When I booked this hotel the pictures had the look of a quaint boutique hotel. When we arrived, it was as if it was a bait and switch. I never book a hotel under 9.0 and this turned out to be an 8.4 when we looked it up after arriving. The room was tiny and the breakfast buffet was minimal with only eight tables.there was a line of folks waiting to be seated in the tiny room when we finished. The lobby literally had 3-4 seats and a vending machine. The hotel was a bit down a somewhat sketchy alley. I did not pick a winner this time.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Central Saint Germain, close to transport options, shopping and many restaurants. The staff were professional and the breakfast set us up well for the busy tourist day ahead. The only addition that would have been nice to have would be a small refrigerator in the room otherwise perfect for our stay in Paris.

The staff here are fabulous! There is a lift which was great, 24/7 reception. I was travelling alone and my room was small and dark but it was adequate for what I needed as I only really slept there. Location is excellent if you want to be in the Latin quarter. Handy to laundromat, cafes shops and metro. Value for money. Staff really are excellent!

Quarto muito pequeno para tres pessoas. Nos ofereceram cafe da manha para compensar. A noite fomos fechar a janela por causa do barulho no teatro que fica embaixo, mas nao conseguimos ficar com as janelas fechadas , pois nao ha sistema de ventilacao/ar condicionado. Segundo eles, é desligado no inverno. Ficamos 12 dias tendo que dormir com a janela aberta e o barulho da rua, com o caminhao de lixo chegando pontualmente as 6 horas da.manha, porque o hotel se recusou a ligar a ventilação. Reclamei varias vezes sem sensibiliza-los.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There are very good restaurants nearby and is very close to Notre Dame, Saint-Chapelle and Luxembourg Gardens. If I ever get back to Paris, I will stay there again.

Lovely little hotel in a great location! Less than five minutes to metro and Notre Dame, but far enough back that there are tons of local restaurants/cafes nearby (Highly recommend Pepita for dinner and Maison D’Isabelle for life changing croissants). Staff were all very friendly, and the rooms were spotless. Had breakfast one day and it was okay, very basic. Would stay here again for sure!

Great location. Comfortable room. Nice bed. Very helpful staff. Only thing to add perhaps a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a plug for the curling iron. Plenty of outlets in the room but none adjacent to a mirror.

We are a family of 4. The main bed is two twin beds pushed together. Then they gave us a 3rd twin bed and the 4th bed is an uncomfortable folding bed. This made the room super cramped and no space left to move around. There was one chair to sit on and barely enough room to pull it out from the table. The hot water kettle had a leftover dried ramen in it and smelled like vinegar so it was unusable. We had a travel kettle with us so did not bother to ask for it to be changed. I did let housekeeping know it needed to be cleaned. Everything was clean and the actual beds were comfortable, except for the folding bed.

I really like the Parisian authentic look the hotel has. However, some upgrades wouldn’t hurt. The hotel has lots of potential! The location was perfect for us with many nearby transportation and restaurant options. It can get loud at night with the theater and restaurant next door, but it’s not a deal breaker unless you’re looking for an early night sleep. Most staff are friendly but a few won’t say a word to you. Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. Overall hotel was good for what I was looking for in Paris.

Beautiful hotel, so clean and well presented. For the centre of Paris, very spacious room and children were delighted to have a bed each rather than sofa bed to share. Shower was huge and wheelchair accessable in beautifully appointed bathroom. Lots of lovely touches like tooth brush and shaving kits. Excellent location and very friendly staff.

We had a great experience at Hotel Central Saint Germain. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. The staff were lovely. The hotel is tucked in a small side street so quiet but still close to the metro and Notre Dame. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Not much shopping, only tourist souvenirs spots. Go to the pharmacy on the corner!

Receptionisten var ikke særlig imødekommende og kunne ikke hjælpe hvis man spurgte om en taxa. Hun hilste aldrig når man kom ind eller den dag vi skulle tjekke ind. Værelset var ok og beliggenhed fint. Tilgængelig personalet i den meget lille morgenmads café var super venlige og imødekommende.

Maximus two star hotel the staff are rude and very arrogant, know nothing about anything, there is mold in bathroom, alot of noise from the street. I paid city tax by arrivel and did not get a receipt so on course on check out they wanted me to pay city tax again, that is what i Call cheating, when i found my bank statement and showed the clerc there was no excuses only” that is Ok” i will never stay on that bad hotel again. Breakfast and bed was ok but all in all Way to expensive compared to what they provide

I mixed up my dates and the person at the front desk went above and beyond in assisting us. Had a really nice room for the night and she credited the night reservation I made in error to the stay. Only paid the difference. Hotel beautiful, staff wonderful, and overall experience was awesome! Merci beaucoup!

Really liked the small boutique hotel - staff was friendly and helpful and it was right around the corner from GREAT cafes and shopping and the Metro station. Breakfast every morning was excellent and the Latin Quarter was so wonderful with all of it's choices of food and atmosphere . . . we loved it!

Location was very convenient to all the sites and in a great neighborhood. Hotel was clean and renovated. But service was mediocre and hotel had no charm or character. Skip the hotel breakfast. Overpriced in a small room with no ambiance. Much better options nearby.

Very nice hotel in Latin Quarter. Walking distance to Notre Dame and associated sites & dining options. Room was small but nicely decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even contacted us about a pair of glasses that we left behind and offered to mail them to us.

Veldig sentralt beliggende hotell, og de ansatte på hotellet var hyggelige og oppmerksomme. Men frokosten var dårlig (vakumpakket, smakløst), og kaffen var bortimot udrikkelig. Det var synd, for personalet også her var svært vennlige og hyggelige.
