Well located, cute hotel. Parking is off site a couple blocks away, but if you offload your bags to the lobby and then go park it's fine. 25 €. The tiny elevator was hilarious, but we really liked it overall. The location was priceless. Walk to all the shopping and eating!

Great location! Just off the main shopping street. Walkable to Old Town, the beach, and the train. Clean. Staff were helpful with arranging a winery tour. Water and coffee available in the lobby. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.

Anden nat dejligt værelse med sidde-balkon, hvor man havde den bedste udsigt til det pulserende liv i charmerende sidegade til Jean Medicin -som der også var kig til. Begge værelser tene og pæne. Pænt fællesområde og mulighed for at låne liggeunderlag, parasol m.m. til stranden. Gratis kaffe og afkølet renset vand i karafler til at tage med på værelset.

We chose Hotel Nap based on the good reviews on Expedia and were not disappointed. The place is well located to enjoy Nice. Staff in reception and at breakfast were friendly and efficient, room and public areas spotless. Good to have complimentary coffee, tea and chilled water available. We had a standard twin room at the front of the hotel which was fine for a night. Parking on street was easy nearby and costs 2.40eur for 2 hours between 9am and 8pm.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, modern & gemütlich. Es war sauber & ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unten beim Empfang konnte man sich täglich Wasserflaschen auffüllen & Kaffe holen. Auch kleine Snacks waren dort inklusive, das fanden wir wirklich eine sehr süße Geste. Die Lage ist Top! Das Personal war immer freundlich! Unsere Koffer konnten wir auch aufbewahren. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt! Sehr empfehlenswert. - Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad zu schaffen. Allgemein war es teilweise auch sehr hellhörig, aber das Hotel hat einem auch schon Ohropax bereit gelegt! :)

We had a large room, with a big bathroom which were both very good. It was at the back of the hotel so if I was going again I would ask for a room at the front for more light. There was iced water and coffee permanently available for free in reception, the water was very welcome in 37 heat. There were also beach umbrellas to borrow. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Vi hadde opphold i ei uke september/ oktober og fikk en veldig fin opplevelse i å være på dette hotellet. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Det er lett å ta trikk til flyplassen og andre deler av Nice. Det er ca. 150 m til trikkholdeplass som går til hotellet. Togstasjon og strand er også i gåavstand. Hotellet er veldig rent, og rommet ble ryddet daglig. Frokost var også veldig god. Personalet er trivelig og serviceinnstilt. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

First off, our room was not clean. There were someone’s used lashes on the nightstand, hair strands over the floor and bed. Makeup marks on the sheets. When I contacted the front desk, they advised me there was nothing they could do about it housekeeping was gone for the day and no other room they could switch me too. We stayed at this hotel on two diff segments. Second time there was mildew above shower. Overall for both rooms the room is very tight. Bed is too large for room and no walk around one side and closet I way of other I even paid for larger room. Now staying at another hotel and for $20 more much larger room and shower and amentities inc coffee, refridge and other items NAP hotel did not.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt, ruhig aber doch Zentral in einer Nebenstraße. Die Zimmer sind klein aber gemütlich. Die Dusche war extrem klein, zum waschen der Beine muss man die Türen öffnen. Wenn man nicht zu genau hinsieht ist die Sauberkeit auch ok

Comfortable room and bed in small hotel well located in the downtown area of Nice. 8 minute walk to the sea and old town area. Easy tram or suburban line access. Nice Ville (main) train station is 12 minute walk away. The standard room was definitely on the small side, especially the shower. If you are not a small person you'll be banging your elbows and knees on the shower partitions many times trying to get clean. Once actually, the water never warmed and had to skip a shower that day. I'm sure a one-off problem, but it was substantial for me that day. No food options, no water kettle in room which is annoying. So this is really just a bed and half-shower in a clean place in a good area. I would stay again if I was in a more spacious room with real-size shower.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring. The hotel in itself is nice, the staff are very pleasant. Like most of our stay in Nice, Lyon, Cannes the hotels aren’t the best. Terrible soundproofing, and quite dated. But overall it’s clean and comfortable.

The location is good, and allows for easy access to most things in Nice. My primary complaint is the noice. The walls are SUPER thin, and as I was given room 107 (directly opposite the food/lounge area) I could hear everything both day and night. If they give you room 107, insist on another.

Really close to tram stop for the airport tram, and short walk (<10mins) to both SNCF station, beach, and old town, so very convenient location. Nice to have complimentary tea, coffee, water and sweets. Room and hotel was generally in good condition. Room was a little small, but not an issue as we didn't spend much time in the room. It was a noisy hotel - doors in other rooms slamming through the night, other rooms playing music in the night, people in the corridors and TV/voices travelling through the building worse than anywhere else we've stayed - they even left earplugs in the bathroom, so presumably this is a known issue.

