Bryce Canyon Country Inn

Extremely clean, safe, quiet. Lynda is the example others should follow for providing a quaint, adorable setting for us to sleep and stay during our visit to the Bryce Canyon area. The bed is very comfortable. The room is spacious. A large wall mounted tv, with a microwave oven and mini fridge plus a table & chairs Provide comfortable amenities. Parking is plentiful. The building sits in a residential neighborhood and is very quiet and private. The building looks to the back side of Bryce Canyon. We are planning our next visit to Bryce in the next 12-18 months and this country inn will be our only choice to stay. We liked best not being among hundreds of other travelers at the mass-staying motels/hotels just outside of tye National Park.

Our room was very spacious and well designed and thought out. The bed was extremely soft and inviting, and the linens and towels were very nice. There is a nice electronic fireplace to create a relaxing ambience…and also a huge tv! We had morning tea/coffee out on the patio with the hummingbirds and a great view of the mountains. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a very small inn with just 6 rooms. It was in a very quiet area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Everything we needed was available. We really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the humming birds and orioles at the bird feeder.

This was a very nice property to stay at while visiting Bryce Canyon. It is located on a very quiet street with assigned parking directly in front of your unit.

A good sized room, tastefully decorated: it just felt nice walking in there. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The outdoor table setting was an unexpected bonus: a great place to eat a takeaway meal or have a drink and watch the sunset.

Beautiful, rustic room. Amenities including 2 bottles of water, some snacks and two souvenir-type snacks. Fridge, microwave, TV, AC in room. Tables to sit or picnic outside. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay if visiting Bryce. This is a new lodging with 6 rooms; all with new beds, bathrooms, tv, Wi-Fi, etc. Host was gracious and informative. Coffee shop and food right down the street. It’s only a 15 minute drive to Bryce gate so you can save a bundle by skipping the Lodge. Highest recommendation: 10 stars, not 5 !!!

This facility is really fun. The view from our room was exceptional. The decor was festive and everything was clean and ready for us. The room is very small and does not have a chair where you can sit down to put your shoes on. We received a text telling us how to check in which was super easy. But that’s the last we heard until this request for a review. It would be nice to have spoken with a human. I texted this morning to ask what the check out process was before we left. I guess we aren’t used to such minimal customer service.

This place is wonderful. The owners had a few snacks on the table for our arrival. There is not a lobby (no one on site), but the owners are very responsive to phone calls/texts. It is clean and very quiet. We sat on the back porch in the evening just to relax and listen to the birds.

Our room at Bryce Canyon Country Inn was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was so quiet but also close to the town of Tropic, close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. It was a quick and easy drive to Bryce Canyon NP. It had everything we needed, and there was even a table, chairs, and umbrella out front on the patio. Parking was easy and just steps from our door. The scenery was breathtaking. Checking in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend a stay here! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The facility is new and immaculate, it’s sooo clean! The bedding was excellent quality, but our personal preference and opinion, the beds were extremely soft, it was difficult to even roll over, not good for my back :-( No closet or drawers, not even 1 hanger for a coat was a bit of an inconvenience.

The place is a bit out of the way. The room was average. The bed poor. We thought there wasn’t any hot water, but realized it needed to run for quite awhile before there was any. I thought there could have been more attention to cleaning. When we opened the pull-out, the mattress pad had crumbs on it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bryce Canyon Country Inn! This is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. It provided easy access to Bryce Canyon National Park. Only a 20 minute drive. Lynda was a great host! This does not in anyway reflect our reviews of the Country Inn but the restaurant choice was just Meh! Don’t have high expectations for a good meal! Again would definitely stay here again!

The room is exactly as pictured; the bed is comfortable; the shower was great; and the room is spacious and clean. The only negative, which is minor, is the AC runs a little loud.

The room that was on the hotel website and our room were vastly different. We made reservations abt 2 weeks out as we were staying with another couple at the same hotel. The photos showed a roomy room with a table and chairs, loveseat and a nice sized comfortable room and bathroom. When we arrived we found that our room was so small that the queen bed and night stands fit tightly in it with abt 5-6 feet from the end of the bed to the door. There was a table topper with bar stools in one corner. The bathroom was small. It was not at all what we thought the room would be like by the photos. Also there was no window except the glass front door so the room had a portable air conditioner which we couldn’t get to work properly with no instructions and the thermostat wouldn’t change temperature so it blew cold air on us all night. Hard night sleep. It was clean and well taken care of but felt very mislead by what we thought we were renting.

The place was clean, but it was really small for us because there wasn’t even a chair comfortable chair to sit in when I get up in the morning at six and my wife sleeps till eight. I couldn’t even read my Bible and read my morning newspaper. the place was just small, but I will say this it was nice and clean. Great for a one night stop to a quick get up and go.

We stayed in room six, there was fantastic comms from Lynda, both pre-arrival and on-site. Spacious room, king size bed, softest linens, didn’t want to wake or get up. Great Dunkin coffee, my favourite when I come to US, free granola bars, fridge for those post-hike refreshing beers, great shower, softest towels, a few toiletries are provided for you, biggest TV, fast internet, cool veranda to sit out on and watch the world go by though it is very quiet. There was a thunderstorm when we stayed which was dramatic and cool to watch. Just 15 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon national park, also a trail to get into the park, just a few hours round trip from the room. Tropic the town has a few restaurants, great coffee shop, try the banana bread, two gas stations and a general store. We would definitely return, we slept like babies.

