I would not recommend this hotel because you can’t get service. They don’t pick up the Phone at the front desk, I had to carry my own luggage downstairs. I called the bellhop never came. I told the front desk and they did nothing. I have tried to get in touch with customer service at least 10 times, no one picks up. They charge a resort fee and then they want extra money as well as a fee for a chair at the pool. They also want you to make a reservation for the pool. I paid a premium to stay at Nobu, The only good thing I can say is the spa was great and the restaurant was very good. I will be contacting the management. I am handicapped and to have to carry my own luggage is outrageous.
