Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice breakfast. Fridge was big enough to store food for several days. Bathroom was a bit small but practical. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. A good bonus was the laundry room.

Worst customer service ever. I had to leave the hotel right away, with that said I still was charhed for 2 nights. The receptionist guy was so rude, no parking for the car. He asked me to go park the car about 1 and a half miles from the hotel in the street. When told him the car is so expensive and it is so far to park rhe car, he said it is your problem. I went to see the room and looked uninviting. Don't advise

ApartHotel trés bien situé pour accés à la ville (donc voiture restée au garage qui est obligatoire dans ce secteur) Problème car garage non accessible directement à l'hôtel (sans compter les pannes d'ascenseur qui obligent de transporter ses bagages par escalier ou rampe d'accés au 2ème sous/sol ??) Désagréments compensés par le personnel d"accueil trés à l'écoute. En résumé un aparthotel ADAGIO qui aurait besoin de travaux de rénovation (rien à voir avec celui d'Annecy) et un équipement "cuisine" fait de tout et trés succinct !? Désolé car un peu déçu. AUTRE PROBLEME j'ai fait ma réservation sur HOTEL.COM et j'ai réglé en SUISSE avec des frais !!?? Maintenant je vais sur HOTEL.COM.FR pour réservation en EUROS

Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day).

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Der Pool war geschlossen, dabei war das mit entscheidend für die Wahl. Lediglich die Lage ist gut, das Appartment benötigt dringend eine Gesamtrenovierung.

Logement lumineux propre et confortable bien insonorisé. Bonne literie. Tout peut se faire à pied commerces , vielle ville ,promenade des Anglais et gare si non il y a le tramway tout proche. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans un local avant de reprendre le train en fin de journée . Excellent rapport qualité prix.

This was single-highhandedly the dirtiest hotel we've stayed at in the Nice area. There was black mould all over the bathroom and the hotel in general was dirty. The area surrounding the hotel is very unsafe at night. We ended up leaving after only one night.

Overall we had a good and comfortable stay. The room had everything we needed. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. It has ugly stains all over. The room itself was clean. Convenient location. The construction across the street didn't bother us because our room was facing the courtyard. Would stay there again.

Room with a balcony which should have been nice, but other folks staying there were out on their balconies middle of night smoking, having arguments; a generator ran a few nights - no cleaning, no clean towels - definitely not a hotel, but an apartment living arrangement. The woman who hosted the breakfast every morning was very nice! Folks at the front desk were nice too!

La struttura é molto vecchia, si trova in una zona centrale ma rumorosa con i lavori di abbattimento di un centro commerciale molto grande, troppa polvere. Il parcheggio era al completo. La zona é centrale, quindi va bene per visitare Vieux Nice o La Promenade de Anglais.

Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day).

Logement lumineux propre et confortable bien insonorisé. Bonne literie. Tout peut se faire à pied commerces , vielle ville ,promenade des Anglais et gare si non il y a le tramway tout proche. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans un local avant de reprendre le train en fin de journée . Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Great stay in a well-equipped studio, really appreciated the kitchenette and private bathroom. The location was within easy walking distance to the Old Town, to the bus/tram lines, and to local shops and restaurants. Great find!

Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice breakfast. Fridge was big enough to store food for several days. Bathroom was a bit small but practical. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. A good bonus was the laundry room.

Room with a balcony which should have been nice, but other folks staying there were out on their balconies middle of night smoking, having arguments; a generator ran a few nights - no cleaning, no clean towels - definitely not a hotel, but an apartment living arrangement. The woman who hosted the breakfast every morning was very nice! Folks at the front desk were nice too!

Struttura comoda per visitare la città, un po’ meno per il mare, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sicuramente quando finiranno i lavori cittadini sulla promenade de paillon che si trova proprio di fronte all’hotel i prezzi non saranno gli stessi. Personale sempre gentile e cordiale. Il buffet della colazione buono ma non sempre rifornito.

Hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Vi fikk hjelp med å finne parkering og andre ting vi lurte på. Frokosten var enkel, men vi manglet virkelig ingenting, og i tillegg var damen i frokostsalen en engel, hjalp oss å koke egg og greier, lot oss spise enda vi kom 2 minutter før frokosten var ferdig (vi tok feil av tida), hun var ikke så god i engelsk, men kommuniserte på en hyggelig måte. Standarden på rommet kunne vært bedre, men vi manglet ingenting der heller, skulle jeg vært flere dager, hadde jeg nok ønsket noe litt finere. Litt tett i vasken på badet bare. Perfekt beliggenhet, passe gåavstand til promenaden 👍😁

Perfect location. Very friendly hosts everyday. The bathroom was a bit small and warm water in the shower was limited and could sometimes take the entire night to come back. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

It was a lovely stay - friendly staff, basic room but did the trick, great location, but I was expecting a cot for my 3 month old and they didn't have one on the first night of my stay. Luckily I had a bag that folded out into a travel cot but it wasn't ideal for a full night, especially as I had booked this hotel as it had a 'free cot' with the booking. I asked 3 times for a cot. It was put in my room on my second and final night. The TV in the room didn't work. Other than the issues with the cot and TV, it was a pleasant stay.

Sadly, this the corridors and apartment felt badly out of date and poorly maintained. The furniture looks like it was rescued from a skip decades ago. Think old student accommodation that never got the upgrade. The sofa bed was particularly unpleasant: dirty, very small, and extremely noisy, making it hard to get a decent night’s sleep. Noise was a recurring issue. The apartment itself isn’t well insulated, and with dogs allowed, we were woken up by barking at night. The breakfast area is tiny and quickly becomes overcrowded, which doesn't makes the experience enjoyable. The only positive was the breakfast staff, who were genuinely friendly and helpful. That’s the sole reason this gets two stars, otherwise, it would have been a one-star stay. Overall, not good value and certainly not somewhere I would return.
