The hotel is very nice, the pool is too small and there is no supervision from the staff. There were some kids playing with a ball inside the pool and the ball hit an elderly lady and then another child decided to jump into the pool and almost landed on my head. Again the pool is too small and people do what they want to do.

This property has been recently renovated with high end appliances in the kitchen and new furniture. It was comfortable and the beds were great. Loved the 2 story building with plenty of parking and close to many good restaurants. The pool was a great temperature and we were the only ones using it. Loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom hotel room. High end appliances and finishes which we noticed and appreciated. Staff was very friendly and asked many times if there was anything we needed and if there was anything they could improve. We have a couple of small suggestions and they were right on them. They were quick to fix an issue we had with our smoke detector as well. They have only been open for 2 months so basically everything is brand new. Located right next to the beach and nightlife but quiet enough to feel to not hear the nightlife. They provided us with beach chairs and towels. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Immaculate and all brand new, our two-bedroom suite had a glistening new kitchenette with a sub-zero fridge, Woolf cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker and nice dishwasher. Comfortable new linens, big TV, and comfy sleeper sofa. Two minute walk to the beach, and five minute walk to dining and nightlife. Only downside, the fridge had no freezer, or if it did I couldn’t figure it out.

Staying at Seaside Villas was truly one of the highlights of our entire baby-moon. All the staff were absolutly lovely, they were kind enough to give us early check in AND late check out on our departure day. The room itself was spotless and fully upgraded including THE comfiest bed, nicest shower and fluffiest towels we've ever used - seriously, my husband asked for a set for christmas he loved them so much. This hotel is literally a 30 second walk from the beach and the main square, steps away to great restaurants and is a perfect plce to stay if youre looking for something a little quieter than downtown ft lauderdale. This is the best hotel we have EVER stayed at (and we've done a fair share of travelling over the years) and we would 1000% recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much to the owner and all of the staff, we will be back again soon!

High priced for what you got. Location was near the beach at all the restaurants and entertainment. Small pool was open until 10 but when we went to use it at 8:30 it was locked up. The person had gone home early. Had to come back and open it up. The owner seemed very nice.

We arrived late and they accommodated us without an issue. The next morning my wife called a I have mobility issues and we were on the second floor. They promptly moved us to the first floor and offered repeatedly to assist us in transferring from the second floor to the first. We were amazed! We booked last minute after our original plans did not work out, and it could not have worked out better. Danni (my apologies if spelled wrong), the manager, was so sweet and beyond accommodating to us. Our travel was delayed so we did not arrive to check in until after 9pm on a Thursday but she had made sure someone waited there to greet us and set us up with our room. The place was spotless, the pool was nice, and the location is phenomenal. Parking was included and directly out front. The beach is literally across the street, super clean and peaceful and it's right on the corner of a little plaza with all of the little shops and bars and restaurant's, everything in walking distance. I would recommend this place to anybody without hesitation.

Seaside Villas was a beautiful home away from home. It is conveniently located in the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea, just off of the main street. Given its location, it was still quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool and courtyard provided an idyllic oasis to kick back and soak in the sun. Definitely recommend it and we hope to return soon.

We loved our stay at Seaside Villas. To start, the properties are fresh off a complete renovation and everything was new. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location is unbeatable... just a few hundred feet to the main drag of Lauderdale by the Sea, and another 100 feet to the beach! Convenient free parking in front, a nice little pool to relax in. The restaurant and shop choices withing walking distance are excellent and can cover all your needs. This was the most relaxing and calming vacation we've been on in a long time.
