The hotel was short staffed, calling on the front desk to handle multiple things and be away from the desk area. They also had to handle needs for the attached Homewood Suites. There was also a series of vehicle break-ins overnight. This is something the hotel seems to be aware of and has been an ongoing issue, however, security was not present as a preventative measure to deter damage and theft.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms was spotless. We were on the fifth floor, the only elevators in the building were not reading the cards and would not go up the night we arrived. The next morning we were able to use the elevators to go down. However by the time we returned in the afternoon the elevators were still not working, the staff called for someone who would meet us at the elevator with a special key so we could go up and the person never showed up.

If I could have given a “no star” rating I would have. The trip started out by not having the room I booked for, 2 queens, as the said they double booked. Not sure what that meant. The. They only had 1 elevator working, the pool was closed, and the staff not very accommodating. This area has turned into a high crime location. While we stayed there 10 cars got broken into and one stolen. A police trailer with cameras on an elevated pole did not detour these dirtbags. Said to see this area have such a crime issue. I spoke with other members of our group that stayed close by as well and they had the same car break in issues. DONT STAY HERE

The hotel was good. Except there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We had to use the body wash from the shower to wash our hands. Every time we tried calling the front desk, nobody answered. Also, we lost power in all the rooms that evening for several hours, so no electricity and no air conditioning, very hard with young kids in the summer trying to sleep all sweaty. Also, their indoor pool was freezing.

We booked this hotel locally to take our son swimming for his birthday. When I checked in, they did not notify me that the pool was closed. When I asked about it, the man at the front desk gave me contradicting information, saying it’ll be open soon, but it hadn’t been open all week so not to hold my breath. When my husband went, they told him it would be open in the hour. By the time my husband left, pool was open and at capacity. By the time we got back with our son ate dinner and went to the pool, it was closed again. The “manager” treating the pool was not very polite regarding this situation. We had also asked for assistance to the room several times without anyone ever coming. When checking in, there was ripped up toilet paper on the floor, pink mildew and old hairs left in the bathrooms, and the beds were not made neatly. Overall this was an entire waste of our time and money and we won’t be staying here again.

I was with a group, they all had to switch hotels because their rooms were not ready by 10pm. Bar had limited beers, tender was pleasant. Cars got broken into, windows broken the next morning. I would not stay here again.

We arrived 20 minutes early for check-in. I was told no rooms were available. I had to wait an hour and a half for check-in while rooms were still being cleaned. A lobby full of people waiting to check in with only one clerk. The bathroom shower had not be cleaned, and the floor was not cleaned either. I also needed some fresh linen since there was none in the room when we checked in. I was told that they had no washcloths and towels available. I waited until the next morning to see if any, still none was available. Breakfast was refused to patrons who paid for it when room was booked and paid for prior to arrival. This is not a good experience for me and my kids. I will not be staying there ever again. The location was a recommended area however, that was not my experience. I was not the only person who complained about the hospitality while there, which was very surprising. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this by far, was the worst stay.

The room was not cleaned - there were used dirty washcloths in the shower, dirty fingerprints on the door, litter on the floor, no toiletries. We stayed for 2 nights and both nights there was someone yelling in the hallway, running and screaming. Staff at the front desk was never available - had to wait 10 min for anyone to show up at check in, then every time we would go downstairs there was no one there. Don't recommend and won't stay again

The location was good. But the condition of my room was very bad upon arrival. I had a late check in due to my flight so I expected my room to be in excellent condition. I walked into my room and there was food from a previous reservation in the fridge and trash on the floor. My bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair in the shower. I requested to change rooms once I realized the tv wasn’t working (the next day) but that was not granted to me. Someone came and took the trash out after asking when I was not in the room but did not clean my room or change my sheets as requested. I was very excited to stay at this hotel but my experience will not have me return.

We only had one small trash can in the bathroom. We had 2 pillows for a king bed. Trash was overflowing everywhere. I had to ook in drawers for creamer and the coffee was completely out. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lackluster. Not everyone likes runny eggs. There were kids from a soccer tournament running up and down the halls being loud and unsupervised. The doors are hard to open and slam shut so it wakes you up any time aomeone goes in and out of the room. We were on the 6th floor and heard all of the outside noise. Its totally not sound proof.

The desk clerk was not available for checkout, I was told by another worker she would leave a note for her and we would get confirmation of checkout via email…has not happened. Dining for breakfast very limited to buffet only…could not see paying that amount for a 5 year old…no other menu options available…we went offsite for breakfast.

Check out on Sunday morning had a line with no staff at desk. Wasn't big on waiting 15 minutes to leave. With no apologies from her.

