Staff were very friendly and helpful (French and English), and the rooms had blackout curtains and fairly good sound isolation. The rooms have slight wear around the edges but otherwise spacious and clean. Location was very convenient (end of Line 3 tram, 5 min walk to grocery store). Very lovely overall.

I had a good time here, if your goal to rest between flights and just get some work done, used the gym located on the top floor with beautiful outdoor view and the pool was refreshing as well, there was no service outside for any food or drinks, you need to order from the hotel to have it brought out to you, the restaurant staff and food were great, reception was good, I had better experience with the female receptionist than the male unfortunately, no adapter available if you want to charge any electronics and the room only had one usb outlet, charged extremely slow and the WiFi wasn’t the best either, overall, truly just depends on what you want from your stay. However compared to other 4 stars hotel, the rooms could use an update. This was a one time experience for me.
