AC Hotel by Marriott Naples 5th Avenue

Clean and spacious room, good location and nice staff!

This hotel is in a wonderful location, close to the beach and the many restaurants on 5th Ave, the staff was very cordial and helpful. We loved that there was so much parking and that it was free. Although we didn’t use the shuttle we think it is a great option for guests to have. There were a few things that we didn’t like, the hotel room we stayed in had at times a very strong urine smell. We assumed that it might be the bathroom but the smell was not coming from the bathroom. We then realized that the hotel is pet friendly, which is awesome, but this may be the cause for the strong urine smell in our room. The bathroom and room were very clean. However, after staying there for three days, we noticed that the floors had not been swept and there was a lot of hair, sand and dust collecting on the floor. The water pressure in the shower was also very low. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and this property is beautiful and at a great location. The room was overall cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The room was also a very good size and we had ton of space to place our luggage, making the stay more comfortable. I also really loved that the staff had something different for the guests every day in the lobby. You can tell that they really care for the guests and keeping the ambiance of the hotel.

My overall experience at this property was truly wonderful. While there was a brief hiccup at check-in as my reservation was initially difficult to locate, the staff resolved the matter swiftly and professionally, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. From that point forward, everything exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was absolutely impeccable and beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The rooftop was a lovely highlight, offering a relaxing and scenic atmosphere that added a special touch to the experience. In terms of convenience, the property offers a complimentary shuttle service to 5th Avenue, which was a thoughtful and practical amenity that made exploring the area effortless. The customer service throughout my stay was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The combination of an exceptional location, beautiful accommodations, and top-tier service makes this property one I would highly recommend and will certainly return to." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Horrible horrible wifi. Also, we showed up at 2pm and they would not let us check in until 4pm unless we used a “Marriott Bonvoy Number”
