The bathroom required some attention, the shower head didnt stay in the holder and so was diffciult to shower. There were cracked tiles on the bath panel with some mould in places around the bath. Staff on the information desk were less than helpful when requesting a birthday badge for my daughter and sent me to the check in desk.....which i had to queue again, to no avail. Our room (17) and block (11 Luigi) were perfectly placed for a walk to the park. We were unable to find ice from any machine in ANY block, when requesting ice at reception I was relayed back to the machines. You get what you pay for and this stay was perfect for what we needed (comfy bed at the end of a long park day) but I don't think we could have stayed more than 2 nights.

The hotel and room were perfect for a stay with young kids. A short walk to the parks, there’s a shop and cafe on site as well as the restaurant and bar. The rooms are basic but have everything needed and my kids loved the Cars theme. Staff were very friendly. We’ve previously stayed at the Cheyenne hotel, but found little difference between quality of the rooms so we’ll definitely choose Santa Fe again given the price difference.

We stay every year - friendly staff, clean, comfortable and great shower pressure. Good value for money when talking Disney prices. 20 min walk to Disney park but you are still in Disney bubble. Will be back again
