The fridge also did not work which was disappointing. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and always there. It was a decent place to stay since we spent most of our days out and about, and not at the hotel.

I booked a room with air conditioning but after asking 4 times to either fix the AC or move rooms I was told by the night staff there is no AC until June. I immediately packed my bags and left for a hotel with AC. They refused to refund any of the money even though I could not stay in such a substandard room. The chairs in the lobby are stained and dirty. The carpet and walls were even worse. Run far and fast from this place. Not only that, if you're taking the bus or train here it's a serious walk with baggage. After leaving and refusing to stay in the hotel the manager is refusing to refund the money. I also paid for 2 breakfasts for two days in advance. They said they would refund that but I haven't seen the refund. In addition, I told them they need to refund the city taxes since I didn't actually stay in the room. I would avoid this hotel like the plague. If I could rate negative stats I would.

Quarto e banheiro muito sujos. Na varanda tinha lata de coca. Informações não muito claras ao cliente. Não voltarei e não indico pra ninguém! Chegamos da Disney no dia 02/12 por volta de 00:47 e o recepcionista estava dormindo! Ficamos um bom tempo do lado de fora batendo na porta e na janela e ninguém acordava para abrir!

The hotel has three stars, but i not sure if that is true. The cleaning of the room was bad. Alot of dust under bed and bathroom was not clean. Next visit in Paris i will book another hotell with higher standard. I had four nights there.

The hotel was not very clean. On the first day, we asked the maids twice to change the bed sheets, but they didn’t. On the second day, they only tidied up the room, and the sheets still were not changed. The floor was also dirty. The mattress was sagging, though still usable. Aside from these issues, the room itself was generally tidy. The location is decent, with bus and metro stops about a 10-minute walk away

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area. The room was clean and nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It’s also not too far from the metro station. The only downside was that they did not replenish the soap in the dispenser of the washroom prior to us staying there.

I had to wait 15 m to check in. A note said that the employee would be right back but it was a long wait and she didn’t apologize when she arrived, she went on cleaning dishes in the kitchen for a few minutes. However the hotel room though tiny was comfortable. It was perfect for one night

Nice and quiet zone to stay, with metro stations around (5 min walk), at the hotel just when you enter, a carpet on the stairs is extremely dirty, elevator super small, with a broken glass on the announce board, the rooms super small, and the bathroom, needs chlorine and a pressure hose, night lamps won’t work , mattress need to be replaced , warm room with no A/C had to open the window at night . When I claimed this , one of the receptionist at night , very rude , told me that Paris was an expensive city and the hotel was a cheap option, suggested me to leave (even when I already paid the 3 nights stay) or to open the window and assume the error of being there. Never been treated like this in a facility in all my life. Was confident about the rating in Expedia, but don’t understand how is 7.8/10. First time this happened to me. The owner of this hotel need to invest in maintenance and cleaning . Stay away and find another option.

Really liked the staff, super helpful and kind. The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, but this wasn't there hotels fault and they did try to get rid of the smell for us, but couldn't. I would stay here again, just for the excellent customer service.

Located at in a nice quiet area with little restaurants. You get the vibe of everyday Parisian life. There’s parks and close to Pernety station. The building is classic with comfortable beds and nice modern bathroom. Rooms are small but just what you need after a long walk around the city. Is good option for a budget friendly hotel.

You get what you pay for. The room was sufficient enough for a short stay. Although the bed sheets have some minor stains & hair in it.. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, nothing much going on. There’s a park across, a boulangerie downstairs, restaurants, and other necessary establishments are also around. The metro is a 10 min walk from here.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! The hotel was clean and tidy and we had a lovely view overlooking the street and the neighborhood park. We didn’t pay for the breakfast as there’s an amazing bakery next door we grabbed food from. The area felt safe at night and overall I consider this a great value for being in Paris. We would definitely stay here again.
