What’s great about this hotel is that it’s tucked away in between the touristic streets of Pigalle, which offered an extensive selection of food, entertainment, and metro services. The hotel staff was friendly and the facility was regularly maintained. A couple of downsides was that the 5th floor had no elevator making it slightly inconvenient and the room was a bit small. However, this was a nice location to stay for the amenities around and easily walkable to other popular destinations.

This was the second hotel my wife and I stayed at while in Paris. It was conveniently located by Rue Des Martyrs, a touristic street in Pigalle. Perfect for where everything is placed. Walkable area with an extensive selection of restaurants/cafes. The hotel itself was cleaned regularly and the room we stayed in was small but cozy. We stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator only went to the 4th which can be a hassle with luggage. However, the atmosphere made up for these issues and we really enjoyed our stay here overall.

Nice and cozy but could use a small fridge beside that everything was great. Restaurants all over the place with a train station within walking distance. Love it there and will come back anytime I am in Paris.

The hotel room in itself wasn't bad. Nonetheless, there was a high volume noise coming from possibly the air conditioners in several rooms. I had to go to lobby to notify and the employee even asked me if I could sleep without the AC; and that he could shut down the breaker of my room's AC. I said no. During the night, I woke up several times and to my surprise, the AC was off and wouldn't turn on. I suppose they did indeed turn off the electric breaker. In addition to that, the noises from other rooms can be heard loudly. The last night I stayed, sadly, I had to listen to people having intercourse in the room beside mine. Obnoxious to say the least.

What struck me most is the moment I opened up my room there was the smell of sewage. It goes away when you open the window. They say breakfast is available, but it’s not available in the hotel. You have to walk down the street and go to Another hotel. Also it is absolutely not handicap accessible.

Our room was filthy and full of dust. The AC was non existent, they only had a floor standing fan that was propped up on a chair. The electricity went out on the entire 5th floor which was where our room was. When the electricity went out we had to walk in the dark down the hallway to get to the stairs and the handrails were absolutely disgusting. It doesn’t look like they ever wipe them down. We had to wash our hand 3 times to get all the dirt off. The elevator only goes to the 4th floor, and we had to walk up and down to the the 5th. We paid for 2 beds, but the room was so tiny that the beds were pushed up next to one another so we still only had 1 bed. Our sheets were dirty and stained. (See the pictures.) There was no refrigerator or microwave. The only plus side to this hotel is the staff was kind and courteous. We won’t be staying here again.

Pros: the hotel is very well located, you can pretty much walk to the main attractions; there are plenty of options for coffees, breakfasts and meals; and there are also supermarkets and groceries. Staff was polite. Cons: the bathroom smelled a bit like sewage, the towels were very thin and the amenities were minimal. Also there are no fridge and no safe in the room. The mattress was very hard. The TV screen was very small (like a PC screen). Room was not soundproof and I could hear the people next door talking quite late.

The room was good, located on the ground floor, and larger than we expected. Great location, with plenty of nice restaurants, shops, and cafés around the hotel. The front desk was open 24 hours, and we were able to leave our luggage before check-in. The only issue during our stay was the bathroom, it didn’t have a curtain or glass shower screen, which caused the entire floor to get wet. Also, the bath towels were small and thin. These are areas that could be improved and would have made a difference in our stay.

We had a great stay here. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the heart of Paris, 20 minutes via metro and super close to 2 metro stations. It’s also very close to Montemarte which we enjoyed. The staff was super kind and housekeeping was awesome. The bathroom was small but they all seem to be across Europe. The one thing was that the rooms are very close together and the walls are incredibly thin. I had a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. The front desk was staffed 24/7 however I still feel like there could be more safety features as it felt like it’d be very easy for anyone to walk right up to the rooms. Definitely a great stay for the price, I would consider staying somewhere else next time though because how difficult it was to sleep there.

We chose the property based on price location. Service was very friendly and bed shower were both good. Big issue with this hotel unfortunately is that the walls are too thin - we were regularly woken up by other guests throughout both nights of our stay. My advice would be to bring ear plugs if you are planning on staying here.

