Good hotel in a quiet location a little way back from the promenade but still within easy walking distance of the beach and the city centre/old town.Good sized room. No restaurant (only a breakfast room) but a huge selection of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small bar which the reception staff will attended when requested as there is a small garden at the front which was a nice place to have a drink.

Nice garden where we enjoyed our complimentary VIP benefit drink. Quiet room. We requested twin beds which they said they’d give us but didn’t. Too bad but the stay was good.

Hotel is in a great location- close to the tram stop and central Nice. Beach, bars and restaurants close by. Bright and pleasant room and comfortable bed. The only disappointment was that the hotel advertised a ‘bar and snacks ‘ . On arrival we were a little peckish so asked for the snack menu at reception to be told that they didn’t do snacks! Disappointing!

Ok hotel. It’s spacious rooms and nice location. However the cleaning could be better, specially in the bathroom. Breakfast was good considered the price and you could sit outside in the garden to eat.

Chambre (suite familiale pour 4) non disponible une fois arrivés sur place. Remplacement par 2 chambres minuscules. Lit « king size » = 2 lits simples collés. Salle de bain et mobilier ont vraiment besoin d’être rénovés au gout du jour. Baignoire minuscule (autant juste mettre une douche!), sans rideau de douche ou paroi en verre = éclaboussures partout. Pommeau de douche ne tient pas (il tombe et arrose le mur). Murs très fins (on entend les voisins parler). Pas de machine à café (juste une bouilloire) Vue sur une cour arrière avec des poubelles. Pas de stationnement sur place. Un parking payant de la ville est disponible à 500m. Des box minuscules sont aussi disponibles à 250m pour $25/nuit. 4 étoiles?! Au grand max 2.5!

Right on the edge of the shopping and attractions and easy access just a few blocks from the beach. The staff service was friendly and accommodating from the desk to the cleaning staff. The outdoor area is comfortable and clean as well. The room and bathroom were comfy and spacious. I would recommend this place again and probably stay here unless I wanted to glitz it up at the casino or somewhere else.

The front garden through which you enter the hotel is lovely and peaceful. Our room was spacious and felt newly renovated, to the point that it seemed it had not been fully furnished yet, for example with a sofa. Still, it was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. In particular, the croissants were warm and appeared to be freshly baked. Of special note, people at the front desk were very helpful when we needed to find a walk-in clinic. Their information allowed us to get the assistance we needed in a timely way. Merci!

Nice, quiet, conveniently located hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpfull, rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Important was walkable distance to train station, as we traveled a lot by train to other towns.

The room carpet was dirty, there were stains on the curtains, things dirty or broken. I only stayed for a night, but I wouldn’t stayed again neither recommend to anyone. Good thing: The staff were very friendly and helpful.

La struttura si presenta molto bene e il personale è molto gentile. Purtroppo le camere non sono dello stesso livello. Nella stanza c’era un fastidioso odore di fogna che proveniva dalla doccia e la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Inoltre la moquette era piena di macchie.

Disappointing Stay! Our stay at Best Western Plus Hôtel Brice Garden in Nice was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had and we travel often. We booked an Exclusive Room but there was absolutely nothing exclusive about it. The photos online are misleading.The room itself was in terrible condition. It was dirty upon arrival, and to our shock, the bed sheets had visible blood stains. Despite multiple requests to the front desk over our 4-night stay, the sheets were only replaced the night before we checked out. The mattress was so worn that the springs pushed into our bodies, and the linens felt rough and low quality.The room smelled strongly of urine and sewage, particularly at night, which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was moldy and visibly unclean; we were all uneasy about using the shower. The towels provided were far from hotel standard, greyed, threadbare, and simply unhygienic. The air conditioning broke during a 35°C heatwave, and we were told no one was available to fix it. Thankfully, my husband was able to get it working! The Wi-Fi was nonexistent in the room and for basic tasks like checking emails we had to go down to the lobby. We were told our room was “the best,” which is very concerning. We relied on the 10/10 reviews when booking, but based on our experience, I question their legitimacy. This is not a 4-star hotel—it feels more like a run-down motel. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake!

