Campanile Val de France près de Disneyland Paris

Chambre impersonnelle, sans identité. Plusieurs problèmes en cours de séjour (fuite de chasse d’eau, blocage du verrouillage de la porte d’entrée). Literie agréable, gros plus pour la petite ferme qui propose un vrai bol d’air avec plusieurs animaux visiblement en forme et bien traités. Le petit déjeuner était correct, et le personnel plutôt agréable. Couloirs bruyants. On a apprécié le bar lounge et la petite boutique dédiée. Attention à la navette qui est toujours bondée, et dont les passages sont plus qu’aléatoires (jusqu’à 45 minutes d’attente sur le site de Disneyland Paris car deux navettes ne sont pas passées).

Property was close to Disneyland, Lovely small farm out the back. Breakfast was good but nothing outstanding, staff were efficient and kind. Lovely bar area downstairs with food, drinks and arcades and also a small convenient shop.

Nous avons prit 2 nuits a l'hôtel, et bien que nous ayons une remise, 34€ de parking je trouve ça cher quand on dort à l'hôtel. Peut être envisager de le faire gratuit pour les gens qui dorment a l'hôtel.

Die Unterkunft ist für eine Reise ins Disneyland Paris gut gelegen. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung. Negativ man muss als Hotelgast 17€ pro Nacht Parkgebühren zahlen um die Fremdparker zu verhindern. Ich finde für Hotelgäste sollte das inklusive sein.

Rooms are small with no convenient amenities, like a bar of soap (only liquid soap) and no USB plugs for phones. Was also surprised they didn’t have hand towels. Bed was kinda hard and small. It was quiet though and good priced. The area was near Disney with a free shuttle which was so helpful! They had a lot of helpful amenities at the hotel, like fresh late night bar food, arcade games, toiletries for purchase, and a gift shop with lots of fun stuff in there. We really appreciated that. It felt very safe and convenient. We would stay here again.

Room was clean and well maintained, excellent free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris, annoying that I had to pay 15euro parking fee for the day which wasn't there when I initially booked. It's only free to park when you book direct with Campanile themselves.

Room is very clean, bed was comfy and the blackout curtains mean you get a good night’s sleep. There are plenty of distractions for the kids on site, our son loves seeing the parrots an the farm animals. Staff are polite and efficient a the breakfast staff are friendly. Breakfast is varied enough to set you up for the day, though more free from options would be a valuable addition. The shuttle is great but how busy it is can be an issue and the frequency isn’t always what it says on the screens.

Great hotel The amount of ammenties in reception is some of the best I have ever seen. Has a Starbucks inside too The shop was great and they literally was everything you can think of for sale Room super clean - the only problem was the toilet flusher did not work properly!

The room was spotless and the staff in general were really good. At breakfast the staff seemed a little stressy coping with the numbers of guests. The hotel has everything you need on a small scale and at a cost. The worst thing was the scramble for the FREE return bus from Disneyland. Early closing at the park on 2 of our nights meant that lots of people left at the same time. We highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, nicely presented. Beds comfy and adequate heating. Rooms need extra attention to cleaning, thick dust on wardrobe sides and under beds.

Accueil bien et c’est tout. Chambre avec une odeur horrible d’égouts et de renfermé. Lit 2 places de petite taille, confort plus que moyen. Salle de bains très vieille, dans son jus avec lavabo cassé et recollé. De nombreuses traces d’humidité, peinture écaillée, et traces de réparation indigne d’un professionnel de l’hôtellerie. Étonnant qu’il ait encore la possibilité de rester avec le nom de Campanile. Ici, il s’apparente plus à un hôtel bas de gamme. Et le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon! Fruits en boites de conserve, boissons chaudes à la machine ( même le thé) avec aucun goût et autres produits surgelés. Trop cher pour les prestations fournies.

Ich komme seit Jahren in dieses Hotel. Diesmal war das Zimmer sehr sauber jedoch leider wieder schimmlige Fugen im Bad. Ich verstehe, dass nicht alles immer perfekt gehalten werden kann aber Schimmel muss nicht sein. Zum Glück sind wir keine Allergiker. Leider war diesesmal auch kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich, da das Bett bei jeder kleinesten Bewegung geknarrrt hat.

