Clean room for the most part but numerous carpet stains. The front desk people are very nice and helpful There is free covered parking but the ramp, especially the first level is absolutely filthy with a lot of pigeons and their droppings all over The hot water is immediate and great water pressure in the shower. The bath towels have so much starch in them they almost feel like sandpaper Overall a decent stay but the hotel is on dire need of a renovation Great location in the heart of downtown and close to the arena in which you walk there all indoors via the skywalk

Our room was on the 14th floor, for most of our stay the elevators were not working. The carpeting in hallway had big dirt spots on it, the ice machine was out of order, one night the water cooler by front desk was empty and they had to bring out a few bottles of water after we informed them it was empty. The parking area that we had to use is filthy and run down, people through glass cologne bottles around breaking them all over under cars and all over where everyone had to drive over. I would not recommend staying here and for the price you are charged it’s not acceptable. I would never stay again. Truly I would like my money refunded

This hotel is badly in need of updating. That being said, it is no excuse for the dirty rooms. I paid for three rooms for a weekend getaway for the family because it is conveniently located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The carpet is stained. The corners and edges are dirty. The coffeemaker was covered with dust. The bathroom paint is peeling. We didn't expect housekeeping services, but not even the bare minimum was given--The garbage was not removed from the rooms, nor were coffee pods, cups and water cups replaced. The elevator was painfully slow. The pool liner was disgusting, and the hot tub not operating. The beds at least were clean and comfortable. Do not stay here unless you're desperate.

360 restaurant closed early without telling front desk. Restaurant staff took 10 minutes to see if they were really closing early - could care less that we stood around waiting - could hear laughing and goofing around from the kitchen? hot tub broken the entire stay.

I was extremely disappointed with the pool area. Very very unsafe. We took our young daughter to swim only to find that the hot tub was not only empty, but there were exposed wires and work areas completely open for anyone to see or get into. No signs or anything blocking the area off. The pool also had multiple cracks and soft spots under the liner, where water seems to be seeping through underneath.

It was cool with the restaurant on the top floor rotating; however, service was slow. The hotel needs updating. I had to wait 20 minutes to check-in. I know it was late. The elevator was super slow. all the staff were very pleasant.

Parking is a disaster. You end up driving around in tiny lots looking for a spot only to give up and use the lot across the street. The elevators are constantly full. Hot tub out of service. Pool area generally gross. Rooms are tiny. Rotating restaurant on top is interesting and had great food. Bathroom tiny. Easy to find dirty crevices. Water pressure incredibly good. View was not bad besides homeless people milling around all day and night (liberal city). Overall massively overpriced IMO.

I remember staying at this property over 10 years ago and liking it. Unfortunately I don't think much has been done to maintain it over the years. The location is nice, employees were kind, and the bedding was comfortable. But for the price, i would not return. The water temperature varied so much during a shower you could hardly take a shower, the air handling in the room was so noisy, housekeeping was only offered every 5 days, and the hot tub out of service.

Upon arrival, there was no reception at the desk to check-in for 45 minutes. Afterwards, there was hair spotted on the sheets. The bedding was changed after the complaint was made with fresh sheets but once the person left, I noticed hair again. Therefore, the laundry not being properly done. The table legs was falling apart and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. I dealt with it because I already paid and didn’t want to relocate to another location because it snowed lightly. My experience was horrible. Due to I booked online, I wasn’t able to be accommodated by the hotel.

The room was set up as if cleaned but clearly hadn’t been touched. The bathroom was disgusting and after pulling the bedding back we found tons of hair and crumbs between the sheets. Don’t do it!

When we got to our room the sheets were dirty with hair and makeup, so we asked for new sheets and we changed them ourselves. The toilet seat in the room was disgusting and needed to be replaced a long time ago. The pool had a ring of filth above the water. The shower had hair in it. The walls all over the hotel had water drip marks or other sorts of damage. I will never come back here.

The carpets in common areas and our room were filthy, there was what looked like puke dried on the floor at the elevator, the door looks like a dirty fire escape/roof access door. In our room there were multiple pieces of gum stuck and stomped into to the carpet.

The lower parking lot was raggedy! Then When trying to checkin no one was at the front desk. People were waiting and the cleaning person had to find the receptionist. The smell of my room was terrible. The carpet was stained. There was food left in the refrigerator of my room. There was brown splatter stains on one of the beds and headboards. The bathroom door had chunks of wood missing. The tub drain was so nasty and there was brown smelly water water that didn’t go down all the way and it was broken so I couldn’t take a bath. I had a late flight and wanted to come to a nice room but no. I had no energy to even complain but I did take a few pictures. I will never stay there again.

The hotel smelled like fish and cigarettes, everything was very old and worn out, and dirty. The shower drain didn't work so I was standing in a pool of water. The elevators were extremely slow, and you have to scan your key to use them. The parking was limited and in a sketchy garage where there were homeless people loitering. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and they refunded me one night of my stay because my flights were delayed, and I didn't arrive until a day later.

Busy 4th of July/concert weekend- there was 1 staff checking-in at 3pm so long wait. Both elevators were extremely slow and 1 finally stopped working altogether. Our room was mostly clean except the Keurig machine was filthy. The bathroom was in desperate need of cleaning, the tub and floor by the tub were so bad that I didn't shower. The grout was moldy and some was missing. UPDATE needed for the entire place.

