We spent 6 nights while visiting Mayo. House was clean, comfortable beds, great linens (super fluffy bath towels) and well stocked kitchen. Close enough to walk to Mayo, which we did on several occasions. We enjoyed the back porch and fish pond too.

The house was as described. A nice remodel of an older 2 story house. Very nice kitchen/dining area, big screen TV with couch and power recliner in the living room, etc. Having the garage was great as we had storms during our stay. A 12 minute walk to Mayo. Quiet area. The only issue was solved quickly….a mixup with the code numbers at our arrival. A call to the owners and he was there in 5 minutes to help out. Would definitely stay again.

Great home within walking distance to Mayo. Lots of little touches that made it such a comfortable stay. Linens and towels are top-notch, great kitchen to cook in, and even has a beautiful backyard patio to sit out and enjoy.

This was a perfect place to stay for a week. My daughter and I were able to walk to the Mayo Civic Center and to downtown area with a 10-15 minute walk. The driveway is easy to drive into and park. The kitchen had items that made it easy to cook and prepare meals. A couple notes this house does not have a dishwasher so you will wash your own dishes. The garage is a little tricky to maneuver with a larger vehicle. it was a perfect place to stay for a trip to Rochester!

It was fortunate to have the garage to park our motorcycles in due to the record rainfall in Rochester. The deck was under construction which we were not aware of until arrival. Kudos to the owner for replacing old boards but an advance notice would have been nice. Suggest a bathroom fan be installed to avoid moisture from those hot relaxing showers!

Stayed here for our time at Mayo Clinic. We appreciated the garage especially since there was a small snow storm. House was very neat, tidy , cosy & they offered coffee & water & while we did not utilize they also offer beer & wine for a nominal fee. We appreciated all the comforts of home away from home & bed was very comfortable as well. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

This house was absolutely lovely. It was comfortable and charming and had everything we needed for a week stay. The pictures are accurate (if not, they don’t do it justice) and the location is super close to Mayo. They say you could walk, and you could, if it wasn’t cold or you didn’t have a disability. It was great having a garage to use because it snowed the first night we were in town IN OCTOBER! The only thing I would change about the house, if I could, would be that there isn’t a bathroom on the main floor. The comfy beds (firm, memory foam), location, and every need met, more than makes up for it!

This beautifully restored home provided a much needed respite as both my husband and I were at Mayo Clinic and Hospital for cancer treatments. The home is cozy, has beautiful woodwork, and makes efficient use of space. The amenities are modern with plenty of storage space, adequate kitchen facilities, and provided with just about everything that was needed for a prolonged stay. Having the garage was handy especially during the historic snowstorm in Rochester. The home is less than .5 mile from the Clinic and my husband was often able to get in his walk to the Clinic and hospital. Jill was so prompt in responding to any question and super nice to work with. We highly recommend this rental for your stay in Rochester. It was a comfort to us.

My wife and I stayed here in early May. The photos on the site are very accurate. No surprises. The place was clean and comfortable. An added bonus (if you cook) was the non-stick pans were usable unlike some many other places we've stayed. The bed was comfortable.Neighborhood was quite. Location was pretty good and within walking distance to St Marys. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Beds were great, kitchen was great. My husband loved the recliner to relax in between trips to the Mayo this week. Convenient, clean, and spacious. We appreciated a slightly later check out to accommodate the last appointment. Thanks for a great stay!

The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect.

This is a great house. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. We didn’t use the second bedroom. The kitchen is nice and the location to Mayo and elsewhere is wonderful. The house is quiet and comfortable. It's important if you're staying here to understand that there is no bathroom on the main floor. The description says the full bathroom is upstairs and the laundry and half bath are downstairs, which can be confusing, making it seem like the downstairs is the main floor. It would be helpful if it said "basement" so guests know that every time you have to go to the bathroom, you are using stairs. And there are quite a few. Overall, as long as there is no issue with climbing stairs for the bathroom, it's a great place!

We wanted a place close enough to walk to the clinic. It's a nice older neighborhood and the house had been remodeled and looked so nice and clean. The kitchen had the utensils we needed to cook our breakfast and lunch. Bottled water was supplied for the kuerig coffee machine. Internet worked perfect and so did the tv. We will definitely stay here again if we have to go back.

