Overall a good boutique hotel in an excellent area. Only downside is the elevator out of service and the second elevator sometimes also out of service. Night staff attitude during march 26 could be improved.

It was a great stay, great location and style. My only 2 problems were the bed wasn’t comfortable and the A/C wasn’t working and only fan.

I was there 6 years ago , and I reviewed it as a hidden gem, and it was amazing, now it was just ok. guest elevator didnt work , had to share the very small service elevator with the cleaning staff (they should be better dreesed). they need more personal , the small corridors in the floor are full of the cleaning sheets and towels, permanent, as a decoration, before breakfast was included, now they charge 16 Euros for a continental breakfast , with a waitress that you never see. , the room overal was very nice, clean and new and very pretty decorated. It will go a long way if they put coffee machine in every room, there is not that many rooms .

Lovely little hotel in a quiet but convenient area of Paris. Could not get much information from the front desk which was disappointing so we were on our own. We had a 6th floor room and as soon as we exited the elevator we were hit with a wall of 85 degree air. Even though there is air conditioning in the building, it does not work well, especially on the top floor. All of us slept with no covers during our stay because we were unbearably warm. Very expensive room for subpar AC. In addition, the front desk asked if they could book us a return taxi to the airport which I was happy they had offered. I asked how much the taxi would be and was told they arranged a great price of 65 Euros. The taxi charged me 79 Euros saying there is an additional fee for a hotel to reserve the taxi, just wish I knew that in advance.

Beautiful small hotel in great location. Almost all staff were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Coffee (instant sachets) and water bottle (from tap) were never replenished. You had to ask and even then you might not get it. The location and a couple of staff members made it very nice. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for price vs. value.

This hotel was located in a good area that was accessible to walk to the main tourist spots Eiffel and Arc. Also walkable to major train stations. Only complaints are that it does have a faint musty smell when you walked into the hallway (1st floor) and room. There was also a lot of noise outside the hotel on Monday that woke us up too early. Staff is very nice and helpful when assistance was needed.

Great location for this charming small hotel. Area felt safe and quiet. Minutes from river and shops. Lots of restaurants nearby. The door to the toilet was dirty and towelling face cloths would have been nice.

The area was ok but the property itself was not great. There was mold in our shower (they acknowledged and “cleaned” it) and the mini fridge was very messy as well as the kettle in the room having little white stuff floating in it that looked like remnants of milk. The staff was very pleasant but I didn’t find it to be enough to return to this establishment.

This property is dirty and the cleaning service/management does not do a proper job to maintain cleanliness. My fiancé had a spider bite and an eye infection. The bedsheets where not changed during the entirety of our stay which was a period of two (2) weeks. There was also a hole in the wall and our room was infested with bugs and spiders. Do not be fooled by the pictures posted on the advertisement, all the furniture is old and worn out. I do not recommend this hotel and I would not classify this accommodation as a hotel.

A beautiful and classically Parisian boutique hotel in a convenient area, making it easy to get around to different neighborhoods. There isn’t a ton to do in terms of food/drink in the immediate area, but there’s a lot of high end shopping and the Arc de Triomphe which we sadly didn’t get to visit. The room was really pretty and spacious but the TV was small and we couldn’t find any channels in English, but maybe we did something wrong? The staff was helpful and kind and it was an overall great experience!

Lovely hotel on a quiet street moments from everything. Very comfy bed, pillows, room to sit and space for a case (not always the way in Paris). Friendly service. I didnt have the breakfast but it looked good value. They also give you the option for breakfast delivered to your room for no extra charge. Would stay here agian.

Everything about our room was perfect! This is a perfect location to easily walk to many sites. The bed was so comfy....the bathroom was beautiful Can't say enought good things about this location! Staff was super helpful as well!

Great little hotel located is an excellent central location. Room are spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Decor has a very Parisian feel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. All in all a great stay. Would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you.

We loved our deluxe room. We loved the vintage Parisian decor. There was plenty of room for all our bags. Lots of storage. The balcony is perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We were sleeping late or had other place to be and ate on the go. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was ok. It was small but we understood this would be the case when booked. Everything was in walking distance or we used the metro a lot to get around the city. Only complaint would be the room temperature was warmer than we like it at night. It was 90 degrees outside everyday too. Great week in Paris and Hotel Chambiges Elysées made it perfect.

