Easy walk from train station, big shopping centre close by with supermarkets, one train stop from Disney Paris, had a lot of families staying, and a small kitchenette. Good size bedroom and bathroom, a bit dated but served the purpose as you only sleep there. Would stay again.

Personal ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, kleine Auswahl an Snacks und Getränke in der Lobby ist für einen kleinen Hunger auch gut aufgestellt. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Positiv gefiel mir der Zugang zu einer Tiefgarage und die Möglichkeit einer Remotefernbedienung, damit man diese jederzeit in Anspruch nehmen kann. Aber wir waren jetzt in 2 verschiedene Zimmern und können leider nicht behaupten, dass das Hotel in einem. Guten Zustand ist. Überall gebrochene Fließen längst überfällige Dichtungen, sofern überhaupt vorhanden. Viele Macken in den Wänden und allgemein wirken alle Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Da ist egal, wie gut das Reinigungspersonal sauber macht, dadurch wird der Zustand ja nicht verbessert. Hygiene können wir uns nicht beschweren. Betten und Matratzen waren sauber und bequem. Auch das Gästebett war bequem und sauber. Also. Nochmal zusammenfassend : Personal top, Hotelzustand flop.

Very pleasant staff, convenient parking and right on the doorstep of the mall. The usual cracked tiles and slight stains you get in cheap hotels near popular attractions but overall good. Do everything you can to arrive before reception closes at 7pm though because the evening check in machine is a nightmare. Reception staff are lovely when they’re there.

Very easy to find, clean but needs updating. outside machine to get keys was very useful. Could use with signs of where to go once in the building as we arrived in the evening and we're a bit unsure where to go after getting the keys.

Easy to access stay near Disney Arrived after hours and check in via machine was easy enough although took a while to find the room! Excellent facilities, fridge and oven!

Lovely apartments, well equipped. Great location for DLP. 6 minute walk to train to the parks. Apartments situated right beside shopping mall and supermarket. The only negative was no AC, we had the fan on and windows open but still so hot

Reception was very friendly and we had no issues xhecking in or out. Underground parking was great and for a reasonable €11 per night (24hrs). Short walk to Disneyland or train station with trains until midnight to the centre of Paris (30ish minutes). Room was a little dated. Bedding was clean, but had to make the sofabed ourselves (despite booking for 5) and the crockey/cutlery was not all clean, but nothing awful.

Rooms have been renovated but still very dirty. Very extreme budget experience on a non budget price. Shower would not stay up so had to hold it by hand to wash. Expected to remove own rubbish. Floor was filthy (my feet were black) bed cracked and felt like it was about to break each time we moved. Would not recommend.

The staff here were so happy and friendly. Room was clean. The room was run down however, it was the perfect base for our Disney trip

The hotel/apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable. Everything was clean apart from the built in shower area which was full of mould. Ideal for Disneyland which is just a couple of minutes on the train. Also the hotel is right next to a great shopping centre which has a LIDL too.

Une chambre sale , des trous dans les portes , canapé taché, des taches sur les portes les murs tout simplement à fuir . Nous sommes partis au bout d'une heure et avons contacté hôtels.com , j'espère que l'on va nous rembourser

L’hôtel est vieux et sale. Une fois quand la chambre, on entend tout se qui se passe dans la rue, dans le couloir et dans la chambre du voisin évidemment. Les joints de la salle de bain sont noirs, la peinture de la salle de bain craquèle, ça sent mauvais dans les couloirs de l’étage… Et au matin, j’ai eu la surprise de tomber sur un insectes rampants pendant que j’étais aux toilettes… bref, hôtel à fuir ! Le seul point positif, c’est la commercialité de la jeune femme blonde qui était à l’accueil. Je lui ai expliqué mon expérience et elle s’est montrée compréhensive et ne m’a pas fait payer les taxes de séjour. Petite compensation certes, mais ça reste un point positif.

