overall sufficient accom and clean older style, fully carpeted, good aircon. Large gap under door so noise barrier is poor to hallway and other louder noises from other rooms. Front desk staff efficient and reasonably friendly. be advised that you need your physical credit card as they dont accept digital or via phone/wallet pay. upstairs via internal carpet stairway, no lift, so a bit of work to carry luggage up/down. Suggest if this is going to be an issue for you, then reserve a ground floor unit. Shower in a bath, and be patient as hot water takes a little longer to get up to the floor level, it seems. esp in the mornings if you rise early. Car parking is via reservation and a fee, and limited spots available. I couldnt see any free spaces, and all bays were occupied.

Nice big room, free parking out the front. Fabulous location-walking distance to the zoo, Adelaide oval etc. Downside is there is no lift and we were on the second floor with a baby so had to carry our luggage and the pram etc up and down the stairs which wasn't ideal.

They did not tell us breakfast was included so we never went. I only picked this hotel because of the spa but this is closed and reception said they are not fixing it. I stayed here before and enjoyed it. But I won’t be back after this terrible visit.

The room was clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The drain on the balcony was clogged and flooding, but poking a stick down there took care of that. Can not fault the venue, really. The only downside is incirtious neighbours who have no respect for others as they leave their door open while they talk at volume down the hallway all morning from 3:30am.

Our one room apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bed was also very good. The buffet breakfast a delightful surprise and very nice. Centrally located, convenient for our purposes. Little bit on the older side but certainly clean and comfy. Shower head a water saver so pressure was a bit average, and waiting 5 mintues for hot water to come through not too sure how much water it really saves in the end. Inconsiderate guests talking at normal level in hallway at 5am made you realise zero noise proofing with the doors, but overly happy and would stay there again

Not a great experience at all. Lobby staff was not available after 6pm and we arrived to the location to receive no assistance. We called the emergency number and they let us know that our booking had been canceled. I'm a bit surprised that we we did not receive a courtesy call like most hotels. Not a great experience

Unfortunately, we were woken up around 12h30am by a couple of very drunk people yelling and screaming in the lobby and hallways, and it went on for at least 2 hours. Honestly, it was that bad, that the cops should have been called; but has the front desk is not manned during night time hours, there were no hotel personnel to do the needful. Then the leaf blower went on at close to 6h30am. Unfortunate.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel had everything I hoped for … clean, quiet room, great breakfast in an elegant dining room. I especially enjoyed the Reception Staff … warm, friendly and very helpful. But all the staff were kind and cheerful and ready to assist with any request. The location is perfect, close to restaurants , shopping and the CBD … but still quiet and close to nearby parks and leafy streets. Thanks to all!