Instalações e localização ok. Contudo o atendimento foi confuso e nos prejudicou substanciamente. Logo que chegamos no hotel fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionista, Alessandro. Vimos um anuncio que o hotel dispunha de luggage storage e confirmamos com o Alessandro. Havia uma placa, indicando condições e valores, inclusive. Precisávamos de um local para guardar nossas malas por 3 dias, pois tinhamos vôo para Portugal já no dia seguinte. Entretanto, o outro recepcionista da manhã negou que o hotel dispinha do servico, mesmo lendo a placa que anunciava na frente dele. Ademais, justificou que aquilo era servico antes de covid e que nao teria como cobrar. Enfim... amadorismo da organização do hotel, falta de treinamento do atendente da manhã... Bom... Tivemos que nos virar para encontrar luggage storage em cima da hora, pois ja cantávamos com o serviço anunciado.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unfriendly and showed zero willingness to accommodate any requests. The worst part was dealing with the manager, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They made no effort to resolve any issues and seemed more interested in dismissing concerns than actually assisting guests. There was no flexibility at all, which made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating environment.

This was the deal of the century! A small hotel in Pigalle over le quatorze Juliet for a flying visit didn’t inspire great hopes. But boy did I underestimate this place! Admittedly small room. But with fantastic aircon, great shower, comfortable beds and enough wardrobe space for a few days. Added to that the cleanliness, polite, friendly and very professional staff and the just-right breakfast, all these made for the best stay. It is a 3-star hotel with a 5-star experience.

Great boutique hotel in a fantastic area. Just around the corner from 2 metro stops. 10 min walk to moulin rouge and 20 minute walk to sacré-couer. Despite being close to major tourist areas, the hotel is tucked away on a cute, quiet street with restaurants, bars, and pâtisseries close. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything was great and the location can’t be beat. Definitely recommend staying here!

Aangenaam en net hotel met alles erop en eraan in een leuke buurt (Pigalle) en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zo mochten we bij aankomst en vertrek onze bagage een hele dag daar stallen. Ook het ontbijt liet niks te wensen over. Tal van goeie restaurantjes in de buurt. Agusto er vlak tegenover serveert de beste pizza's van Parijs!

Friendly staff, safe, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was right across the street. We were able to walk from Gare du Nord when we arrived. Uber to the airport was $30 and took about 30 minutes. We liked the neighborhood. While it was quite a long walk or metro ride to the main sites, there's still a lot around: Restaurants, markets, bars, and a fresh madeleine stand a few doors down!

Es ist ein kleines aber feines Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm und schön. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch sehr vertrauensvoll. Wir haben einige Hotels in der Nähe gesehen und waren froh das wir hier untergebracht waren. In der letzten Nacht war leider die Klimaanlage defekt und die Nacht daher sehr warm. Das einzige das uns gestört hat war das Frühstück. 12€ pro Person, dazu musste man die Straße rüber in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Das Frühstück war definitiv keine 12€ wert. Da hätten wir uns tatsächlich etwas mehr erwartet. Es gibt aber umliegend süße kleine Bäckereien die für n schmalen Taler, verdammt gutes Frühstück anbieten! Also alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt hier! Wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen sollten, werden wir definitiv hier wieder einchecken.

Gostamos muito desse hotel. Atendimento bom, quarto igual da foto e limpo, vista do quarto linda para a rua. Localização super boa, com mercado, bares, restaurantes e metro próximos. O café da manhã não é servido nesse hotel, possuem uma parceria com outro hotel na mesma rua 12€ por pessoa, foi bem bom o café. Região agitada a noite também e super tranquila para caminhar, fomos à Basílica de Sacré Couer às 22h caminhando, havia muita gente lá e na volta havia pessoas nos restaurantes e rua ainda. Eles guardam as malas gratuitamente antes e após a estadia. Certamente indicaremos esse hotel para amigos.

El hotel esta OK, ni bueno ni Malo, me toco una habitacion un poco humeda. La ubicacion es perfecta, tienes el metro super cerca, la iglesia del sagrado corazon y una calle llena de restaurants, si me volveria a hospedar en este hotel.
