Great location close to shops and seafront. All within a few minutes of walking distance. Although no restaurant within hotel, snacks were available and restaurants were within walking distance. Gym facilities were good. Receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. Car park was nearby and secure. Would have been nice to have had a fridge in the room.

Hotel is in a really nice location, staff really friendly but make sure you don't forget your toothbrush as hotel didn’t provide them and the small toothpaste was £1 charge…also parking gets really busy at the weekends with £15,50 overnight stay which is justified I guess given the location. Also couldn’t get to charge my EV as there was a problem with payment / communication error so had to charge once we charged out.

Hotel was overall good, but the parking is very very tricky and there is no direct connectivity to hotel entry. Parking was usually full and with so small spaces. It needs a skills to park in and out for such tight spaces. Other than parking, rest of the hotel was good, clean and comfortable.

Very well located hotel near the centre of Bournemouth excellent for visiting the BIC or Pavillion as well as the beach or the town centre. A bit of a steep climb from the beach but this is Bournemouth and bits are steep! Large electric car charging hub in the hotel car park makes the place even more attractive.

Stayed at the hampton hilton for one night only. If i had stayed longer would of complained. Hotel itself was nice and cleaned. You have to pay £15.50 a night at weekends just to stay there.It was the room itself. Paid for queen bed sea view room. Disappointed no different to a premier inn room. It was a kingsize bed. Went down to reception to query the room. Was told they are queen size beds on the 3rd floor. I replied maybe for midgets. There was only 1 bath towel was told there was spare in wardrobe there was only 1. Couldn't be bothered to go back down and look like a annoying guest. The room was very basic. There was only a shower there was no window to open just i single glass panel which looked out to sea. Breakfast was free included in the bill, was limited. If i gad srayed another night would of complained the plates were dirty so where the cups. The plates had a gritty feel to them like they had be wahed with to much detergent and hadn't been rinsed properly. For the price i paid £175 for 1 night i would different not stay at this hotel ago. Disappointing for a hilton hotel.

I must say the hotel condition looks ostensibly very good. Booked two rooms for this family trip but one room had a smelly bathroom. Suspect the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. The air con didn't work well either. It gave out a nasty smell when I turned it down. Wish the windows could be opened. Didn't sleep well as a result. To my surprise, the breakfast plates and mups were not clean either. I stayed in other Hampton by Hilton hotels before and all were spotlessly clean. This one is quite disappointing.

The staff at this hotel are second to none, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and on the whole very clean. However, I was initially put off by several stains on the carpet, but all the linen was clean and immaculately white. Personally, I would pay extra for decent toilet paper in the bathroom. Good choice for breakfast, but the crockery never seemed clean. It probably was , but hadn’t been rinsed properly and there was a residue felt and seen on cups and plates. Cutlery was clean though. Be aware that this hotel is on a very steep hill and not suitable for those not able to walk far. However, I solved this problem by getting a taxi up the hill. Very steep to walk down though.

The property is fantastic, staff are wonderful the only down sides are breakfast you can only have scrambled eggs or cold hard boiled eggs they don’t do fried or poached. The other main issue is if you have very noisy guests in the next room and there is a joining door there is NO soundproofing. Had to get staff to speak to the guests as it’s not acceptable for late night shouting and swearing and then start again at 6am apart from that nice place They do allow take aways to be ordered and delivered as they don’t have a Resturant

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The room had a lovely view of the sea. However, the shower was a little underwhelming and the room could have benefited from some new bedding as it felt a little old and was quite dusty. The pillows and bed were not the most comfortable but were fine for a single night. The car park charge was a little steep and the spaces on level two were quite tight for our car. Breakfast was great and plentiful with loads of choice and many different options for different dietary requirements. Overall, a great choice for a night in Bournemouth

The hotel was tidy and well presented. The room however lacked an opening window to ventilate and instead had Air Conditioning which was a bit hit and miss. The air in the room was often dry and it was hard to regulate a comfortable temperature, especially at night. For both nights I would wake in the middle of the night because the air was too dry and hot. Setting the AC to low 20 degrees would then become too cold and changing it up would be too hot. Additionally, the AC unit had a smell of an ashtray or as if someone had previously smoked in the room. Uncomfortable sleep overall. Aside from this, the hotel was nice, staff friendly and a diverse breakfast buffet was included.

Nice room. Basic, small TV. Comfy bed and decent sized room. The bathroom looks great but the shower is limited in heat and max temp is not hot enough. You’ll feel cold whilst shkwering due to the shower head also being a water savings head without much coverage.

Staff were very good, parking good. The bed was not comfortable, creaked when turned over, air con needed a key instructions so that newbies to air con could adjust. no windows that opened. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice. also no room safe.

The whole staff team are friendly, genuine and helpful. Our room was clean, bright and the quality of linen, towels and accessories was very good indeed. At breakfast, the staff were helpful and worked in the background to ensure everything was available and the tables were cleared and cleaned as the meal progressed. The variety of items on offer was wide and appetising. The coffee was very good quality and set me up for the day. My wifehood cereals and cold plate. I had cooked and a pastry. Their wasNOTHNg hat could be faulted. We were made to feel valued, welcome and special. We met friends of a beer one evening. The reception staff served and again were impressively friendly and professional. Check in and check out were also friendly and efficient. We will recommend this hotel fully and we will be back hopefully.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and mostly the staff were friendly and helpful, however someone was knocking on our door and other peoples doors between 4am and 4.40 am. We heard the same knocking on other doors too. We reported this to staff the next morning who dismissed it as probably someone trying the wrong room. We heard other people reporting the same thing. We also wrote to the hotel about this as we suspect it was not another confused occupant. The hotel response was defensive, lacked sympathy and dismissive.

Receptionist REFUSED to provide me with invoice. Came up with excuses, which I know are not correct, as have stayed with Hilton before and never had this problem. Guest bed not ready. She used the excuse that she'd only just received my booking, even though I had booked it over an hour before. Seemed like she didn't care about what I had to say. I asked if I could cancel it because of the problems and go elsewhere. She said no. It was an awful stay

I've got one word for the service and the reception staff : Excellent. Booking a room was easy, and the entire process from settling in to checking out, was well coordinated. A great place to stay, easy to get to and if you love the beach, it's a little walk away. I'd definitely stay here again and will recommend that my friends do too.

Everythings great, room, staff, location. Very comfortable sleep. Good view. Parking on Level 2 leads to the road next to both receptions. From here it's right & down the stairs to the Hilton & left to Hampton by Hilton (up a slight hill). The hotels are at the top of a hill so be prepared for that when walking around. Would recommend Ojo Rojo for evening food (3min walk).

Clean room, comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was good however the hash browns tasted a bit frozen and some of it was a bit cold but we did come down to breakfast at 9:45. It is advertised as until 10am though so we did expect it to be still hot.

Very good hotel with well functioning air conditioning. Close to city centre and the beach. 20-30 min. to walk to the railway station without luggage. Because of lots of hills, you won’t walk that distance with luggage. A taxi costs about 10 £. At the hotel you can choose to skip cleaning as many days you want. You earn a voucher of 5 £ each day which you can use for food, drinks and snacks in the bar. Breakfast has a rich buffet with good food. We only missed some cucumber, pepper and such vegetables. Warm tomatoes was the only option. Helpful and friendly staff. Will recommend this hotel.

The staff in reception at arrival were far less welcoming and friendly of those on the desk the next morning. The bed frame had stains of some type all over it - luckily we were there 1 night just to sleep - but given this we have lowered our review. The waffle maker is a great addition but the cooked breakfast was overly salty and inedible