Super Lage wenn man ins Disneyland gehen will. Nur eine Station mit dem Zug entfernt. Das Badezimmer ist aber wirklich schrecklich. Ist zwar sauber, aber braucht dringende Renovierungsarbeiten! Die Dusche hatte einen Riss in der Wanne und der Boden hatte orange Flecken. Das Bett war ordentlich und bequem, aber die Wand am Fenster hatte Schimmel. Der Vorhang hatte Risse und die Wände bräuchten auch einen neuen Anstrich, da sie gelb sind. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

CHECK THE MATTRESSES!! We had to cut our trip a day short as we couldn’t stay in the conditions of the room. Mattresses covered in what I can only assume was blood. We were first given a room which we put our belongings in then headed to the Disney parks and came back fairly late and we were tired so just fell asleep. It wasn’t until the next morning we realised how unclean and how much the room was falling apart. The mattress sheet also come off during the night and both mattresses were covered in stains from what looks to be blood. We asked to change rooms and were told at reception that there were no available rooms but when we pushed more saying that we will not be staying here, another was suddenly available. My partner checked out that room and again both mattresses covered in stains, this time worse! We went back to reception to be told that we can use that rooms pull out bed if we weren’t happy with the mattresses. We said that we didn’t pay the money we did to stay on a pull out mattress and he agreed and eventually gave us the key to ANOTHER room. Now with this room, the room was much better so we stayed the night. It again wasn’t until the next morning that we saw what looked to be blood on the curtains as well as what looked like blood on the sheets. This is when we made the decision that we will be cutting our trip short as it is unacceptable conditions to be staying in. It is unclean and a health and safety concern.

Stay elsewhere. We aren’t picky but this hotel is simply not worth saving the extra few dollars. We stayed one night at front and back of a Disney stay & the kids nearly cried needing to go back. We stayed in both a regular & premium suite so I promised them the upgraded suite would be better. Spoiler: it wasn’t. Rooms in desperate need of refresh with peeling paint, broken tile, mould & mildewed bathrooms, and exposed particle board on kitchen counters - it’s no longer possible to keep these suites clean so kudos to the staff who try! The bed wasn’t horrible & linens seemed ok.

Room was super clean! Enjoyed staying here! The shops nearby were a huge bonus too!

Staff were lovely, rooms are large and spacious and clean but a little dated but this didn’t matter to us. A minute walk to the val deurope shopping centre, 10 mins walk to the Disney parks (follow the park across the road straight, cross the main road and follow the road straight that looks like it’s along side an industrial estate and it takes you out at the buses at the parks) my only down side was the level of noise. Walls are very thin, could hear conversations in the corridors from a few doors down, upstairs scraping chairs on the tiled floors woke us up numerous times, walls are so thin you could hear absolutely everything so we were very tired most days having a broken sleep. Bath had no plug so was unable to use it and could only use the shower but those were the only down side. Would 100% stay here again. Excellent value for money. Coffee machine at reception is only 0.70€ and makes a lovely coffee.

Housse du matelas qui s’enlève continuellement. Difficile de s’y retrouver quand la réception est fermée. Globalement propre mais on entend fort l’extérieur et l’insonorisation est mauvaise

The room was clean and exactly what we needed. It could have done with some renovation as the room was a bit outdated and the bathroom would always flood after a shower but it was good and worth the money

The Room was in excellent condition and the interior was great. It was perfect for a family of four, consisting of two adults and two children, with a small kitchen, a good-sized sofa bed, and a double bed.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bedroom was clean, bathroom was tired and shower tray was cracked. Bring your own towels as the largest towel is quite small for after showering.

The room was very tatty. The photos of all room were the same but they weren’t. Only when I was there did the staff tell me it was because some had been renovated but the photos did not show this difference . This is so misleading and i’d have been happy to spend a bit extra. Location is good for Disneyland and staff were very good. Easy parking in basement.

