We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and everybody was friendly. Check-in was easy. The rooms were comfortable, and there are lots of restaurants to choose from. The prices are very high at the restaurants and at the bar. Dinner and drinks are expensive. It is a very big place, Lots of beautiful gardens and atriums. We thought when we booked that the waterpark was part of the hotel, but it’s actually separate. You can go there but you have to pay separately. We went on a Friday and had to pay $70 a person to get in. It was a lot of fun but then it’s very expensive. I think it is possible to book a room that includes the waterpark. But we didn’t have that. Other than that, we had a great day.

Absolutely beautiful with a variety of top notch dining options. Staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Loved the Amenities and was worth the splurge loved the complimentary shuttle to Opry Mills for shopping.. I will be back & can’t wait to enjoy the spa & the Old Hickory Steakhouse.

Our room was very clean. The gardens were beautiful. The gym was great to. They had plenty of treadmills and ellipticals. The breakfast buffet was fantastic at cascade. They had an omelet maker, a lot of fresh berries, and two types of sausage and bacon. We also enjoyed the indoor water park.

Every thing in the hotel comes with a price. Parking self service $37. All activites. $$$$. The sound waves is $57. Free pool but the water is cold. Most of the resturants close around 8. Room service is good but $20 for a hamburger and fries. Drinks out of the vending machine are $5 each. Prepare to pay.

Pool opened at 11:00 on Saturday, after they told me it opened at 8:00 am. Bree, the manager, said they couldn't open it until it was 64^ or higher. It was 69 when I made a fuss. They couldn't have cared less. The pool is mandatory when I make a reservation. Pool staff rude, after that.

The resort is beautiful with a lot of amenities. However, the cleanliness of the room and areas leading to the actual hotel were unclean and in need of up keep. Some of the cleanliness issues include, a complimentary water bottle in our room that was already opened and drank out of, a residue ring on the bedside table that seemed like lubricant, and a dark brown stain on the door that seemed like bodily fluid or blood. These were all present immediately upon checking in the room. Save your money and just visit the resort and walk around the atriums, shops, or restaurants and stay at a cleaner hotel for a better price.

We had an excellent stay and I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was clean but the bathroom had the previous occupant’s hairs. When I called to alert housekeeping of it, they were sympathetic and came to clean but somehow still didn’t clean the bathroom. In the end, I had to look at the other person’s hairs on the shower wall every time I used it. Other than that, the place was amazing.

The staff was rude and acted inconvenienced anytime they were asked any questions. Took an hour and half for them to bring up a luggage cart and were extremely rude about it and unapologetic for their mistakes. We were almost 2 hours late with our departure. Rooms were super dirty- hair all over the bathroom vanity’s and dust/hair on bathroom and hotel room floors. Very dusty too.

Very overpriced for what the room is. The view was beautiful from our balcony. Staff was not helpful and did not give greetings walking through hall. Soundwave staff was friendly. Extremely expensive. Half of the restaurant and bars were closed. Water park was closed. Really cold, need a sweatshirt at all time. However it was for sure beautiful. Our wifi didn’t work most of our stay. Even though we called to get it fix. Really friendly staffs.

We had a balcony room in the Cascades atrium. Only downfall was there was live music at a bar for a couple of hours in the evening. We wanted to leave the doors open to hear the water but then the music interfered with listening to the TV. I think the Garden Conservatory would be the quietest. But then again we stayed in a very slow time and a bunch of areas were closed, so maybe that would be livelier during a busy time.

Upon selecting a room I chose the more expensive room “with a view”. When I checked in I had to pay an additional 85.00 for the room with a view. I don’t understand why I paid more twice. I don’t feel this is fair and should be refunded the 85.00. We had no hot water and had to pay full price for the water park for an hour and 45 minutes.

We had an interior atrium view room My granddaughter dropped an EarPod over the balcony of our room and it landed on the roof of one of the restaurants inside the atrium. Staff was very kind and was able to send someone to retrieve it immediately. Very impressed with staff.

The room was nice and quiet. The hotel was supposed to have a shuttle to and from Opry House, but after the show we, along with about 100 other guests waited in the cold over an hour and, and no one showed. I tried calling the resort and got hung up on twice.

The staff here is terrible. Issues at check-in, someone walked into our room while we were laying in bed because they apparently reassigned a key to our room that we were already in! The hotel staff could not speak English well enough to even give us towels when we ask for them. When asking random employees to help with directions, they acted annoyed and like we bothered them. The spa had a broken heater, so it was absolutely freezing, services were average. Waterpark was closed for renovation. At check out all of the computer systems were down so we could not even receive a receipt! Would not stay here. The atriums are beautiful, but they are open to the public as well as the restaurants so stay somewhere else and just come for a few few hours to check out the grounds.

Horrible service, way understaffed and not enough restaurants 2 hour wait at all restaurants no reservations available. Got my luggage at 11:30 at night when we checked in at 6:40 only to be told there is one staff member for 2800 rooms to deliver luggage!

Close to the Opry House is aGreat positive. Transportation to and from Opry House is needed or if available should be advertised. Having to walk at night , even the relatively short distance from Opry House is Not good and takes away from the convenience.

This is the most beautiful, unique place to stay! It feels like you’re outside, but you’re under a huge dome with heat or A/C. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Our French doors opened to a balcony overlooking a waterfall. The sound was heavenly. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had. Hot, fresh food with tons of choices. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. My one & only complaint is that literally ONE restaurant was open for 3 of the 4 days we were there. We were essentially forced to eat there 4 times, and the menu is decent but not big enough or impressive enough to want to eat there that much. So that part was extremely disappointing.

Fabulous environment. Staff could not have been more helpful and efficient. Disappointed with the price of food in the restaurants. $100 for two buffet breakfasts was ridiculous. Was here about 15 years ago for the IHI Conference and knew I had to bring my spouse for the experience. Used shuttle service (Grey Line) to go into the city centre but very disappointed that we waited 1 hr and 15 minutes for the return trip. She said there was no place for her to park but we were there and there was plenty of parking. This was April 5.

We ate at Cascades the first night we arrived, and it was the absolute worst food ever for a $200 meal. It pretty much scared us away from eating at the other restaurants in the hotel.