Het verblijf was teleurstellend. Alles was er afgeleefd. Het tapijt dat overal ligt, had een sterke geur. Enkel een kamer met laminaat viel mee. Vlekekn op het behang en scheuren. De zetels beneden hadden scheuren in de stof. Enzoverder. Ik heb al regelmatig in een 4 sterrenhotel verbleven en dit was het niet.

Only Room 8 locates downstairs beside the road and it was noisy as ppl walk by. There is no Hot water in shower. May be second floor and third floor rooms are better. breakfast is good and hotel is walkable to train and old city.

Positive points: Friendly staff Breakfast Lots of restaurants around Negative points: Internet is disconnected a lot and no internet for a few hours Parking is not good. There is a parking across the hotel for another residence, so I had to stop my car just in front of the main hotel entrance which has only space for one car at a time to get the remote for the garage door and park your car. That’s just a few steps walk to the hotel.

The location is not bad - 10 10-minute walk to most popular areas. The street noise at night is very loud and the windows are old and not soundproof. Our air conditioning did not work and it was so hot we had to open the windows making the noise unbearable - I complained in the morning and had to remind them in the afternoon but the did have maintenance fix it. Breakfast is average and pricy for the quality

If you have rooms 403 or 404 they have a large terrace attached. It dies mean walking from the 3rd floor; but the quiet spacious tetrahedron made it worth the walk.

A nice "boutique" style hotel, located centrally enough to get anywhere around Nice on foot or using mass transit, yet in a relatively quiet neighborhood. One is only a couple of walking minutes to the beach or to where the action is! The breakfast is decent, with quite a few options on the buffet. The room size is just fine and the amenities are good for the price in the off-season. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful, which is not something to be taken for granted in city hotels.

Loved staying at this hotel. Arrived very late 2am as our plane was delayed twice. Contacted the hotel to advise and they had no problem with us arriving late. We had 5 nights The air con was brilliant as it was very hot in Nice. Every day we were given 2 bottles of water, very appreciated. The location was walkable to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Right on the edge of the shopping and attractions and easy access just a few blocks from the beach. The staff service was friendly and accommodating from the desk to the cleaning staff. The outdoor area is comfortable and clean as well. The room and bathroom were comfy and spacious. I would recommend this place again and probably stay here unless I wanted to glitz it up at the casino or somewhere else.

We loved the hotel. It was a trip to celebrate my 60year birthday and we were automatically upgraded to a junior suite since the room was not ready at checkin. They also offered us champagne when we were waiting for the room. The room was very nice with a private terrace. The staff was very kind and serviceminded and helped us a lot. Breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. for example freshlly squeezed orange juice. The hotel is located very near the promenade and a short walk from massena and old town. We will be back!

I loved the fact this hotel was close to shops, beach and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was great! The only issue I had was the private beach access. Ruhl Plage only takes care of their 5 star hotels before Best Western even if you have a voucher. You aren’t guaranteed a spot. We were lucky as we stood in their line that started at 8:30am and spoke with the owners. But we had to speak to them everyday! It helped to have lunch reservations at Ruhl Plage. But note not everyone gets in.

The location is not bad - 10 10-minute walk to most popular areas. The street noise at night is very loud and the windows are old and not soundproof. Our air conditioning did not work and it was so hot we had to open the windows making the noise unbearable - I complained in the morning and had to remind them in the afternoon but the did have maintenance fix it. Breakfast is average and pricy for the quality

WE had our own rooftop deck which was a nice feature. Had to turn off the heat as the room got very hot. The breakfast is an excellent option if you want to get going early. Highly recommended

Nice property and good value for money. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good buffet breakfast. I liked the lobby with lots of group seating and the garden. Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and brownies was an extra treat, especially for the kids :)

The BW Brice Hotel is located close to beach, restaurants, train station. The rooms are comfortable, and good air conditioning. The breakfast was also delicious. It is a great hotel, and I would recommend staying here.
