We stayed in a family room with the mezzanine floor (2 adults and 3 children) which was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a little limited in choice but nice quality and the service was again excellent. The hotel is easily walkable to the beautiful old part of town where there are many choices for dining. The only downsides - we didn’t know to reserve parking and it was full but we were lucky to get a free space outside. Street parking was busy when we stayed though so this could have been tricky! Water pressure in the bathroom was also on the low side, so allow extra time for showering/washing hair. Overall, a good stay. Perfect base for our overnight stopover in Colmar.

Yanlız kaldığımız odanın halı kaplı olması sebebiyle yoğun bir koku vardı. Birde artık yastıkların yenilenme zamanı gelmiş bence. Yinede keyifli 2 gün geçirdik.

Toilettes séparées de la salle de bains. L'hotesse demande la veille si nous voullns prendre le petit-déjeuner ce qui permet qu'il n'y ait pas de gâchis. Nous ne l'avons pas pris car trop cher pour notre budget. Bra hotell på 10 minuters promenadavstånd till centrala Colmar. Fick god hjälp av receptionen för att hitta restaurang. Elbilsladdning finns men vi fick den inte att fungera.

Hôtel bien situé ,15 minutes pour le centre-ville, et très facile pour se déplacer sur les routes des environs. Pas de trafics pour sortir et entrer! Les hôtes sont acceuillants. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix de 17 euros. Stationnement à l’hôtel facile d’accès.

arrived a little bit earlier, the reception said shortly hello, the rooms are absilable at 2pm only. we left the bags and went to the city. around 5pm, we checked in. room was very old, the whirlpool was dirty, had even a bug inside. we wanted the whirlpool room because it was an anniversary we wanted to celebrate. so no whirlpool for us. the age of the room was ok, but definitely not the whirlpool. the second room had an old mattress and an old couch.

Ideal location to walk into Colmar (500m to pedestrian area) the hotel is a bit tired and the website says free bikes which is NOT the case. Breakfast expensive - no air conditioning which in summer is a problem and our room would not be suitable for anybody who has mobility issues it would be impossible to use the shower since this is over the bath and the bath side walls are very high. No team or coffee making facilities in room

Nöjd med vistelsen, bra service och hotellfrukosten var väldigt bra! Rummet vi bokade hade fem sängar varav tre av dem var på ett loft, detta kunde ha framgått tydligare då ett loft med brant trappa kanske inte passar alla gäster.

Toilettes séparées de la salle de bains. L'hotesse demande la veille si nous voullns prendre le petit-déjeuner ce qui permet qu'il n'y ait pas de gâchis. Nous ne l'avons pas pris car trop cher pour notre budget. Ideal location to walk into Colmar (500m to pedestrian area) the hotel is a bit tired and the website says free bikes which is NOT the case. Breakfast expensive - no air conditioning which in summer is a problem and our room would not be suitable for anybody who has mobility issues it would be impossible to use the shower since this is over the bath and the bath side walls are very high. No team or coffee making facilities in room

Hotel Beausejour was a great stay. It is a beautiful older hotel, only an 8 minute walk from the city core. We were warmly welcomed. The breakfast was delicious as well!

Would not recommend. Even though they have A/C, it was painfully hot in the room because the temp is limited to 24. Washroom looks outdated. Staff was nice.
