Holiday Inn & Suites Duluth-Downtown by IHG

The room had issues like the refrigerator not working and the ac not working properly. Staff was great to deal with considering how busy they were. 10 boys and girls soccer teams and University graduation happening.

Room was fine, bathroom outlet only two prong was a surprise, also coming out of the wall. Pool was COLD! Overall fine but nothing spectacular except the location.

It was nice to have parking available and we enjoyed the Kuerig coffee in the morning. Water was nice and hot.

WiFi didn’t work our entire stay! The heat would not go above 64 degrees! We paid for full breakfast- we were denied , they stated we didn’t have the added as an extra even tho I showed screen shots of my complete booking and the 35.00 per person charge!! Not to mention room service kept disturbing us all throughout the night, accidentally 4 times came to our room and knocked on the door at 10:30/ 12:30/ 5 am WAKING UP MY SICK ONE YEAR OLD… asking if we need ice bags/towels/ and pillow cases!! Not to mention the hot tub was never available due to over crowding, and low water levels… our cards wouldn’t would in the elevator and the front desk assistant told us to TRY AGAIN.. I’m sure you are not properly doing it. Go try again and we can see what we can do!!! Ummm no can you PMEASE HELP ME.. it’s 8:30pm and I’m trying to sleep. Over all it was a horrible stay.. not to mention the WIFI NEVER WORKED! Which means no relaxation to settle down with the kiddos in the evening!!
