending to a great holiday!

We could only check in at 4p.m., but the staff allowed us to leave our bags in storage. The location of the hotel is great. There was mould on the ceiling in the shower. There is building work going on around the hotel and the room was small.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location near Garibaldi Place and the old town. It was also near the tram and bus stop which was ideal for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite and made us feel really welcome. Our room was cleaned every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This hotel deserves at least 4*!

Ich habe alles bekommen, wie gebucht. Zimmer ist sehr klein - aber das war bekannt. Insofern alles gut. Modern eingerichtet. Auch das Bad. Sehr sauber! Alleine bei den täglich neuen Handtüchern hatte ich so meine Momente: Es waren jedes Mal 2 bis 3 fremde lange Haare drin. Nicht so schön! Aber ansonsten alles gut. Ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet. Zum satt werden. Fussläufig perfekt in 12-15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Also perfekt gelegen. Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Und viele Restaurants und Cafés. Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn wieder in Nizza, dann immer wieder dieses Hotel (aber ein größeres Zimmer). Wichtig: Vor dem Haus ist eine Baustelle. Die fangen morgens um 7.30h an. Daher unbedingt ein Zimmer nach hinten nehmen

The only real attraction of this tired and rather shabby property is its location on the edge of the old town, some ten mins walk from the Marché aux Fleurs and the seafront. The attractive Place Garibaldi with its cafés and brasseries is just around the corner and the Garibaldi tram stop (for line 1 to the main railway station) is 3 mins walk away. I had the good fortune to have a room on the top floor at the back (small with minimal facilities) that thankfully was quiet and provided a pleasant view over the rooftops. The lobby with the reception staff sheltered away behind plastic screens and an unpleasant musty smell is not a particularly welcoming environment. Breakfast is entirely self-service and offers a standard if unexciting choice of canteen type foods. The coffee delivered by the automats bears little relation to the real thing.

Took their time cleaning our room so we had to wait till 4 to check in even though we showed up at 11am. No rush to get us our rooms. Another one of our group found bed bugs. The front desk ask him to email the manager. Pretty sure that should be the front desks job.

The room was fine but not what the pictures showed. Our only window was to an internal terrace with 2 plants. However the room while small was extremely quiet. The location was excellent. When you drive up from a taxi it looks sketchy but the other side is a beautiful square

The air conditioning in the room was great and much needed after a hot day of walking around Nice. The rooms are REALLY small, especially for two people with two suitcases. There is just enough room to have the two twin beds about 4 inches apart, a desk to set one suitcase on (the other had to sit by the door) and to squeeze around the beds to get to the bathroom which is 6inches from one of the beds. Good place to rest but not enough room to spend much time in it. Would stay again, just expect very basic accommodations.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect, very central and convenient for getting around. The bathroom tap was dripping.Told at the reception and yhey said yhey would repair it. When we came back in yhe evening and asked, the receptionist didn't know what we wre talking about. There was no communication between the receptionists. It was so smelly in yhe room They also asked us to pay for breakfast on check out , when we had already paid- again no communication between the receptionists or noyhing written on the records.

The hotel is very clean and the location is at a walking distance from the major tourist sites. The staff is very polite, helpful and accommodating. As our flight was cancelled in the last minute, Hotel Campanile staff quickly accommodated us for 4 additional days in a very short notice. We recommend the hotel and should we visit Nice again, this is the place we will go to.

Bra utgångspunkt att uppleva Nice åt alla håll. Läget kan inte vara bättre. Granne med Moderna museet Mamac och spårvagn på Place Garibaldi. Rummet är kanske inte det största men har allt du behöver, bra säng och mkt bra dusch. Mkt god kontinental frukost. Trevlig och servicevänlig personal. Blir förstahandsval vid återbesök i Nice.

Das Hotel liegt sehr "ZENTRAL". Alles gut fussläufig erreichbar. Grosser Vorteil: Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre für Fahrten ins Umland oder nach Monaco. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und vielfältig. Ein ideales Hotel für eine Städtetour.

We love the hotel and its location, and it's clean and close to transportation. The staff is helpful. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast. It's better to walk a few steps to get a good breakfast outside.
