I was VERY impressed with this property. The exterior is modern & attractive. The lobby and common areas are very clean and well decorated. My room was spacious, newly decorated, and very well furnished. The kitchen & bath were well accessorized with all necessary appliances and supplies. The room even had a fun dutch-door for nice airflow. The hotel also had 3 nice e-bikes and helmets available for free to guests for touring the area.

The room was nice, we could see the sea of Cortez and the Plaza from our window. Staff was great. One thing to keep in mind on holidays, like spring break or other big holidays the plaza can be pretty noisy with bands playing late into the night and it is pretty noisy in the rooms. Probably why they give one set of ear plugs. I also reserved a king size bed and ended up with 2 queens, so when you check in confirm your bed choice. We were unable to change because they didn't have any king beds left. Also the restaurant and bar were under remodeling for a month. Not a big issue but we should have been informed. Pleasant hotel with great location to the plaza area.

Great location. Wonderful pool area and beds were quite comfortable. Service was friendly and the free use of e-bikes was a bonus.

Great staff and location the pool was lovely. We loved having access discounted to Valeros beach club. The suite was great lost of space and outside spaces. The only issue was the sound from the busy street that was constant. I would recommend requesting rooms that were not street facing.