This hotel has a unique vibe with the round building and 70s-type decor. Note that a 2-bed room feels small and is very close to one side of the bed due to the curvature of the room. The bathroom is tiny! Definitely no frills to the stay, but staff was nice. I booked my room early and paid a significantly higher rate than friends who traveled at the same time who booked later and had a similar room. The spinning restaurant was neat, but a bit pricey for what it was.

Old building, but it got the job done. Rooms are very small and the cable is not the best. The hotel is within walking distance to canal park and many other downtown locations. If you are lucky, you can get a great view of the lake. Not a bad experience, but it was definitely average.

The extra $25.00 for a room overlooking lake Superior well worth it. The revolving restaurant at the top with its happy hour specials was fun . The skywalk system was a real convenience.

We liked the location and the included parking. The view from the back of the hotel was still nice even with no water view. Ac in room did not seem to be working great. Wasn’t unbearable, but was not going down to the 60 stated on the thermostat, maybe 78. Bathroom was pretty small too. This property seems ready for a refresh. Tv and refrigerator were good.

The views were great and the rooftop restaurant was cool. The hotel general areas and rooms are definitely showing age and wear and tear. It was very humid in our room and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. Bathtub didn’t train very well, with standing water on our feet. Pool is ok. Staff was nice. There were very questionable people in and around the property, which made it feel sketchy and unsafe.

This hotel is in a great location. Very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and Bayfront Park. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms have surprisingly good water pressure. They only have two elevators and only one was working. The soundproofing from the hall isn't the greatest, as you can clearly hear conversations and other doors closing. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Went for a weekend trip to see some sites. Wanted a view of the lake and harbor and this place fit the bill. However upon arrival was greeted not so friendly by the front desk. Got rushed away while I was trying to ask question as this was our first time there. Get to the elevators to head to our room and you wondered if they were going to stop working by their sounds. Each of the had sounds like the cables were going to break. Then we get to our room and are greeted by stained carpet, a bathroom that is just stupidly set up, and outlets where the plugs fall out. In all the hotel was very dated and so was the building’s interior. Parking was not secure with signs saying you park at your own risk everywhere. The check was just as much of a disaster as check in. They didn’t go over your bill or ask if you wanted a receipt. Pretty much oh you leaving give us the keys and out the door you go. On the positive side the restaurant on the 15th floor was cool. It rotated but was also dated.

Check in was smooth. The Radisson brand used to be prestigious, now it's ok. This is an older property that could use some sprucing up. The elevators are slow and always seem to be full, so long waits. The bar that used to be at street level is closed, and the one in the 15th floor rotating restaurant is small and spendy and has lousy service. The service in the restaurant is nonexistent and the food is average. The only redeeming thing is the view. We stayed here for its walking distance proximity to the Bentleyville holiday display and because it's cheaper than the $300 a night places in Canal Park.

Nearby food options were amazing— check out Lucé Pizza if you get the opportunity. The property itself is supremely outdated and felt mildly unsafe in certain capacities. Between people getting drunk in the hallways and atop the parking garage, it wouldn’t be a place I’d recommend to women staying alone. The elevator to the parking garage was broken and the ground level looked akin to something out of a horror movie. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating to any and all requests.

The carpet was so dirty, with huge stains, the bottom of my sox were black. Asked when checking in how busy they were and the reply was "plenty of rooms available." So my question why would they put me in a room on the 5th floor overlooking an alley and parking lot. The elevator shuttered when it was moving. There were two different styles of bedside lamps and the chair, which was too uncomfortable to sit in, I am assuming came from Good Will. The place needs to be updated. The Front Desk could not help when asked questions, one replied I am not from here, should be trained on basic customer questions.

Was the perfect place to stay and eat to enjoy Bentleyville in the wintertime. The walk to Bentleyville was safe and easy, and no dealing with long lines and parking fees. We ate at the restaurant at the top of the hotel too, there was an hour wait but it was worth it for the experience and to see Bentleyville from above. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was decent.

It wasnt rotating, two staff working and we were basically told to order off the code on the table and they were out of everything we tried to order. When we got up to leave no apologies- got the feeling they were happy to see us go somewhere else.

Pros: Good location, excellent food in rotating dining room, helpful and professional servers, retro decor in original round tower building Cons: There was a water leak in the closet that soaked our shoes and some clothing - stinky, yuck. Also - we supposedly had reserve parking in the hotel lot, but coming back at 10:00 pm on July 4th, after a long day of biking / hiking, we found absolutely zero parkiing spots available. It was obvious that almost 1/2 of the cars there were not people staying in the hotel, as they did not have the required pink parking pass. We assumed people had parked there to watch the fireworks, so waited an hour. But then, realized NO ONE was coming back to move their cars - they were staying for the live music, party, etc. On our 2nd trip to the front desk, the guy on duty finally told us about an overflow parking lot - almost two hours after we waited and waited for a spot to open up. Not cool.

Dining is a terrible choice in this hotel. Dining staff friendly; however, food quality is poor, extremely long wait food. The excessive wait blamed on kitchen staff issues. This occurred at all hours of the day and evening. The front deck staff was great and they were helpful.

We love the location and atmosphere of the Radisson and have lots of great family memories there. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful and had the best view of the harbor ever. Our only disappointment was the 360 restaurant. The menu was limited, the service was slow and the food seemed like it was prepared elsewhere, frozen, and heated up for our dinner.