Cleaning could be a little bit better. No outlets next to the beds. Hard beds.

Muy buena limpieza, pero se escucha todo el ruido de otras habitaciones y pasillos, el baño necesita una reforma y el desayuno muy escueto, mucha bollería industrial pero poca variedad de plato caliente o fruta. Ha perdido mucha calidad con los años.

This worked well for our Disney trip. The only thing is that the rooms are quite small. It also would have been helpful to have a fridge in the room, especially as a lot of families have young children.

Overall it was a decent stay, rooms basic but clean, beds made every day and new towels given. Breakfast was awful, it was that bad that I only had it twice in the 5 nights I stayed there. Everything was cold, the sausages, bacon, potatoes, beans, crepes, pancakes....not one but of it was remotely warm. It was convenient for a stay at Disney with the shuttle coming very frequently throughout the day though the shuttle was very very busy but that's not the hotels fault, it served 3 other hotels.

La chambre est correcte mais impossible de régler le chauffage. Du coup obliger de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, accompagné des bruits extérieurs qui vont avec( roulette valise, voyageurs bruyants). La notion de parking payant n’est pas clairement mentionnée à la résa. D’autant que le tarif est très excessif pour les clients. En revanche la literie est très confortable. Dernier point le personnel d’accueil qui parle un français très moyen et qui en plus a tenter de me faire payer une deuxième fois ma chambre.

The room is not so good not so bad, there is humidity. The stuff is good, helpful. The rooms are small. But the location is very close to Disneyland. If you don’t think about leisure, it’s suitable to stay just to experience disneyland.

Excellent location for Disney park. Breakfast plenty of variety of food and drinks feels a bit like a school canteen. Rooms are clean but very tired location is quiet. Beware parking is an additional €17 which we were not made aware of. Short walk there is a Super U Supermarket and pharmacy close by

I was disappointed with this my stay at the Campanile Hotel. I had requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel, but I was put in a very noisy room right above the car park and where the buses come in. I didnt sleep at all until 1.00am both nights and I was woken up at 6.30am each morning. I will not be booking this hotel again and it has put me off using Expedia. I think I should receive a partial compensation for the sleepless nights.

The property is very convenient to Disney and the shuttle bus was brilliant albeit crowded!!! However the reception staff were not particularly friendly and when we went to order a taxi the man was particularly rude and the taxi was excessively overpriced.

ディズニーランドに行ってからのチェックインだったため22時と、遅かったが、チェックインはスムーズでした。夕飯は、ホテルの軽食エリアが22時以降も開いててくれて、ディズニーで食べ損ねていたので助かりました。 ただ、翌日の朝食のレストランへ行った際に、私たちが泊まっている二部屋のうち、一部屋は、宿泊記録がないから食べられないと言われてしまい、フロントへ行き、自分達は二部屋とも泊まっていることを話したがなかなか理解してもらえず最終的にホテル側が、前日のチェックインの際、二部屋分のチェックインを一部屋しか手続きしてなかったことが判明。（おそらく…）ようやく朝食が食べられたということがあり、朝からとても驚く出来事でした。 日本であれば、ホテル側のミスとわかれば謝罪があるとおもうが、今回は軽い挨拶程度の謝罪で、海外と日本の差を感じました。

