Days Inn by Wyndham Duluth Lakewalk is an older, no-frills hotel with friendly staff and generally clean rooms, but worn common areas, maintenance issues, and a basic breakfast; it's convenient to Duluth sights yet not directly on the Lakewalk.

Room was clean, but the price was outrageous, close to $300. For what they charged, everything should have been perfect. Yet the ice machine on both the first and second floor were not working. The sauna would not get hot. The breakfast area was messy, with nobody available to help. We will avoid Duluth in the future.

Wyndham Days Inn Duluth Lake walk ranks the safety of it’s guests 3rd. My daughter and I were guests there scheduled from August 6th to the 10th. The first two mornings were rather uneventful. We woke up, got breakfast and left the hotel to have our adventures along the north shore. On the morning of Sunday the 9th an incident occurred between my daughter and one of the housekeeping staff (the details of which were shared with the management and the local police department.) Immediately after the incident we went to the front desk and explained that there was an incident. The staff said they knew who the staff were and that they would be sequestered in the office and we were asked to not interact with the staff person. I told the desk staff what room we were in and that I was going to escort my daughter to the breakfast lounge and then we would go to our room. As she was eating, the housekeeping staff appeared in the breakfast lounge to get coffee. My daughter was triggered and I got her up from her seat and we went back to the front desk to express our dissatisfaction that he was allowed to go to the breakfast lounge knowing that we would be there. It was at that moment my daughter told the desk staff exactly what the housekeeping staff did to her. I told the desk staff that we would be leaving a day earlier than we planned as my daughter did not feel safe. The desk staff said that he wouldn’t be able to credit me the extra day. I said “Fine.” I was not going