Ein sehr praktisches Hotel für einen Städtetrip. Das normale Zimmer ist klein aber ausreichend wenn man mit dort schläft. Auch die Dusche ist sehr klein und eng. Super nette Angestellte. Jederzeit ist Wasser, Kaffee und Tee kostenlos verfügbar. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sauber! Das Bett super bequem. Die Mühe zu den Zügen und zum Strand sind perfekt

Nice hotel close to old town and beach. Trolly line on main street next to hotel. Great coffee and bread store nearby. Hotel held my luggage for 3 days between trips which was nice. Rooms are very tight w queen bed and shower as well. Could use smaller bed to make room to walk around room

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Nice. 2 mins walk from the tram station, 10 mins into the old town, 25 minutes to the port. The standard room was spacious and clean - the bathroom was very small but it suited us perfectly for a 2 night stay. Beds were comfortable but pillows were think and there was only one spare one between 2 people. I still slept very well. I did hear a but of noise from other rooms (talking) which i imagine might be a problem in high season when the hotel is full, but for our November it was fine. Coffee bar at reception was a nice touch and completely free. There was also water, syrups, and sweets- and even croissants one day too. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as they advised me prior to our stay that they could not cater for gluten free. The breakfast room looked nice though. Staff were helpful and friendly, allowing us to store luggage before check in. They even left a voucher for wine and some chocolates for my partners Birthday whoch was lovely. Our room had a large opening window which looked out onto the street - nice and quiet, lovely to get the sun in, and a nice place to sit. We paid £45 per night for 2 of us room only which was an absolute steal - i wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and would be happy to pay more.

I did hear a but of noise from other rooms (talking) which i imagine might be a problem in high season when the hotel is full, but for our November it was fine. Coffee bar at reception was a nice touch and completely free. There was also water, syrups, and sweets- and even croissants one day too. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as they advised me prior to our stay that they could not cater for gluten free. The breakfast room looked nice though. Staff were helpful and friendly, allowing us to store luggage before check in. They even left a voucher for wine and some chocolates for my partners Birthday whoch was lovely. Our room had a large opening window which looked out onto the street - nice and quiet, lovely to get the sun in, and a nice place to sit. We paid £45 per night for 2 of us room only which was an absolute steal - i wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and would be happy to pay more.

On the last night of our stay, someone broke into our hotel room, accessed to our electronic safe (which was locked and secured with a unique 4 digit code), and stole all of our cash. We immediately reported this to the reception as soon as noticing the door of the electronic safe was open when we entered to our room. However, the receptionist on duty initially doubted our claim and suggested that we might have left the door open (which we did not for sure). Despite our insistence on the severity of the situation, we were told to wait until the morning to call the police. The following morning, the manager tried to investigate the incident by attaching a key card machine to our room door to track entries and exits. There were no cameras on 2nd floor where we stayed, and only cameras at the entrance of the hotel, and that’s it!. The results confirmed an unauthorized entry into our room with a duplicate key during our absence. It was also discovered that there was no receptionist monitoring the hotel entrance at that time of the incident. Even though with all these facts, hotel management ignored our claim and didn’t help us recover the money was stolen from us at the property. Also, Orbitz customer service was not helpful and didn’t stay on our side to support with the situation. We are very disappointed with no solution during our stay abroad and do not recommend this hotel and definitely do not recommend Orbitz to anyone.

Comfortable small hotel with an elevator and a/c. Clean remodeled room with very nice styled toilet plus sink and separate shower room. Old charm with modern comforts. Friendly accommodating staff. Well located, cute hotel. Parking is off site a couple blocks away, but if you offload your bags to the lobby and then go park it's fine. 25 €. The tiny elevator was hilarious, but we really liked it overall. The location was priceless. Walk to all the shopping and eating!

Great location! Just off the main shopping street. Walkable to Old Town, the beach, and the train. Clean. Staff were helpful with arranging a winery tour. Water and coffee available in the lobby. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.

Comfortable room and bed in small hotel well located in the downtown area of Nice. 8 minute walk to the sea and old town area. Easy tram or suburban line access. Nice Ville (main) train station is 12 minute walk away. The standard room was definitely on the small side, especially the shower. If you are not a small person you'll be banging your elbows and knees on the shower partitions many times trying to get clean. Once actually, the water never warmed and had to skip a shower that day. I'm sure a one-off problem, but it was substantial for me that day. No food options, no water kettle in room which is annoying. So this is really just a bed and half-shower in a clean place in a good area. I would stay again if I was in a more spacious room with real-size shower.

Vi hadde opphold i ei uke september/ oktober og fikk en veldig fin opplevelse i å være på dette hotellet. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Det er lett å ta trikk til flyplassen og andre deler av Nice. Det er ca. 150 m til trikkholdeplass som går til hotellet. Togstasjon og strand er også i gåavstand. Hotellet er veldig rent, og rommet ble ryddet daglig. Frokost var også veldig god. Personalet er trivelig og serviceinnstilt. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting Nice and absolutely loved this hotel! The best part about it is the location, it is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and is only a short 10 min walk to the heart of Old Town and the beach. It’s also a short walk to the train station which was so convenient when travelling to other cities. The rooms were spacious enough and the service was wonderful. Our room also came with free breakfast which had a lot of varieties and was super convenient. There was also a free coffee and water station which was so nice not having to buy water! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend it to other travellers to Nice who want a good location for a reasonable price!

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend (2 große Koffer sind aber fast zuviel). Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück war ok, am Montagmorgen gab es aber scheinbar niemanden, der sich um den Raum gekümmert hat. Dreckiges Geschirr überall. Im Flur reicht es sehr muffig, im Zimmer war es aber nicht so.
Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend (2 große Koffer sind aber fast zuviel). Zimmer und Bad waren sauber.
