Sidewalk on side of building near parking area uneven, and when leaving on Thursday I tripped and fell flat on my face! Luckily, not injured, but at age 69 could have been much worse! I was extremely lucky. Please have this fixed, the next person may break a hip or worse!

Surprised that this hotel has the Hilton name, we could have stayed in a cheaper motel and had a similar experience. Elevator felt and looked like an old, small service elevator. Sounded like an elephant was walking on floor in room above us. And the breakfast options were minimal, very disappointing. Overall, wished I would have gone with the other hotel chain option in area.

We needed a different room because of kiddie noise upstairs we were on the 1st floor. They switched rooms for us within seconds. Wonderful hotel

Staff wonderful, breakfast okay, good coffee. The rug in my room was damp, so I wore flip flops the entire time. Tub was very slippery.

Enjoyed our one-night stay in the King Suite with living area. Spacious room for myself and twin toddlers. Comfortable beds. Full-length mirror, luxurious toiletries, and lots of storage space! The breakfast was convenient. Wish there were hot items like eggs or waffles/pancakes, but it was nice to grab a few items before we checked out. To make it more family-friendly, it would be nice to have a stool in the bathroom so that my little ones can wash their hands!

I liked that the hotel was right off the exit, it was clean, and it had dining options near by. I didn't like that they charged my credit card for 40.00 up front. That should be done after if there's any damage to the room or items taken. I didn't like the pillows in the room. Made for a poor night's sleep.

Very friendly helpful staff. Booked a 1st floor rooms for dad needing a scooter next to each other even. Gave great directions to a restaurant we went to. Breakfast was spartan but you could eat something. Recommend it!

The tissues are like using actual paper. In a room for two people, more than two towels should be available. Guests shouldn't have to ask for extra towels on day 1. The breakfast was kinda sad, but it also never claimed to be as extensive as competitors.
