The hotel is lovely, the location idea as its fairly central, the staff attentive. However we decided to spend a little bit more money on our accomodation, our stay was over £1000+ for three nights and I didnt think the facilities warrented that money. The pool is small, more for relaxing which is fine but it was too cold. The gym only has three pieces of equipment and no aircon, and its underground so very hot. The room athough nicely decorated felt quite small, the same with the bathroom where the toilet was so close to the sink/vanity unit you couldn't use the toilet roll holder as it was behind you under the sink. We had a small balcony but surrounded by walls, so on the plus side the room was dark at night and quiet. For these reasons alone we felt it was over priced. But a lovely stay none the less

The elevator smells like sewage so do some of the rooms. Breakfast is ok. The water in the pool is cold. Staff is very helpful. Location of the hotel is central overall a 2.5 to 3 star hotel.

Room good and as per pictures. Small and ok lobby. Did not use honesty bar and breakfast. Sauna tech needs a revamp. Beautiful view of the comedic theatre facade. Very nice Alain Ducasse restaurant around the corner. Super walkable location

Beautiful small luxury boutique hotel. Love the friendly staff. The rooms are super clean and tastefully decorated. The shower is out of this World and so exhilarating. Loved waking up to such energizing shower. The honesty bar is a lovely gesture that they offer refreshments and a delicious cake from 3pm to 11pm in their beautiful breakfast area. As the name says, guests’ honesty is relied on upon using the alcoholic beverages. The location can not be better. Very close to Gallerie Lafayette and so many shops. Metro is right around the corner. Paris is a walkable city and you can pretty much walk every where from this hotel. Overall, a fantastic hotel. I definitely recommend this lucury Parisian hotel to everyone.

Very well maintained hotel in quiet side street off Boulevard des Italiens (restaurants, bars, metro). Very helpful reception staff and concierge. Good size bedroom with spotless bathroom. Would happily go there again.

Quiet and safe location. Friendly but not intrusive staff. Modern bathrooms with all the amenities including good water pressure. Lift is quick. Very clean and regular room servicing. Charming lobby. Stayed 7 nights and enjoyed everything.

I was very happy with my recent stay at this hotel. I chose it because it was in walking distance (for me) to many of the things I wanted to see - the Louvre, the Orsay, the Palais Garnier, etc. It was literally across the street from the Opera Comique. Staff was very helpful and courteous, the bed was very comfortable, etc. I probably had one of the smallest rooms in the hotel, but that was OK as I mostly use the hotel as a place to sleep. A little quirky too in terms of layout, but that isn't surprising for a hotel originally built in the 1820s. Great, GREAT shower. I do wish the room had a lounge chair, but it was really too small for that plus the beds, desk, armoires (one for clothes, one for safe, mini bar, etc.). I would happily stay here again. BTW, you can get bigger rooms for more money if you want at the same hotel. But again, I didn't go to Paris to stay in the hotel!

Centrally located beautiful boutique hotel very friendly and helpful staff, especially concierge Freddy who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The delux room was a little on the small side and to have a view needed to upgrade. However on our return stay we were upgraded to suite free of charge which was just stunning with living space and beautiful bathroom.We will definitely back again!

We stayed there for 4 nights and hotel’s location is great but my god. The room was extremely small. We didn’t have place to hang or store our luggage. We were changing out of our bags. We were running into our luggage all the time. Since it was extremely small room. It would get hot and dry at night well. Uncomfortable stay all together. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because of wonderful staff. They were simply execellent

Nice affordable hotel in a good location which is about a 15 minute walk from the Louvre and 5 mins from Place Vendome. Quite small which is nice but doesn’t have a bar and breakfast was quite limited. Staff are really friendly and helpful.. we booked a “balcony room” but unfortunately the balcony opened on to an internal light well so no view..

I stayed at the Maison Favart and the service was excellent. lets start off that they were really flexible with me when I explained that my flight was delayed and couldn't check in the first day of my stay due to the delay in my flight. Munir, Samuel and Freddy was complete super stars with finding my suitcase when it was mishandled by the Airline Co. They made sure to call by the hour to the airline co to locate my suitcase. Conclusively, my suitcase was found and delivered to the hotel, thanks to their persistance. btw, I loved their indoor pool, and breakfast was satisfactory. Overal I give the hotel 5 stars based on their professionalism, customer service and empathy. Go ahead and book your stay with them and you won't regret it.

Our stay was amazing—from when we first checked in and were “welcomed home,” to the recommendations for restaurants, to having our shopping items delivered to the hotel—the service was exceptional. We had one upgraded room and one basic room, would definitely get the upgraded room (because we WILL be staying here on future Paris trips!) The turn down service in the evening with snacks was a special treat we didn’t expect—10 star stay!

What a gem of a hotel. The staff was so nice and always helpful. The rooms bring quiet and relaxation and this is just what is needed after a busy day in Paris. I highly recommend this hotel as it is walkable to shopping, Louvre and many other spots. Freddy was amazing recommended great restaurants and you can even catch a show at the Opera Comique across the street.

I was very happy with my recent stay at this hotel. I chose it because it was in walking distance (for me) to many of the things I wanted to see - the Louvre, the Orsay, the Palais Garnier, etc. It was literally across the street from the Opera Comique. Amazing little hotel. Very well located, walking to almost anything in Paris. Love how intimate and charming this place is. Breakfast was a little chaotic but decent, You might be better off waling to a bistrot near by and there are plenty of those near by.

When I arrived to the hotel I was greeted outside with a “welcome home” and luggage assistance. I was able to check in early, and that was a very easy process. The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful and so a phenomenal job making you feel at home. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to the Louvre and other attractions, as well as the metro. I’d recommend passing on the 29 Euro breakfast and going to one of the many places around the area for much less. Overall this boutique hotel was amazing and I’d highly recommend a stay here.