The breakfast let the hotel down. Staff were extremely rude. The woman stood at the door breakfast time was horrible. Shouting at people, staff constantly telling you you need to take your trays and finished plates to the trolley even when we were in the middle of eating our breakfast and hadn't finished yet. If your French though don't worry they'll treat you with respect but if you're from any other country they will treat you like dirt. Staff at the bar and reception area were much better but restaurant staff let this hotel down.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was slow and poorly managed. We had two rooms reserved, and the staff handed us the key cards without any identification or room numbers. When we asked which card belonged to which room, they simply said they “didn’t know” and that we should try them out ourselves — an unacceptable level of service for any hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any proper rest. The front desk staff showed little professionalism or willingness to help. To make matters worse, around 11 PM, several children were running and jumping between the room balconies. It was loud, disruptive, and frankly dangerous, especially at that hour. Despite reporting the issue, it took about an hour before the hotel staff did anything about it — and no apology or compensation was offered. On top of that, we were charged for breakfast even though it was clearly listed as included in our original booking. Although it wasn’t detailed in the confirmation email, it was explicitly stated during the reservation process on Hotels.com. I had to file a complaint through the website and spend nearly two hours resolving the issue before receiving a refund. It was a frustrating and entirely avoidable situation. Poor service, mismanaged facilities, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel under any circunstances

Very bad room service.. was out all day in Disneyland with kids and came back to unclean room. The cleaner refused to make the bed just because I left a tablet on the pillow. Disgusting and very bad. They cancelled my key 1 hour before check out. I let the receptionist know and the lady was so rude and said it’s my fault.. Rude staff and very unhelpful and unpleasant Sat at the waiting area by the bar and just been kicked out saying I need to buy something to sit there just disgusting behaviour unbelievable. I will never be staying there. Don’t stay here they will spoil your holiday

Très bon séjour comme a l'habitude c'est un hôtel que je réserve régulièrement par contre la jeune femme a l'accueil pas très aimable Par contre le messieurs au bar super gentil et la dame a l'accueil du petit déjeuner toujours au top d'une gentillesse admirable

Nous trouvons que l'offre du petit déjeuner s'est beaucoup dégradé ces derniers temps, nous sommes des habitués et franchement il manque de diversité, pas de fruits frais, pas de bacon, pas d'oeufs brouillés.Par contre tout le personnel du petit déjeuner est vraiment très sympathique. à l'accueil par contre c'est très différent.

I have stayed here about 5 or 6 times and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It's clean and convenient and the bus to and from Disney Village are regular and reliable. I wouldnt stay anywhere else.

I had read lots of bad reviews about this hotel. So I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was and fairly well maintained. We did have to wait a bit at breakfast but there was plenty of choice ( cooked breakfast needed to go in the microwave) each morning I was provided with freshly cooked gluten free rolls just had to ask for them. It’s very close to the park about a 40 minute walk which was sometimes easier than the shuttle bus.

Ideal for a trip to Disneyland. Plentiful parking. Safe and rooms met our needs. Only small criticism is the scrum for the shuttle buses on return from the parks at night. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Shuttle buses are a joke - on the return waiting for 45 mins and then not getting in because massive queues of people for a bus for 5 hotels. Crazy in the heat with the kids - ended up getting taxi.

This is the best deal for hotels at Disneyland Paris. The rate is reasonable and you still get all the amenities (park shuttle {or walk}, breakfast, etc.). Nice hotel.

I have a long list of complaints; - dinner at the restaurant the food was cold and we were in gored. The choices were marginal. - after my negative experience of the dining I wanted to be refunded for the breakfast which I had prepaid the night prior. I couldn’t without the approval of the company. So I was forced to have breakfast in case I wouldn’t get a refund. - coffee shop ran out of small cups and could only offer a large expecting me to pay for a large. - the room was small and the equivalent of a motel room. Aging walls and door frames were painted over. - at breakfast, Which I was therefore forced to eat, we were forbidden to take our leftover chocolate croissants claiming Yeah, not Lee see seafood last person. I’m not glass my excuse. hygiene laws. Total Lie an excuse. They literally came to the table. (The only redeeming quality was the front desk staff.) This was DisneyLand Paris Campanile?!? I do NOT recommend.

Shuttle bus was terrible, room was tatty. Breakfast was basic and the animals in the petting zoo looked sad.

Liked shuttle bus to Disney Breakfast was average

Room was always clean. Cleaned when requested and done very quickly. Felt comfortable and safe within the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. All spoke English which was ideal and felt welcoming. Breakfast was nice, could have done with some more hot food options though and it needed to be warmer.
