Great central hotel, perfect location for exploring. Was boiling hot when we visited so aircon would have been appreciated!

The staffs were welcoming, the breakfast was okay but same menu everyday. The Wifi did not work for the most part. One of the night staff was very rude to the guest when inquired about the wifi.

The staff were v welcoming and helpful. The position of the hotel near several bus stops and metro stations makes it easy to get around. Our room was quite small but the bed was comfy and shower etc was fine. The power of shower wasn't great but we were top floor so that might have affected it. There was no kettle etc which you would have in UK hotels. The safe was easy to use. The main issue was the heat of the room and the lack of ac. When I booked the hotel, it said it had ac. Buried in my many emails was one telling me it didn't have ac. This probably wouldn't have been a major issue on normal weeks but we were there when it was 40 degrees making a room on the top floor really v hot for the whole time. There was a fan which was helpful once the windows could be opened later on when it was cooler outside. It is a lovely hotel but I will certainly be more careful booking in future esp if it might get v hot.
