Check-in was fine, but from there it all went downhill. I arrived on a Friday, and the bar closed at 18:00, with no restaurant open either. They advertise room service and other amenities, but in reality, it wasn’t even possible to get a wine glass. The entire hotel shared one bottle opener, which I couldn’t borrow to the room. The only positive was the coffee I bought before departure. Overall, an average stay at best – more in line with a 2–3 star hotel.

Hôtel, parfait près du stade de Nice Accueil très agréable, une Piscine, fort appréciable avec ces chaleurs. Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux . La salle de sport sur le toit est parfait ( matériel technogym récent) même si elle n’a pas de clim :ce qui est dérangeant avec la chaleur actuelle

Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen Leckereien und das Restaurant bietet sehr köstliche Speisen. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Fernverkehr. Großer Parkplatz gehört zum Hotel. Einkaufsmöglichkeit nahezu auf der ggü. liegenden Straßenseite. Der Pool bietet einen mehr als guten Ausgleich zu den überfüllten Stränden der Region. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gäbe es zu reparieren und optimieren. Fehlende Handtuchhalter im Zimmer, die Beseitigung von Verfärbungen im Badezimmer würden den ganzen gut tun. Aber ansonsten sehr ausber und wunderbar eingerichtet.

L'hôtel est magnifique, la chambre privilège très belle bonne literie le personnel est très professionnel accueil chaleureux tout le long du séjour. Parking sécurisé à l'intérieur parfait, le seul bémol serait l'éclairage extérieur qui va du parking à l'hôtel celui-ci est inexistant obligé de se déplacer avec la torche du téléphone pour rejoindre l'entrée.

No meals available and the bar closes early 2) limited breakfast options. €25 or nothing so if you just want a coffee then you have to pay the €25! 3) no air con in gym! Wouldn’t be able to use in the summer. 4) staff not particularly helpful except one young girl on reception. 5) rooms were nice. Clean and tidy generally 6) location to stadium perfect but too far from the centre unless you are willing to get a taxi.

Séjour médiocre. L'hotel est situé en zone commerciale. Aucun intérêt touristique a distance de marche. La chambre que nous avions réservée etait censée être de catégorie sup mais celle dans laquelle nous étions était petite, avec une décoration vieillotte et n'inspirant aucun charme. Le plus irritant demeure : le bruit de la route malgré les double vitrages ainsi qu'une odeur nauséabonde d'egouts provenant des canalisations de la salle de bains en pleine nuit. A 190 euros la nuit (petit déjeuner compris) cet hotel n'offre aucunement les prestations attendues pour le prix. Nous sommes déçus.

The staff were nice, some went above and beyond to help. The room was nice and big. Cleaned daily. However the tub wasn’t cleaned on one of the days. The table on the balcony very dirty with drinks sticking stains. The TV wasnt working with only one English Channel (CGNT) no CNN/CBS as listed on the the list. Some of the bulbs not working. Overall not bad as it’s a quiet area with good transport system.

The hotel is very convenient for transport to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate; unfortunately for my travelling companion there was no decaf coffee available and they were unable to supply it for the duration of our stay.

We stayed the night after a game at the stadium and it was so convenient and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered was that the curtains were very light and so if you are a light sleeper like me you will wake with the sun or need a sleeping mask.

Nice hotel and the staff there are wonderful. Hotel is close to the tromway and the airport. It is not very close to the city center so if you’re looking to stay close to the center I would not recommend.

Alexandre and all the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast had many options and pool area was delightful. Very easy to come and go from the airport by tram. Will look forward to my next stay.

1) restaurant closed of an evening. No meals available and the bar closes early 2) limited breakfast options. €25 or nothing so if you just want a coffee then you have to pay the €25! 3) no air con in gym! Wouldn’t be able to use in the summer. 4) staff not particularly helpful except one young girl on reception. 5) rooms were nice. Clean and tidy generally 6) location to stadium perfect but too far from the centre unless you are willing to get a taxi.

We enjoyed our two nice stay in nice. The breakfast was good but unfortunately their restaurant is not open Friday, Saturday and Sundays (we stayed Fri and Sat!) There is a tram service just 5mins walk away and you have to change once to take you to the Promenade.

Séjour médiocre. L'hotel est situé en zone commerciale. Aucun intérêt touristique a distance de marche. La chambre que nous avions réservée etait censée être de catégorie sup mais celle dans laquelle nous étions était petite, avec une décoration vieillotte et n'inspirant aucun charme. Le plus irritant demeure : le bruit de la route malgré les double vitrages ainsi qu'une odeur nauséabonde d'egouts provenant des canalisations de la salle de bains en pleine nuit. A 190 euros la nuit (petit déjeuner compris) cet hotel n'offre aucunement les prestations attendues pour le prix. Nous sommes déçus.

Modern, clean, nice hotel. Great staff and service. Excellent choice in Nice if you are traveling by car or do not mind using public transportation to get to train stations or the coastline. A large parking lot behind the hotel, tram stop is 3 minutes away.

Hôtel, parfait près du stade de Nice Accueil très agréable, une Piscine, fort appréciable avec ces chaleurs. Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux . La salle de sport sur le toit est parfait ( matériel technogym récent) même si elle n’a pas de clim :ce qui est dérangeant avec la chaleur actuelle

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, facilité d’accès aux transports en commun, le jardin et l’aménagement de l’hôtel très agréable, le petit balcon de la chambre, le confort de la chambre, l’accueil du personnel et surtout le buffet du petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Older building refurbed into a great space - if you're visiting for a game at the stadium, it's perfect. My only tip is to order your own taxi or Uber - I had the front desk order me a taxi for the airport and he charged me 45 euros which is nuts.

Hotel molto pulito tutto era perfetto. Peccato che ho dovuto prendere la colazione fuori, a 300 metri c’è una panetteria molto buona con prezzi ragionevoli. In hotel una colazione a 25€ a persona trovo un po’ esagerato. Viaggio molto e fino ad ora Non ho mai visto un prezzo così alto per la colazione, il massimo che ho pagato 15 € in altri luoghi.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen Leckereien und das Restaurant bietet sehr köstliche Speisen. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Fernverkehr. Großer Parkplatz gehört zum Hotel. Einkaufsmöglichkeit nahezu auf der ggü. liegenden Straßenseite. Der Pool bietet einen mehr als guten Ausgleich zu den überfüllten Stränden der Region. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gäbe es zu reparieren und optimieren. Fehlende Handtuchhalter im Zimmer, die Beseitigung von Verfärbungen im Badezimmer würden den ganzen gut tun. Aber ansonsten sehr ausber und wunderbar eingerichtet.

L'hotel si presenta bene, la pulizia è ottima ed il personale alla reception sempre gentile e disponibile. La mia recensione negativa si basa sulla pessima esperienza avuta nel servizio della colazione. E assurdo far pagare un supplemento molto costoso per la colazione a buffet, quando la colazione è stata inesistente!! Se non ci sono clienti si può fare senza e lo si può tranquillamente dire, ma fare pagare 30 euro per due caffè ed un kiwi è un furto ma soprattutto una pessima pessima figura.

Check-in was fine, but from there it all went downhill. I arrived on a Friday, and the bar closed at 18:00, with no restaurant open either. They advertise room service and other amenities, but in reality, it wasn’t even possible to get a wine glass. The entire hotel shared one bottle opener, which I couldn’t borrow to the room. The only positive was the coffee I bought before departure. Overall, an average stay at best – more in line with a 2–3 star hotel.
