Days Inn by Wyndham Duluth Lakewalk

I needed a hotel room because I was evacuated from a nearby forest fire. So it should have come as no surprise that the hotel was also housing fire fighters and for that reason had a lingering smell of smoke. Don't get me wrong - I was glad to have a room and I was grateful for the work of the fire fighters. It was just a bit unpleasant. So I opened the window, turned on the A/C, and lived with the highway noise. I felt lucky to get a reasonably priced room at the last minute.

This hotel was exactly what I needed for my overnight stay in Duluth. The front desk staff was fantastic and so helpful and accommodating! I appreciated their helpfulness and kindness!

TV broken, water stains on ceiling, heater thermostat didn't work. breakfast was just a couple muffins amd coffee machine broken.

This is an older hotel that could use a little refresher but that being said, it’s clean, has comfortable beds, very friendly staff, and nice breakfast. Location is quite convenient for hospital and college. I would stay here again.

The check in was fine, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is outdated, had a musk to it, including the hallways and the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and clean. The heater/AC wasn’t too noisy either. I didn’t try the breakfast, as it opens at 0630.