We were 15 minutes from the 3p check-in time. Of course NO rooms ready. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. Elevators were filthy. One towel in room, one coffee e pod and when asked they did not have any. Our commode did not work and had to call maintenance. We are honor members. The water was barely warm till am. Will not stay here again.

Checking in is at 4:00pm. We got there to Checking in around 6:15sh and there had no rooms ready at that time, that was kinda weird. Then we waited for like 45 minutes to have a room. We got into the room and there was no hands soap and no towels. That was not good.

The hotel was up to date, the rooms were fairly clean and the place is in a great location. We spent 3 nights here and only had one complaint: the staff. The staff was not helpful at all. Anytime we were in the lobby, there were a line of people trying to check in and their rooms weren’t ready. The phones were ringing off the hook and never answered. At one point there were people camped out in the lobby for at least an hour waiting to get into their rooms. None of the customers had enough (or any) towels. This was brought up to the employees several times during our stay and we were promised that more would be delivered but they never were. Used towel, plungers and garbage bags were left in the hall and never cleaned up. They also promised at check in and that our whole party would be put in rooms right next to each other when in reality we were put 5 floors apart. We loved Columbus and will be back, but will not be staying here.

Our stay was mostly ok. I’m not one to typically complain, but, this will be an exception. With hotels, the minimum service I expect is that the room is clean, safe, and we have the number of towels appropriate for the number of people in the room. If there aren’t, I expect the front to provide the additional towels needed. We had 3 people and 2 towels. My wife went to the front desk and requested one additional towel. She was told by the woman that eventually came to the desk (no one was there and she had to wait…it was after 8am), that there were no additional towels in the building to give her. That was it. She didn’t try looking for one. She didn’t even offer a pool towel. Tough luck for us. (The person that checked us in the evening before said if we needed extra towels, that they’d be happy to provide one. Too bad they didn’t deliver the next morning.) UNacceptable. ESPECIALLY for a HILTON. Motel 6 had treated me better. Absolutely no effort to address a very basic, reasonable need. We don’t ask for much…pretty low maintenance. Took 10 minutes to check in. There your Front Desk agent gave another guest our room. They walked in on my 15 year old Granddaughter. This was ridiculous. Then when we returned after dinner. The room key would not work and I had to go back down and wait for the person at the desk figure how to check a group of people. I had to wait 20 minutes. I will not be staying there again!

BEWARE of this property!!! Even though the hotel is very nice and clean and the area is overall good (since the Easton mall is within walking distance) there was 25 car break-ins the Sat night we stayed there with one of them being our truck. Police told us this was the second time within the last 2 weeks this has happened at this Hilton location. Several vehicles were also completely stolen. Supposedly this area is notorious for gangs of thieves doing this to hotel guests with their cars in the parking lot. Some times the thieves will even do the break ins with security guards watching the whole time but aren’t allowed to do anything other than call the police. Likely within 2-3 min 25 cars were broken into. Do your homework, don’t leave valuables (especially guns) in the car, keep it locked and parked near the main entrance of the hotel if possible.

Convenient to Easton shopping center. Hotel was super clean. Bed was incredibly firm to a fault. Was taken back by the fact the complimentary coffee was always out and takes forever to be refilled. The restaurant was okay. Surprised that we had our salads before our drinks we made. They weren't busy at all. Check in Staff was awesome. The rest not so much. A lobby full of people waiting to check in with only one clerk. The bathroom shower had not be cleaned, and the floor was not cleaned either. I also needed some fresh linen since there was none in the room when we checked in. I was told that they had no washcloths and towels available. I waited until the next morning to see if any, still none was available. Breakfast was refused to patrons who paid for it when room was booked and paid for prior to arrival. This is not a good experience for me and my kids. I will not be staying there ever again. The location was a recommended area however, that was not my experience. I was not the only person who complained about the hospitality while there, which was very surprising. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this by far, was the worst stay.

Overall nice hotel convenient to things. The guy that checked me in was a not nice barely spoke or looked at me other then to say your on third floor, I thought we were one room but it were another cause his writing wasn’t clear. Didn’t know you had to scan your card in elevator to go to room. Didn’t know restaurant was closed that evening didn’t know anything again cause check in guy was ignorant.

Great stay! Would love if they had free breakfast in the morning. They forgot to put hand soap in the bathroom and they should add vending machines close to the rooms. Pool was very nice and clean. Beautiful hotel!

Hotel was just okay. I don’t think it lives up to the Hilton name. Hallways were dirty, coffee maker in our room only had one coffee pod. Asked for extra blankets and were told we’d have to come get them. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Most hotels seems to have a couple of complementary bottles of water in the room. Not this one. Probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

I was with a group, they all had to switch hotels because their rooms were not ready by 10pm. Bar had limited beers, tender was pleasant. Cars got broken into, windows broken the next morning. I would not stay here again.
