On the first night we asked for additional pillows seeing as there was only one each on the bed. This resulted in being told we couldn’t get any and we were told to ask in the morning. We asked the following day to which we were told yes. Hours passed, no pillows. We then had to ask a THIRD staff member to then be told completely contradictory information of “no it’s pretty strict, only allowed two pillows”, DESPITE explaining we need another for persisting back problems. THREE members of staff gave totally conflicting advice. We asked for fresh towels and were instructed to go to the wash room and pay a further 5€ for the privilege of washing our own towels and a further 3€ to dry. The room itself is so dated & extremely run down. Our bathroom door opened outwards which meant you couldn’t exit the bathroom and enter the room at the same time. The mould in the corner of the shower added a nice touch to the already dated nature of the room. The A/C unit initially worked perfectly, however in the dead of night, it sounded like someone was banging a miniature drum in the vent. Perhaps wine glasses are also a point of particular strictness, seeing as only 1 was provided for 2 people staying. When again asking at reception for any additional glasses, the same response was received. “Those in your room are the standard size”. The breakfast options are v limited. 16€ per person for this is scandalous. Avoid! Only for the location and the pool, this hotel leaves A LOT to be desired

The hotel looked way old than it looks in the photo, we had booked a pool side view 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, its been really hot and we made sure we had air conditioner before we booked and unfortunately the a/c was not working then the hot water stopped in the evenings and then the sofa bed would not unfold and needed 2 people to open it, since it was my son's tournament we wanted to be relaxed after the practices in heat and also the games but it was frustrating to go through all this and there was no direct help and after half of my stay they gave a smaller room where everything was working but the service was bad breakfast was very average for the price they charge overall the not a good experience

All in all, probably the worst managed property we’ve stayed in. I would categorise as follows: Location: good, as one block from the beach. Safety: terrible! The apartment block security door was broken during our stay, so anyone could walk in off the street and access the various floors. Also the door in my daughter’s room wouldn’t close or lock as door broken Amenities: fridge door handle broken, sound system not working, TV screen distorted and toilet flush broken! Room Preparation: our shower gel in both bathrooms ran out on first day and there was no stock to refill! Apartment comfort: aircon not working (3 people complaining during checkin!). I raised the issue every day, was told it would be fixed and it never was. Sometimes working in the day, but turned off at 8pm every night! Not great when 32 degrees every day Management: shocking! Considering the number of issues and failure to resolve issues when raised, I suggest a change of management is required! I would strongly suggest not staying here!