Panel missing in the bath, wardrobe that didn't open, radiator in the bathroom on at full power when we arrived making it unbearably warm. The automated check in was very easy though, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient for the metro.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of the train and next to the mall. The room was good. But the window insulation in the room facing the street was poor and it was difficult to sleep at night, we woke up several times due to normal street noise. On the day of departure, the hotel staff did not allow us to leave our luggage beyond 6:00 PM even though we had a late flight at night, so half of that day was wasted on keeping our luggage instead of walking around Paris at leisure, even though the staff in the lobby stayed until 7:00 PM and we also asked to arrive later and have them leave our luggage outside the locked lobby but they refused, it was very disappointing

Staff was friendly, close to the mall and transit to get around places, felt safe there, clean rooms.

一人旅でディズニーに行く為、こちら2度目の滞在です スタッフの方は優しく、ショップモールも近く、そしてディズニーまで歩いて行けます 簡単な英語ができればスタッフの方とのコミニュケーションは困りません ミニキッチンもついているのとショップモールのスーパーでなんでも揃うので、食事にも困りません バスタブがないシャワーのみなのでお子様がいるご家庭はちょっと不便かもです お部屋は清潔には保たれていますが、要所にふるさを感じます ですが、困るほどではありません ディズニーまでの送迎無料バスなどがないのでそちらを希望の方は別にホテルのほうがいいと思いますが、価格と便利さを選ぶならばこちらのほうがいいかもしれません 旅慣れしている人はなんら問題なく滞在できると思います 私は次回も泊まりたいと思うホテルでした Thank you so many kind service from hotel staffs. If I go to the France next time,I choose your apartment hotel too.

We were checking in after 7pm so the reception wasn't open. On the way there, saw the message stating you had to contact them beforehand if this was the case. Panicked but eventually managed to contact an agent. When we arrived, our keys weren't in the outside box. It kept saying it didn't recognise the booking. Called the number on the box and although his English wasn't very good (our french was non existent) he walked us through how to access the keys in the safe box inside. You put the 4 digit code in and the keys pop out the locked boxes. Our stay was clean and comfortable

Absolutely horrible place. Stinks like cigarettes. No one there to check you in. Automatic check-in gave me card that did not work. Couldn't communicate. We left and found another place to stay

We couldn't get into the hotel because the self check in didn't work. the helpline didn't work so after 90 minutes we had to book a different hotel

The room was clean, close to the train station, only 3 minutes by train to Disneyland, and near a shopping centre and outlet. Friendly staff. Secure carpark 11euros a day.

The property is in a great location perfect for getting to Disneyland Paris. I walked in the morning to the park and it took me about 15 minutes. There is a shopping center about one minutes or less down the street and it has a huge Auchan (grocery store).

A basic, convenient base for Marne le Vallee and Disney. We stayed one night whilst changing trains but it was near enough to Disney that we walked over to Festival Disney for a beer in the evening. Good value for the area and very near the Val d’Europe shopping centre

Close to the train station - 1 stop from Disney. Close to the shopping center too.

Well equipped for a short stay, with comfortable beds and good shower and bath facilities. A 5 minute walk from Val de Europe shopping centre, and 20 minute walk from Disneyland park, it is very well located. A budget hotel, but excellent value

Belle adresse, proche gare RER et Centre Commercial VAL d'Europe. Petit déjeuner Excellent avec les produits de qualité.

we booked this last minute and everything was spot on. great staff, lovely breakfast, the breakfast room was beautifully decorated, the room itself was a little dated, but you can see that they are upgrading bits when they can.

Unser Zimmer war eine Katastrophe, das Bad war dreckig und verschimmelt, die Handtücher mehr als grau, das Bett war durchgelegen und die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Eine Reinigung zwischendurch hätte extra gekostet. Das Frühstück war nicht zumutbar. Frühstück ging von 08:00-10:00 Uhr, wir waren 09:00 Uhr da und es wurde kein Baguette oder sonst was nachgelegt. Aussage war leer. Dafür bezahlte man dann 15 € pro Person.

Basic, but big room. Perfect for 1 night. Proximity to Disney is its selling point. Breakfast was only till 9am which was a shame as i missed this due to wanting a lie in!