Unfortunately, we had a room right over the entrance, and it was very noisy. It was not the most desirable room, and no one asked how our stay was when we checked out. We liked the area, and the lobby was small but very elegant. The shower needs a curtain or a wall, as it gets water everywhere. The continental breakfast was nice, and the restaurants on Main Street were all good. We didn’t have any coffee in the room, which was very disappointing

This the most outstanding hotel we’ve stayed in during our Paris trips!! The entire staff bent over backwards even more so than ever before and during a severe heat wave in Paris, they all made certain our room was well taken care of and cool, and plenty of ice for us……all with a very friendly smile and “of course” to all requests. You’d be foolish not to stay here on your next visit…..we intend to make this our permanent Paris home when we visit!

La atención que esperábamos del hotel con motivo de una cancelación de una noche por una emergencia , no fue grata , la hicimos en tiempos y forma bajo políticas de cancelación y la repuesta del encargado fue que él no vio el mail que mandamos a tiempo , muy mala respuesta para una solución tan simple , solo no quiso hacerlo

Lovely little hotel in a quiet but convenient area of Paris. Could not get much information from the front desk which was disappointing so we were on our own. We had a 6th floor room and as soon as we exited the elevator we were hit with a wall of 85 degree air. Even though there is air conditioning in the building, it does not work well, especially on the top floor. All of us slept with no covers during our stay because we were unbearably warm. Very expensive room for subpar AC. In addition, the front desk asked if they could book us a return taxi to the airport which I was happy they had offered. I asked how much the taxi would be and was told they arranged a great price of 65 Euros. The taxi charged me 79 Euros saying there is an additional fee for a hotel to reserve the taxi, just wish I knew that in advance.

We stayed at Hotel Chambiges Elysees for our first three nights in Paris. We absolutely loved this charming hotel. It's situated in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood and an easy walk to many main attractions... especially the Bateau Mouge experience. The staff really stood out to us, especially at checkin. We received an unexpected room upgrade! That was so appreciated! I had researched for months and chose this hotel after viewing hundreds of options. So getting a larger room with a sofa and balcony was a huge deal! The combination of all the gilded art, period furniture, and jewel coloured textiles created a feeling of being transported back in time. It was a true luxury Parisian experience! We enjoyed the property very much. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect which allowed us to get to most of our activities by walking or to public transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Perfekt gelegen. Neue altmodische Einrichtung, was perfekt passt. Sehr ruhige und große Suite. Sehr netter Empfang. Gutes Frühstück (Kinder zahlen 5€, Erwachsene 16€). Die Lage ist einfach perfekt und dabei sehr ruhig und sicher. Ich werde sicher dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

The Hotel is in a very nice location, with a Metro Station nearby and just a couple of blocks from the Champs-Élysées. With many dining and shopping options steps away. Lovely Staff and very comfortable spacious rooms. Will go back :)

The location is fantastic. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, L'Arc de Triomphe, many shops and restaurants, as well as the Seine cruises. The hotel itself is designed in the French motiff and we loved it. You felt you were immersing yourself in the culture. The front desk is very accommodating, and the facilities are modern. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Lovely hotel on a quiet street moments from everything. Very comfy bed, pillows, room to sit and space for a case (not always the way in Paris). Friendly service. I didnt have the breakfast but it looked good value. They also give you the option for breakfast delivered to your room for no extra charge. Would stay here agian.

Absolutely everything we wanted and more. We wanted a charming French hotel. We got one. Lots of convenient cafe for coffee, dinner was right around the corner with lots of excellent choices. We had a room with a French balcony and we left our door open to bring sounds and fresh air into our little sitting room. Perfection. Only miss for me was breakfast, not quite up to what I hoped for. It was ok but coffee was disappointing.

A wonderful little gem. Super comfy (deluxe room) huge bed, large room decorated to exceptional standard. Room serviced everyday Really well located to walk to main attractions and metro/RER Staff super helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast of good quality. Only criticism is staffing at breakfast, lots of guests arrived at same time and only one waiter on duty who was doing his best to try and keep food stations full and not being able to clear tables - maybe try and book a timed slot to help staff and smooth running, if it wasn't for this hiccup I would have given 5 stars.
