Great hotel on the water. Close to public beaches and St Pierre shopping area. Nice, standard French breakfast. Parking for 19 euros per night. I would stay here again.

client régulier de cet hôtel , j'ai pour la 1ère fois été envoyé dans le bâtiment arriere de l'hôtel pour une chambre au 4ème étage sans ascenseur avec une valise et les chemises vraiment pas top ! une Sdb avec des longs cheveux dans le lavabo Bof sale ! Une douche qui fuit et un jet d'eau insuffisant qui oblige à prendre une douche de 20 minutes pour se rincer, un gel douche totalement vide ! un toilette avec une lunette qui revient vers vous une fois assis . vraiment une mauvaise expérience cette fois ci . dommage car les 3 autres fois étaient vraiment Top . c'est simple si ils me remettent dans ce batîment j'annulerai les nuits tout simplement .

Great position on Cagnes sur mer promenade, close to restaurants although my room was in a separate rear building (with side balcony with sea views) Parking at hotel pricey, breakfast quite basic and commonways need refurb, but room and shower room good value. Staff excellent

1er mauvaise surprise le parking est payant 19 euros la nuit … 2eme, un carreau cassé juste devant la salle de bain de quoi se blesser, d'autre part la commande de douche en mode italienne cassée , chambre propre sinon et pour finir le jour du check out , j'avais prolonger d'une nuit avec le collaborateur du responsable le soir , avec petit déjeuner inclus, le lendemain matin le responsable m'indique que nous devons payés en plus 40 euros par personne (80eur à 2 pour les petits déjeuners) et que c'était indiqué sur l'ordinateur me prenant pour un crétin au passage ce qui était un peu insultant, méthode commerciale très très discutable . endroit à fuir , je recommande pas du tout

Stay was good, room clean and beach is right across the street. Property seemed old and needing maintenance. The building I stayed at didn’t have elevators and staircase was narrow for luggage.

Overall, the hotel was good, but there were some minor issues in the room, such as a broken coat hook. There was always concern about the availability of parking spaces, despite the fact that we had paid for them.

Property is in renovation under new management. AC not working and lot of work

Very nice, clean room with a perfect view of the seaside and a lovely little balcony. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. There are many restaurants nearby, and the train station is just a 20-minute walk away. Highly recommended, with friendly staff.

Je ne mets jamais de commentaires d’Habitude mais là Chambre vraiment très mal entretenue, salle de bain avec carrelage qui bouge, joint pourrie, siphon et finitions KO Pas de claquettes mis à dispo, l’eau qui ne se dégage pas correctement, salle de bain qui d’inondé, ça remonte dans la chambre, pas de porte de douche. On frôle le vis à vis vu l’agencement de la chambre Des verres mis à dispo avec des poils dedans, rideau déchiré et pas de voilages (soit on est dans le noir, soit tous le monde nous voit) De la poussière plein les façades. Coussin qui sent très mauvais. C’est VRAIMENT DOMMAGE l’emplacement lui est top !

The overall location is great, right in front of the ocean with good restaurants around. But the hotel itself was very dirty. The shower had hairs from previous guests, there was no toilet paper, no soap for the sink, and there were smears all over the steel parts in the bathroom. The room was covered in dust and the carpet seems to not be cleaned. When we arrived we noticed the shutters did not close and people could see inside the bathroom. When we told the staff, a lady said “I don’t see the problem” did not try to fix the situation. Bugs flying everywhere in the room and in the restaurant.

Detta hotell är som max ett svagt 3-stjärnigt hotell och inte ett 4-stjärnigt som det presenteras. Städningen var under all kritik. Vi fick vid ett tillfälle smutsig handduk när de hade städat och bytt våra handdukar. Städpersonalen missade basic arbetsuppgifter såsom att fylla på handtvål. Vi fick fö ett väldigt dåligt rum först som behövde renovering vilket personalen själv höll med om. Vi framförde detta och fick sen ett renoverat rum som var bättre. Personalen försökte fö vara behjälpliga i den mån som de kunde.

The accommodations we received were not as advertised on the website: The pictures displayed online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property nor the room provided. Several amenities were broken, there was mold, water damage, debris, and the overall state of the room was far below the standard represented online. I have attached photos documenting the condition of the room to illustrate the discrepancies.

Staff indifferent to this issue. Lots of better options. Breakfast ok, never bothered to have dinner here.

Jeg er mega utilfreds køkknet i skabet var møj beskidt køleskabet var med mug afløb var stoppet kaffemaskinen var med meget grimt vand så er slet ikke tilfreds

Personnel charmant mais une horrible odeur dans la sdb (remontée d’égout ??) bien connue du personnel puisque forte odeur de « parfum » à l’arrivée pour masquer cela ! Heureusement qu’il y avait une porte ce qui permettait de dormir convenablement

Par ou commencer ... un hotel avec en réalité deux batiments dont un plus vetuste et forcement notre chambre est dans celui la .... peinture degradee , moisisure autour des la fenêtre, volet qui ne s'ouvre pas, taches sur les meubles, et le pire pas de clim!!! Cette derniere a etait reparee que le lendemain donc passer la nuit avec 28° dans la chambre ! En debut d'après-midi meme chose clim hs et remise en route 3h apres.... a notre retour de soiree de nouveau clim en panne la reception nous donne une autre chambre dans le batiment plus recent et la bonne surprise enfin limpression d'être dans un 4 etoiles .... notre sejour a etait gache par le manque d'entretien et la reactivite de cet hotel ! Par ailleurs le parking reserve a l'hôtel est payant 19€ par jour alors que sur le site est notifié stationnemnt libre ..... Pour finir a 9h au petit dejeuner plus viennoiserie !!!! Une honte pour un 4 etoiles !

