Limpeza impecável, com arrumação e trocas diárias. No meu havia chaleira e máquina nêspresso disponível, para uso gratuito. Todos os dias nos deixavam chocolates na cama; não disponibilizavam uma garrafinha de água, como acontece em alguns hotéis em Paris, mas no quarto havia um frigobar com bebidas, a preços adequados. Check in e check out fácil e organizado. Estadia muito satisfatória. Com certeza uma opção excelente para estadia em Paris. Voltaria sem dúvidas.

Nice boutique hotel with helpful staff. Bellman delivered baggage to the room and explained the amenities. Our room was well appointed with mini bar, umbrella, fancy hangers, plush towels and robes. Very comfortable bed, although the pillows could have been better. Loved the l’Occitane products! Lots of designer shops Hermes, Armani, LV and very nice restaurants just steps from the hotel. Easy walk to Champs Elysees and the Seine. I would stay again.

We spent 4 nights at this property and had a lovely stay, the rooms were clean and just what we needed. When looking for hotels my list included a lift, a/c, walking distance from an event I was attending, I also wanted a little bit of French charm but in a subtle, chic way and this hotel ticked all of those boxes. The added advantage of this hotel is that is a short walk to the local metro station and the Champs-Elysées and a slightly longer walk to some of the key sights around Paris. We look forward to returning to Paris at somepoint in the future and would definitely return here after such a lovely stay.

The room we had was designed for people at least probably 6’5” tall or young. For my wife and me, people 5’4” and 5’8” tall and senior, the bed and the bathtub were too tall. My wife could not reach shelf with towels because it was attached too high. We had breakfast included. It was average regarding choice and quality.

Loved this boutique hotel. Great location. Close to the main thoroughfare for shopping and dining yet quiet. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Beautiful room. Had AC which not all hotels have. Reasonable for Paris. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent location to catch the Hop On bus to see the sites. Located very close to Arch. Very accommodating staff to answer questions and help with taxis pick up. Only downfall was the shower. We had water everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

Francois1st a lovley boutique hotel in a great location on Rue Magaellon - eastul walkable for shops, restaurants, etc. Decor is elegant and the rooms are always neet and uber cleen. The staff is more like what yuou might expect at a Four Seasons. The Concerge has been there for many years and is a tru pro - and the whole team are great. Need a taxi, they ill get one in 2 mins, even in the rain. I stay there for business in Paris, but it is a great place to stayt for any occasion.

The property is beautifully decorated and has a vintage feel. Great location with a short walk to the Champs Elysees and subway station. Extremely disappointed that the property does not offer any services for special occasions. I had notified well in advance that our stay in Paris was for an engagement proposal and enquired about whether any special services would be available (e.g. room decoration); but I was told this was unavailable and we’d be offered a glass of champagne each. This was never received. It’s also rather insulting to be offered a glass of champagne as a gold VIP hotel customer, when one of the ‘perks’ was supposed to be a whole bottle. Again - never received. Coupling this with no room upgrade being provided, and the room we were give stinking of cigarette smoke; it wasn’t the most romantic or pleasant stay. The hotel did utilise an air purifier whilst the cleaning team worked in the room, which helped but did not solve the issue. Overall - a lovely decorated hotel in a great location, but no VIP or decent service.

Location is great for the Arch de Triomphe and Champs Elysee, but the street for the hotel itself was darker than we would have liked. Despite that, we felt safe. Staff was helpful but some could use some more training. For example, don’t pick up clean glasses with your fingers in the glass and don’t move a basket of bread from one table to another table. Breakfast was a nice surprise with great options and we found out later you can even order eggs the way you want. Room was clean. Glasses in the bathroom (again with the glassware) were not. We would stay there again. It’s a nice boutique hotel on a quiet street. The walls inside could have been thicker, though, but it is a beautiful old building.

Great locaiton as you are literally a 3 minute walk away from Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Because of this, a lot of the restaurants and shops around this area tend to be on the pricier end but there are still some cheap fast-food options if you're operating on a budget. Easy for taxis/ubers to pick-up or drop-off but also very close to metro and RER lines. The staff, from the reception staff, bar and breakfast staff and the cleaners, were so incredibly helpful and friendly, and really accomodating to any requests we may have had. The rooms and the entire hotel are beautifully decorated. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Paris.

Just came back from a 4 night stay at this charming boutique hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty and clean. We decided to get the breakfast buffet for an extra charge and it was worth the money, not huge but a great selection of fresh food, both hot and cold, delicious. It is near the Champ Elysee and you can walk to different areas, bistros etc. The metro station was just a couple of blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.
