Reservé dos habitaciones y cuando llego me dicen que una no estaba lista y me iban a dar una noche en otro tipo de habitación “más grande”, después fui a ver la otra habitación y estaban en otra tipo “Torre” donde no tenían elevador, nosotros llevábamos mucho equipaje y era difícil subir todo por las escaleras, pedi que porfavor me dejaran en la habitación que por solo una noche me iban a dejar y el hombre de muy mala gana me decía que no, le expliqué la situación y que no estaba conforme puesto que en las fotos yo había visto el elevador, cabe aclarar que la otra habitación tenía el baño en el segundo piso, osea más escaleras, accedió cuando le dije que pagaba la diferencia si me dejaba ahí, fueron $6 mil y cacho pesos mexicanos lo extra junto con lo que te cobran al final de tu estancia. Las habitaciones estaban limpias no tengo queja de eso pero si consideren que hay habitaciones que no cuentan con elevador

On arrival my the hotel could not find my booking but luckily had a room for my two night stay. A better room than booked Absolutely delightful room with quality decor large bed and beautiful bedding. Separate toilet and shower. Lift to upper floors. I had breakfast on one day which was a good continental with cereals cold meat,cheese, croissant,bread tea and coffee Excellent location in quiet street with access to restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend

The hotel is located close to Metro line 5,7 and 8 and it was so convenient. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and venue is very welcoming. There are several restaurants in the area, which makes the location great. I booked a double room without knowing that a loft room could have a two-story feature where the bed is located downstairs and bathroom upstairs. The layout is real cool but if dont feel like climbing the stairs to use the restroom, then you should contact the property to inquire for your room type. There are also two buildings in the property, one with elevator and one without (taller building has the elevator). Overall, the hotel is clean, and we would stay again on out next trip to Paris.

The lovely gentleman who checked us in was kind enough to give us an upgrade. The lobby and breakfast area were very pretty. The room was beautiful. The room's interior decoration was also very pretty. The room itself was spotless. A wonderfully gracious experience.

The room I was assigned was very uncomfortable and unsafe .It was in an area with no elevator and 2 flights of difficult stairs . The washroom was accessed on the floor above using a very narrow very treacherous staircase . The upstairs bathroom had a beam in the middle of the room that you had to be very careful to not hit your head on. You could not stand up straight in the combo tub shower because of the ceiling height and the the shower was handheld only and difficult to use. No shower curtain . Led to slippery doors with no grab bars . The bathroom sink was very slow draining . Asked about it. No change. Pluses were nice public areas. Quiet hotel and room near metro . Good simple breakfast.

Had to stand on street for 15 min as no one at reception yet the lady said someone is always there lol. Room bait and switch. Booked a classic double room but given an “interconnecting room” in a back building. No elevator. Also room had only a bed on the first floor (no room for anything else) and an attic bathroom accessed by very narrow spiral staircase. Accident waiting to happen. Also had to bend down to use mirror This room type doesn't even appear on Expedia, found it on the hotel’s website. They changed our room after we showed them the picture that Expedia had for the room we booked. Rest of staff nice and competent. The red haired check in lady should find another job. With check in and room switch whole process took an hour!!! Many other hotels out there.

Property is on a quiet street and has a nice mix of modern and classical style. Everything worked. Staff were helpful. Near a subway station. My only preference would be room doors that don’t make a noise upon closing.

9/10 for Hotel’s cleanliness and decor which very pleasant. Location near two subway stations and just next to Marais’ cafes and bars is perfect for city life, but too far from major sightseeings, if planning to do those by walking. 9/10 for the room that was quite small, but charming, although the sink was a bit oddly placed in the room because there was no room for it in the bathroom. There were a plastic carpet, but slippers available, so didn’t mind about that. If traveling for pleasure, room was good, but for a business trip a lack of desk and iron might be good to know. Tje iron was available only for use at the lobby or bteakfast room. Special thanks for a English channel BBC news on tv. 8/10 for the breakfast. Variaty was ok, but quantity was meager, which is one way to avoid waste. On the other hand running out of croissant, in Paris, seems just cheap. 7/10 for customer service which was polite, but at the same time arrogant. Little things can make a big difference... I left with mixed feelings.

