Soggiorno per motivi di lavoro..la struttura credo sia in ristrutturazione ed in effetti merita una rinnovata...posizione comoda..il centro é raggiungibile con 5 minuti di cammino...ristoranti in zona...possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel...molto comodo...personale gentilissimo e disponibile...mi hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito della stanza...colazione di buon livello...struttura da consigliare

Tous les commentaires négatifs sont justifiés : cet hôtel nécessite une rénovation urgente. Nous avions cependant une grande chambre dans la parte "rénovée" donnant sur la piscine (fermée) donc très tranquille. Petit déjeuner continental correct. Parking couvert gratuit.

Ho prenotato questo hotel in quanto vicino alla sede del convegno. Dalle immagini pareva molto bello e di alto livello. Certo era scritto che la Spa era in ristrutturazione, ma pazienza... A me è toccata una stanza al sesto piano definita superior...in realtà era una stanza, si grande con vista sulla piscina, ma certamente non definibile superior...Il bagno attrezzato per disabili, senza bidet, asciugamani decisamente vecchi, con tonalità sul grigio. Televisione che ha richiesto due volte l'intervento di un tecnico perché non funzionava, luci da lettura ed una abat jour non funzionanti, condizionatore molto rumoroso... Difficoltà ad aprire la porta di ingresso sia dall,esterno che dall'interno. Il tecnico ha detto che non ci si poteva fare nulla che erano tutte cosi.le maniglie. Non tutti gli ascensori funzionavano, ma il peggio è stata la notte di venerdì 8 giugno. In piscina c'era una festa di compleanno con musica a tutto volume fino alle 0,30. Davvero impossibile dormire....

Hotel storico della Lecce fine Novecento, si raccomanda per la squisita ma non invadente premura del personale, per la posizione urbanisticamente strategica, per la vastità del parcheggio coperto gratuito, per l’abbondanza e la qualità della colazione, per la pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti. Si desidererebbe soltanto che certi dettagli dell’arredo fossero meglio curati o restaurati (prese elettriche che si staccano dal muro, docce dentro la vasca senza schermo, pulsantiere fatiscenti negli ascensori, ad esempio).

Hôtel très très vétuste, hors d’âge (le sol taché tout comme la salle de bain) Wifi non dispo dans la chambre 2 ascenseurs sur 6 qui fonctionnent seulement Petit dej moyen, rien d’exceptionnel Piscine et spa en rénovation mais aucun affichage sur le site lors de la réservation, alors que nous réservons aussi pour ceci vu les chaleurs Points positifs : parking gratuit + ville à 10min à pieds

Dalle foto sembrava molto più moderno, il invece quando sono arrivato ho trovato una struttura vecchia e alquanto sporca. Per fortuna il letto era comodo.

Classico business hotel gigante stile anni 80, non bellissimo da vedere, ma nel complesso pulito e comodo subito attaccato alle mura di città vecchia. Camere carine e spaziose, personale cordiale. Parcheggio disponibile e gratuito

The hotel is a bit outdated, but it was clean overall. The location is perfect for transportation and walking. Parking is included as well as breakfast, which was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

O hotel é muito confortável, ótimas instalações, mas tinha cheiro de cigarro no quarto, achei desagradável A localização é boa para conhecer as atrações da cidade em curta caminhada e deixar o carro estacionado. O café da manhã é bom.

La chambre est très spacieuse pour une familles et hôtel idéalement situé près du centre de la ville. Hôtel un peu vieillot et petit déjeuner peu abondant dès qu'il manquait des ingrédients, pas de réapprovisionnement malgré des demandes au personnel.

The hotel seems like it is going through a transition/reconstruction. Most pf the hotel seems to be quite rundown. Beyond that, the air conditioner did not work in our room. First they told us someone would come to take a look. Nobody came. After complaining again we were switched to another room just to find out that it was not working there either. The real problem seemed to be that there was a problem with the central A/C system. The staff knew this all along but were unable/unwilling to be transparent.

La chambre est très spacieuse pour une familles et hôtel idéalement situé près du centre de la ville. Hôtel un peu vieillot et petit déjeuner peu abondant dès qu'il manquait des ingrédients, pas de réapprovisionnement malgré des demandes au personnel.

La struttura è ormai vecchia, la stanza sembrava essere stata ristrutturata ma la porta del bagno era cadente, le prese vicino il letto e di conseguenza le lampade non funzionavano, la colazione era scarsa e piena di dolci industriali e caffè pessimo. Il personale spesso scocciato e svogliato. Alloggio spesso in questa struttura ma vedo che peggiora sempre di più.
