Simple, clean and pretty basic. Straight across from the beach which is perfect and a walk nice walk into Nice

We had a very good trip and the staff was very kind. I found the cost for breakfast a little expensive and only because the selection was limited but the place next door was lovely. I wish they reconsidered their cost for charging for beach towels because we felt like $5 euros a day per person was too expensive to rent and it ended up being cheaper to purchase towels which we did but we had to leave because we couldn’t fit it into our luggage.

The hotel is literally on the beach. This is one good thing about it. The room is so small we couldn't have had space for 2 luggages. The bathroom is to tight, only one small towel rack above the toilet which is far from ideal.. Public transport is almost none. The bus from the hotel is hourly and not running after 8pm. You need a lot of planning to use public transport.

Very centrally located affordable hotel just next to the beach.

It’s important to mention that this hotel only has one floor. So technically you’ll be staying on the second floor. Which is fine. The sea view rooms offer an incredible view of the sea, beach and promenade. Gated but limited parking at 10 euro a night was a great perk. Although there’s plenty of street parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little outdated and simple but clean. Toilet and shower/bathtub/sink are separate. Rolling shutters provide extra sound insulation and keep your room from overheating during the day. Air conditioning worked fine as well. Wifi was a little wonky. It kept going out. Only strange thing is that you’re supposed to leave the room key with the concierge when leaving the hotel. Not really a problem since the concierge is there 24/7. Even if you return at 2am someone would be there. Lots of dining options in the area. The hotel is located about 15-20 mins drive from Nice. We visited in the beginning of high season may 29-june 3. Traffic was not bad at all. I read all these stories about how difficult it is to drive in Nice due to narrow roads and traffic congestion. But had no problems at all. Plenty of parking garages too. If you’re from a big city you’ll find traffic in Nice and neighbouring cities very tolerable. Of course the roads are narrow and there were a few challenging roads but if you’re an experienced driver especially if you’re from anywhere in Europe it shouldn’t be a problem. Overall the hotel was a great value.