Perfect location, elegant hotel and very friendly staff. We got a room over two floors, which was original and stylish. But: when there is no door to the toilet, it can lead to some awkward situations:) But otherwise: top hotel!

パリ旧市街の民泊ホテル。アットホームな感じが良かった。食事もおいしく十分満足でした。 地下鉄の駅（2駅とも）に近く、交通の便も良くパリ観光には申し分なし。 ただ繁華街からは外れていて、レストランが少ない。またパリだけに、部屋が狭く、シャワーのみなのが残念でした。

The staff was terrific, the location was excellent, and the rooms were pretty, comfortable, and gorgeous. Everything was very streamlined and up to modern standards, whilst still keeping the classical Paris charm! Highly recommended!
The staff was terrific, the location was excellent, and the rooms were pretty, comfortable, and gorgeous. Everything was very streamlined and up to modern standards, whilst still keeping the classical Paris charm! Highly recommended!

The hotel was convenient and close to 2 metro lines. And walkable to pretty much everywhere. I felt safe walking at night. The hotel was very clean and the staff very kind. I had a. Issue with my shower half way through my stay and they moved me out and moved me to another room by the next morning. I have no complaints about my stay.

The hotel.is run by the owner himself with less professional help. We had a 3 year infant accompanying us .The owner did not let us check in on the first night for some and we had to find an alternate accomodation.I beleive he overbooked and bumped us out .Dont recommend this place at all..better to stay in a standard hotel chain.

Highly recommend, very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and helpful with personal suggestions for places to eat and best neighborhoods to roam, reservations and best ways to enjoy Paris. Easily the best breakfast ever.

Pros Clean, quiet at night so easy to sleep, restaurants and metro nearby, in the Marais. Cons Check in at 2. Had to stand on street for 15 min as no one at reception yet the lady said someone is always there lol. Room bait and switch. Booked a classic double room but given an “interconnecting room” in a back building. No elevator. Also room had only a bed on the first floor (no room for anything else) and an attic bathroom accessed by very narrow spiral staircase. Accident waiting to happen. Also had to bend down to use mirror This room type doesn't even appear on Expedia, found it on the hotel’s website. They changed our room after we showed them the picture that Expedia had for the room we booked. Rest of staff nice and competent. The red haired check in lady should find another job. The property was clean, well run and in a great location (subway station about 1 block away), with numerous restaurants and cafes. The decorations are classic modern and the property looks newly renovated. The room was comfortable as was the king-sized bed. The proprietor was very friendly and was willing to offer her assistance when we needed it.

Location near two subway stations and just next to Marais’ cafes and bars is perfect for city life, but too far from major sightseeings, if planning to do those by walking. 9/10 for the room that was quite small, but charming, although the sink was a bit oddly placed in the room because there was no room for it in the bathroom. On arrival my the hotel could not find my booking but luckily had a room for my two night stay. A better room than booked Absolutely delightful room with quality decor large bed and beautiful bedding. Separate toilet and shower. Lift to upper floors. I had breakfast on one day which was a good continental with cereals cold meat,cheese, croissant,bread tea and coffee Excellent location in quiet street with access to restaurants and bars. The hotel advertises 24/7 reception and a daily breakfast. During our stay, it had neither. We arrived on a Sunday at 1pm, and nobody was at the reception, so we had to leave (dragging around our luggage) and return at 2pm. There were multiple other occasions during our one-night stay when we saw nobody at reception. The area of the hotel where breakfast was supposed to be served was entirely empty all morning, so it appeared that no breakfast was available whatsoever. We would have liked to ask about breakfast when we woke up, but we were unable to, because--again--nobody was at the reception at that time (around 7:30-8). The room itself was very clean, but it was small and lacked privacy. There was no separate bathroom. Instead, the shower opened directly onto the room; it had a glass door, and the interior was therefore wholly visible to, e.g., someone lying on the bed closest to it. The toilet was in a separate closet and had a door, but any of the goings on in either the toilet or shower were wholly audible to the entire room. The location of the hotel was perfect, and, again, the room was clean. The employee at the reception was friendly when she was there. All in all, though, the information on the hotel website and posting here are misleading, and I would definitely not stay again.
