The room was nice and clean although hilariously small. It felt like a fancy dorm room. The room had an actual refrigerator for you to use, which was appreciated. The parking garage is free to use and has convenient EV charging on the roof. Going from the garage to the Monorail station is very easy here too. Getting to the convention center from here is about the easiest experience I've ever had in Vegas. The hotel itself cannot help itself in that it's an old hotel that's been modernized. I was in the Blanca tower and there are only two very small elevators for this tower. While I was there only one appeared to be working, so there were backups getting up to rooms during busy times. As I was on the 2nd floor, I would have used stairs if there were any that could be used.

The room was clean, small...but clean. The shower had luke warm water, never got hot enough. The biggest issue was the elevators in the Blanca Tower....horrible! One of the two never worked during our entire stay. The other was super slow. Sometimes waited as much as 15 minutes or more. Could not use stairs due to luggage, etc.

Fabulous pool area open 9a-6p, which we learned was fairly late by strip standards. Nice bar area in pool pavilion. Loved the amount of security and staff around, felt very safe. Monorail was a great way to get around on the strip and available right in the hall of the hotel. We were in Alexandria Tower. No coffee maker, microwave, or amenities you'd expect at a tradition hotel stay. The room sid have a mini fridge. No complimentary coffee, unless gambling in the casino, though there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Otherwise, room was good, and cleaned daily. Several dining options located in the hotel, no reservations were needed and wait times were short. Would book again.

The casion was very clean it didnt smell overwhelming like tobacco at all... We loved it because we did have our kid with us , the room was very clean and the monorail being next door was very convenient and saved us alot of money and time i didnt move my vehicle once in the 3 days i was there thanks sahara hotel for a great treatment and experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel is infested with BED BUGS and they are lying to their guests about it. We stayed here for 4 nights, and every morning woke up with more new bed bug bites. By the end of the trip my partner was covered in bites and was so itchy that she couldn't sleep. We had to seek medical attention and wash all of our clothes after the stay. We notified the hotel about it but they completely blew us off.

The room was very clean and the bed super comfy. The bathroom was great with two shower heads in the shower and a door for extra privacy in the toilet. The fridge was big which was very handy. The only negative was having to stand on the chaise to close the curtains every night and open them in the morning. Slightly awkward having to stand on furniture to do this.

Its a nice hotel, modern and updated. Its quite far from anything else and there isn't that much to do inside the hotel except for a fairly basic casino. Good restaurants, Balla was exceptional. The room was a little noisy with the neighbors. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The shower water spread all over the floor in a 6 minute shower with NO lip to keep the water in the shower. View on the 5th floor was terrible ( we could see the parking garage and the top of the lower building). Far off in the distance we COULD see mountains. Housekeeping was awesome! Person on the guest services phone line talked down to me for requesting a second blanket and pillow. She questioned my request in an accusatory tone. She told me she normally doesnt provide a second pillow but would send the second blanket. The blanket never arrived. If she could not provide more than one set of blanket and pillow she should have indicated this in a professional manner.

I booked a month before my trip. When I arrived at 2:30 AM after a very long flight they told me the dont have my reservation and its showing 3 days prior on their system I showed them the confirmation emails and they said they dont have any rooms for me and I have to look elsewhere. Check-in was terrible - long line. Over 1-hour on a Saturday afternoon. They had about 10 desks and only 3 check-in people + one VIP check and there was a line for that as well. People were very upset and some yelling. Ultimately they gave us a room credit of $50 to ONLY be spend at the casino or in their restaurant. There were four of us complaining at the same time so they gave it to the four of us (separate) guests who were checking in. We wanted them to waive the resort fees instead and we said we were not using the "resort" anyway but they refused. We struggled to use the room credit but ultimately used it at the Starbuck's. The manager had a less than acceptable attitude and called on the guests who was upset "a bully". We will not go back. Also -- the rooms were extremely stuffy and damp and we were not able to adjust the thermostat even just to turn on the fan for circulation. The room also had a cleaning fluid smell like the carpet may have just been cleaned but was not yet dry. Only real plus was some pretty easy parking.

The check in experience is awful. They nickle and dime you with every word and action. Everything is an upsell. They wouldn’t waive fees for early check in (2hrs) even though they had rooms. The line at check in at 4pm was like a great America line and very little staff working. The people working for the premier guests wouldn’t help check in the non premier people. This hotel exists only to make as much money off of you vs giving you a good experience. Rooms are fine but no one will go beyond at all…. Unless you pay.

The manager was rude not flexible and told he would cancel are stay if we didnt like it - we checked in an hour early and he charged us - im a Disabled combat Veteran with certain time needs - he didnt care what a jerk - thank you for your service until you need something- also the TV didn't work for a couple hours and customer service Tiana didnt care either - the hotel is nice - the PEOPLE that worked there not so much !!

The customer service was out of this world here!! From checking in, to staff at the resturaunts, maid service and bartenders, just amazingly kind individuals! We went for my sons 21st birthday and reserved 2 rooms, they were both nice rooms in the Marra tower. The gentleman who checked my son in gave him a room on the 21st floor with a great view and 2 complimentary drinks at the bar for his 21st bday. When we arrived and checked in the young lady who helped us also gave us 2 complimentary drinks at the bar for my sons bday. I liked the smaller casino and lots of options for food as well. The convenience of not having to drive to the strip and just using the monorail which is located at the Sahara was also a plus. We will return.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Both experiences were great. The staff is friendly, the hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are a good size. We went during the week time so it wasn’t crowded at all. It was calm and quiet which was a huge plus for us. It’s a good location also. I would recommend staying here if you want to save money and have a nice place stay at.

The property is very nice. It appears brand new. My room was better than i expected. It was very large along with the bathroom. The pool was a decent size. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is not on the strip but the monorail is conveniently located next to the hotel.

Room was nice and spacious. Food choices could be better. Not too friendly check-in agents. Seemed annoyed since I didn't understand numbers. Pool only for sport fans, so we didn't attend. "Resort Fee" is a scam!... Main complain: my room was not visited by housemaids for - 3 DAYS!... Not even to empty trash cans and change towels! Unaccpetable for the money I pay.

Sahara was very nice, but not convenient to the other hotels, unless you want to take the monorail. The room was very nice. Bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows are too big and gave me a neck ache. Loved the Tangier Lounge in the lobby. Otherwise, go someplace else to eat, food is disappointing.
