GINZA HOTEL by GRANBELL

酒店很新，房間同一般日本酒店一樣比較細。 洗手間有浴缸，但是沒有地方擺放任何雜物，連掛鉤也沒有一個，如果女士們就要行出行入拎所有嘅日用品及化妝品，非常不便。 酒店每天早上9:30 前也有麵包供應亦有咖啡及茶包提供。 位置超級無敵，被數十間嘅食肆包圍，所以一啲都唔擔心冇嘢食，距離大商場也只是10分鐘之內的步情，如果shopping的話非常推薦。 有浴埸，不過是要收費的，每次 1400円，個人感覺不太值得，非常簡陋像一個大浴缸。

The hotel is near the train station and it is surrounded by many restaurants. Room is big, clean and comfortable. There was a one time complimentary spa usage per pax for each room.

Daily house keeping does a good job. The common area is comfortable to enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. Don’t miss it.

Concierges are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfy. We got complimentary spa sauna coupons for our stay and the experience is fantastic. Location is great, lots of food and izakaya, very close to Tokyo station and other subway lines

The end of my Japan journey. This hotel was in a great location, in between three train stations, with plenty of shopping, parks, and close to Tokyo station. The room was nicely updated and the Onsen was complete- with a hot/cold tub, sauna, relaxation room, and a spa.

The Japanese style sauna with hot and cold pools was great the kids enjoyed trainspotting on the 10th floor rooftop bar restaurant which has a food happy hour in the evening and nice breakfast in the morning

There are many dining options located in the same building and along the same street. The hotel is conveniently close to Ginza Metro Station, and a taxi to Haneda Airport costs about 8,000 JPY. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor and offers a nice view. The food selection is acceptable, though I wish there were more fruit options available.

Location is Prime. However the bathub curtain wan not clean and moulded. Hygiene is a issue.

Very noisy , poor sound insulation. Inflexible staff. Lots of centipedes in the room.. Definitely wont be back

トイレの掃除が雑です。 チェックインの際にスタッフが部屋替えの日程が間違い、連泊のお客に迷惑をかけるなど、不愉快な体験をさせた。

住了5晚，整體感覺都很好，房間清潔很好 距離銀座駅，新橋駅只有5分鐘路程 酒店樓下就是人氣餐廳美登利壽司及敍敍苑燒肉 唯一不好的是樓下是酒吧街，入夜後會有些喝醉的也有些在搭訕。 但是酒店房間隔音不錯，都沒有聽到很嘈吵的聲音

住宿環境很好 樓下就有很多吃的，很好逛街！ 在不小心把東西遺失，服務員竟然把前天丟的垃圾全部找回，真的太誇張的用心了！ 很值得信賴的飯店

The rooms are every small and NO closet NO dresser there’s no way to put your clothes.

Convenient locations, close to Ginza main shopping areas and lots of dining options nearby. However, the room is too small with not enough space to place suitcase. There is no wardrobe for hanging clothes, no desk, with only a small coffee table.

Need to update WiFi

Bathroom badly designed. Lack of any shelving.

Location is good but room has only two hungers and no shelves to put things. May be good for short stay but long stay need more covienienses

予約時は、デスクがあって仕事が出来る環境だと思っていたら、実際には写真とは違ってデスクが無く、同じタイプの部屋でも、デスクが無い部屋もあると説明を受けました。すぐにチェックアウトして、机のあるホテルに移動しました。

Poor internet network: slow and unstable. It was tubule to making video conference. Also IP based TV system was malfunctioned every day.

Excellent location, and in spite of overlooking the railway track, the room was not noisy. Nice enough room.

Definitely not considered a 4 or 5 star hotel. The location was great but the room overall was VERY small and dark! The bathroom sink doesn’t even have enough room to place your own toiletries.

Insgesamt so wie wir es erwartet hatten. Die Fenster der Zimmer bzw die Tür zum Balkon sind allerdings schlecht isoliert, so dass die direkt nebenan vorbeifahrenden Züge schon recht laut waren. Das Viertel Ginza ist ein "Ausgeh-Viertel" - von daher immer etwas los.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to get tickets to Disney and They went above and beyond to help me accomplish it.

Staff at Friné desk was nice but didn’t resolve any of my request (graciously). Besides one or two staff people, they hardly spoke English. One nice perk was free bread and coffee in the morning but I ordered breakfast and it was a bit of a desastre. It’s served in a huge empty restaurant where I was the only patron and independency say only had two menus it served exactly the same food every day:one fish and one chicken. I don’t recommend having breakfast there. One nice feature is the SPA. Thr hotel offers one free entry.

Friendly staff!

During my recent stay at this hotel, my group of four people booked two rooms. I had specifically requested higher floors for both rooms when I made the reservation, but when we arrived, we found that the front desk staff had ignored my request and gave us one lower floor room and one higher floor room. However, after making a request, they eventually gave us two higher floor rooms. Additionally, the front desk staff was unprofessional and lacked adequate English skills, making communication frustrating. While some staff members were helpful, others were not, which created inconsistency in service quality. To make matters worse, the room lacked sufficient storage space, and there were no mirrors provided on the desk for makeup purposes. If I wanted to finish even the most basic makeup application, I had to go in and out of the bathroom 3-4 times, which was incredibly inconvenient. For anyone who needs to do makeup (even the most basic makeup), I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The bathroom amenities were also concerning, with the shower curtain emitting a strong sour smell that suggested poor hygiene. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The unprofessional staff, inconsistent service, lack of storage space, and poor bathroom amenities all contributed to a highly disappointing stay. I strongly urge the hotel management to address these issues to improve the guest experience.

The hotel is fine and staff were all very polite and helpful. Decent size rooms for Tokyo. But the lobby was always full of luggage being stored. It’s looks messy and gives a bad first impression.

Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are really nice. If you storage the luggage before check-in. They will delivery your luggage to your room. Good service !

We were disappointed that when we arrived exhausted at 10am they want £30 to let us into our room and even then not till 1pm so only 2 hours early. We went off to see a garden and came back at 2.20 when they told us that even though our room was ready we couldn’t go into it without paying the £30 until 3pm. If we were staying just 1 night I might understand but we were staying 4 nights and would have expected a little more goodwill. We were going to stay another 4 nights at the end of March but have changed to another hotel for this reason. The room was clean though not much space to put our cases and clothes. The location was excellent

This is a beautiful hotel located in a very convenient location. A entire street of local restaurants is right here next to the hotel. They serve the best local food in Tokyo. It’s also very close to train station, at walkable distance. It’s close to market as well. Our room is quite spacious and very clean. However the breakfast is limited, croissants and bread. But I understand Japanese people don’t usually eat big breakfast. We loved our stay at Ginza Hotel! Liping

Great location and great stay! The location was on Corridor Street, which has amazing restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and worth the extra. Hotwls lays two breakfast prices. Not sure the difference but go for the cheapest price. Breakfast is a buffet with a nice variety of food that tends toward Japanese. Room was much smaller than advertised, however. Didn't check out the spa due to negative reviews.

Location and the room were perfect, only improvement point would be the breakfast which is not that extensive.