We stayed 3 nights to go to appointments at the Gonda building, which was very close to the rental. The furniture was exactly what we'd hoped for, comfortable beds & living room furniture. Having a recliner is always a plus! In the future, this will be a rental we'll look to see if it's available.

Have had to come up to Mayo twice for appointments and stayed here both times. Place makes you feel at home very comfortable and cozy. Large kitchen plenty of space. Bed is amazing and cozy. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice.

This beautifully restored home provided a much needed respite as both my husband and I were at Mayo Clinic and Hospital for cancer treatments. The home is cozy, has beautiful woodwork, and makes efficient use of space. The amenities are modern with plenty of storage space, adequate kitchen facilities, and provided with just about everything that was needed for a prolonged stay. Having the garage was handy especially during the historic snowstorm in Rochester. The home is less than .5 mile from the Clinic and my husband was often able to get in his walk to the Clinic and hospital. Jill was so prompt in responding to any question and super nice to work with. We highly recommend this rental for your stay in Rochester. It was a comfort to us.

The house was as described. A nice remodel of an older 2 story house. Very nice kitchen/dining area, big screen TV with couch and power recliner in the living room, etc. Having the garage was great as we had storms during our stay. A 12 minute walk to Mayo. Quiet area. The only issue was solved quickly….a mixup with the code numbers at our arrival. A call to the owners and he was there in 5 minutes to help out. Would definitely stay again.

The kitchen had items that made it easy to cook and prepare meals. A couple notes this house does not have a dishwasher so you will wash your own dishes. The garage is a little tricky to maneuver with a larger vehicle. it was a perfect place to stay for a trip to Rochester!

Well maintained and clean. Very short and ez walk to Charlton area or a quick drive to ramp parking. Didn’t realize bedrooms were upstairs but wasn’t an issue

The place was perfect for us. Super clean and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable. I loved the sheets, pillows and black out curtains. Slept very well there. The location was much more convenient to than expected. It’s within easy walking distance to the clinic. Thanks for a great stay.

We spent 6 nights while visiting Mayo. House was clean, comfortable beds, great linens (super fluffy bath towels) and well stocked kitchen. Close enough to walk to Mayo, which we did on several occasions. We enjoyed the back porch and fish pond too.

Great home within walking distance to Mayo. Lots of little touches that made it such a comfortable stay. Linens and towels are top-notch, great kitchen to cook in, and even has a beautiful backyard patio to sit out and enjoy.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Beds were great, kitchen was great. My husband loved the recliner to relax in between trips to the Mayo this week. Convenient, clean, and spacious. We appreciated a slightly later check out to accommodate the last appointment. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here for our time at Mayo Clinic. We appreciated the garage especially since there was a small snow storm. House was very neat, tidy , cosy & they offered coffee & water & while we did not utilize they also offer beer & wine for a nominal fee. This is a great house. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. We didn’t use the second bedroom. The kitchen is nice and the location to Mayo and elsewhere is wonderful. The house is quiet and comfortable. It's important if you're staying here to understand that there is no bathroom on the main floor. The description says the full bathroom is upstairs and the laundry and half bath are downstairs, which can be confusing, making it seem like the downstairs is the main floor. It would be helpful if it said "basement" so guests know that every time you have to go to the bathroom, you are using stairs. And there are quite a few. Overall, as long as there is no issue with climbing stairs for the bathroom, it's a great place!

We wanted a place close enough to walk to the clinic. It's a nice older neighborhood and the house had been remodeled and looked so nice and clean. The kitchen had the utensils we needed to cook our breakfast and lunch. Bottled water was supplied for the kuerig coffee machine. Internet worked perfect and so did the tv. We will definitely stay here again if we have to go back.

I was there for almost a month and, while there were some things lacking, on balance I recommend this property. First, the furnishings are very comfortable. Issues with trying to get access code to property.(3) message to host with no response.Also tried Vrbo support with no help to get access code.Finally had to call the host after check in time to request access code.Was charged in advance so it should be much easier to access property.