Personale all'accoglienza la sera poco ospitale. meglio la mattina. stanza vista mare, ma anche sulla strada e quindi rumoroso. stanza piccolissima. Molto difficile da muoversi. bagno separato dal corridoio, in due parti.

Tiny room, no room for two suitcases. If looking for restaurants, go out the front door and turn left towards the marina or Nice Airport. Most important: comfortable bed.

The room was so small. We reserved a queen bed but they gave us two single beds and when we requested to change our room, they did not accept. Toilet was separate from the bathroom. One night the AC was not working and it was so hot. The receptionists were very polite and helpful.

The hotel staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. Overall outstanding.

Très bien situé, très propre, belle vue mer, personnel très agréable, excellent petit déjeuner.

La personne au niveau de l’accueil était sympathique. Mais je trouve qu’elle n’a pas donné suffisamment d’informations. Exemple le code wi-fi exemple où se trouvait la salle du petit déjeuner. Et une fois arrivée dans ma chambre qui était de l’autre côté de l’hôtel, eh bien je trouve que pour l’emplacement et l’ensemble de cet hôtel

Oh dear.. where to start? On arrival (the whole hotel smelled of fish guts probably from the restaurant next door), we were first of all told that “none of our 3 people rooms have a sea view”. So instead of what we booked we looked into other peoples kitchens, bedrooms and other rooms in an apartment block. The sea was literally just across the road but no such luck. The woman in reception told us that we needed to give a €100 deposit. Wich made us feel very uncomfortable, as this has never happened before. Turns out she took €300 and they have still, five days later not been returned. We also paid for the room in advance. After this transaction she tells us “ the hotel has no hot water, today or tomorrow”. We were very surprised as this apparently had been an issue for some time and the hotel could have told us beforehand so we could have cancelled. We were told we could have a partial refund on check out. In the room the fridge was unplugged and electricity did not work properly. No hand soap. But still fish smell everywhere. Next morning, early check out. There is a younger man. He phones colleague and “boss” about our partial refund, wich is denied. He then says he must “go and check our room, so nothing is stolen”!!!! He comes back and confirm that indeed nothing is missing. Never ever have we been made to feel so uncomfortable in an hotel. This behaviour was in front of other guests who seemed equally uncomfortable. This is the worst hotel in France! Hands down!

Disappointed with the experience overall: hotel was dirty, poor hygiene at breakfast area (food was left uncovered with flies sitting on the food, room service barely cleaned our room, which was quite dirty after a few days, etc.), no refills of soap or toilet paper when needed (we had to ask front desk teice). Hotel claims that cleaning is done every day and that rooms are sound proof, and we can testify that neither claims are true. Finally, upon check out, and although we were traveling with one young child, the front desk staff refused to keep our suitcase for three hours. I will not return to that hotel, and if you can avoid it, I strongly suggest you do.

I discovered this hotel a few years back as I have a business in Cagnes sur Mer and return 4 times a year. You need to know that I do not give compliments easily. Amazing service from the front desk, the maids and the restaurant manager.

This property is right across from the beach, it's quieter than central Nice, but it's only a couple miles away. After visiting Nice Ville, I'm extra glad we chose this apot. Nice view, lots of places to eat nearby, easy to get to every place you want to go. Clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.

Had an enjoyable stay here and really loved the central location to everything and close proximity to the beach.

Brilliant location, we maintained and tastefully designed. We were in the fsmily suite, which was modren with a big sea facing balcony, just as we expected. Promanade and lots of dining options with 5 min walk. Staff was superb!

Meiner Meinung nach ist dies kein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Zimmergrösse war in Ordnung. Kühlschrank war viel zu laut. Sehr begrenzte Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Very lovely views from balcony Room really small Restaurant connected with hotel Waited 90 mins for food and confusing waitress telling us we can’t order food as no food in kitchen ???? Took so long and service not particularly great as staff too busy talking to each other and ignoring customers

The apartment we stayed in looked like it had been recently renovated. The AC worked well. We only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable. The reception staff was great. Very close to the airport but better than staying right at the airport. Areas for improvement included: No soap or shampoo in the room. All dispensers were empty. No hot water in the shower. So cold shower without soap:( Shower bottom area was gross. No elevator in the building we stayed in. Breakfast was sad. Not worth the money. This could be a good hotel if they put more effort into the breakfast and housekeeping service.

FIRSTLY All the staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable & i recommend booking sea view, balcony rooms - waking up to sea views & able to be out on balcony morning & night, adds to the experience of Cote De Azur visit;) Food in a&E restaurant was actually amazing with great service & views - highly recommend (it’s not just another “hotel” restaurant). Location wise is perfect - right between Nice & Antibes. Avoiding both very busy beaches & town. Lovely & beautiful beach clubs in walking distance. I would definitely return if i have to come back to Nice. Only con is that the bathroom sometimes (due to drainage system & AC, i guess) had very strong damp smell - but leaving balcony door open during day helped👌