Bed is very soft. Room is very basic with a bed and bathroom. Nothing else. Room size may be less than 300 sq-feet. Bathroom missing hangers and tissue. There is little space for anything but to sleep and shower. Very basic accommodation. It is clean and 15 minutes from Bryce emtrance.

cute interior and bathroom. very soft and fresh towels! nice/huge TV. the unit is a little small but was fine for just me. kind of depressing with only one side of unit having a big window/door, but it's ok. parking was right in front of the room! tropic is super convenient to bryce- which is where i spent my time. but nothing really around this hotel, so it's quiet- and very dark neighborhood (but all of utah is dark!) the parking area unfortunately has an annoying outdoor blue-LED light, so it was hard to stargaze when i stepped out (and didn't try walking down the dark street but maybe i should have) bed was a little soft and the pillows were a little lumpy for my liking, but i bet some might liike them. great value overall. i'd stay here again to come back to bryce!

It is very difficult to find. The map app only got us so far. Because of this we were an hour late arriving and the owner had left. Tried calling her twice but went into voicemail. Some other patrons were helpful. Owner called finally and we got thing sorted.

Such a beautiful place! Lynda was a helpful hostess when we had unexpected car troubles. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Lynda was so kind and went out of her way to make my stay wonderful. Everything was perfect.

We had one of 6 units (rooms) in this remodeled residential home in this small town of Tropic. The unit (room) was very comfortable, nice decor. Check-in was so easy. Got a text that the room was ready and where to find the key. Room looked out on a nicely manicured backyard. The lot for this home was large so no close neighbors. Very quiet inside and out. Beautiful views of the backside of Bryce Canyon. Sits about 3 minutes from a very good restaurant - Stone Hearth Grill and about that far to downtown to a nice coffee shop. The drive from Bryce Canyon to Tropic is probably about 10 miles but well worth the drive. The HooDoo lollipops were a fun touch.

The Bryce Canyon Country Inn is a small 6 room inn in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Although a little out of the main part of Tropic, it is only a 5 min drive to the restaurants on Main St. The Inn has no front desk and you are asked to contact the owner for check in instructions 24 hours before your arrrival. Although my first attempt was unsuccessful, a prompt response to my 2nd was, and check instrctions were given. We had a 3 night stay to visit Bryce Canyon which is about a 15 min drive to the park and very convenient. Our room (#3) although small was handicap accessible with a walk in shower. But please check with owner if you have a disability for your specific needs especially is you use a wheelchair as it is a small room & small Room was extremely clean & cozy. Bed was comfortable and although i prefer a very firm bed, i slept like a baby. There are no housekeeping services so you need to contact Lynda for any needs. I requested an extra towel and more toilet paper and she responded quickly and left them outside our room within an hour as we were gone for the day. There is patio furniture outside your room & if you' ve never seen the night sky in this area, do yourself a favor and take a few minutes at night, sit out on the furniture that is provided and just gaze at the sky filled with more stars than I have ever seen. A coffee maker, coffee, tea, bottles of water and treats are provided. All in all, we loved our stay. Highly recommended!!

Check in was a challenge. No front desk. Had to call the phone number but it went straight to voicemail. They did send a text message earlier in the day with instructions, but I missed it since I was travelling in remote areas with no data. Note that GPS may take you to wrong address if you enter the property name.

This small, multi-unit facility was squeaky-clean, really well-furnished and affordable. It felt brand-new. Lynda was extremely responsive to messages. The bed was so good i didn't want to leave it!

It's a little hard to find and a farther from the park than I wanted, but clean and comfortable. I enjoyed Showdowns restaurant while I was there.

It’s several blocks away from the Main Street of Tropic and conveniently located near the town’s restaurants and convenience stores. It’s only 10 miles from the park entrance. We liked the fact that it’s not near the tourist center. Our host Lynda was super kind and friendly. The accommodations are new and fresh.

We wanted to be near Bryce Canyon National Park and we were. We loved the quiet location and watching stars after dark. There are several places to eat in Tropic and we enjoyed the ones we tried. Our room was pleasant and seemed new. The bed was comfy and we had all the conveniences. A bonus was the beautiful birds that came to the bird feeder!

This place is great. Super quite spot at the end of town, with killer views of Bryce Canyon and the mesas to the east. We loved it.

Wonderful location off the main drag. Might be hard to find of you do not download maps as cell service is spotty

Our stay at Bryce Canyon Country Cabins was fantastic! Our accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Staff was very quick to respond to an a/c issue. The mountains views were unmatched! We enjoyed dinner at Clear Skies Resort (geodomes) and at Showdowns (live music). Breakfast at Rustlers was great! Very convenient to BC NP. We would stay again.

Delightfully tranquil and quiet. Hummingbirds and Orioles on the garden feeders and deer in the adjoining fields. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Could do with a mirror in the main bedroom area. Most of all Expedia need to amend their listing - this property is room only not room with breakfast.

Quaint, quiet and very clean. Owners are very friendly, had great conversations with both husband and wife. Few restaurant choices in small town but ate at three and all good. There is no breakfast provided as mentioned in Expedia.

Loved the rustic decor. We were in #6 & it appeared to be totally renovated. The views out the front were fantastic. Property was well maintained. A few snacks were left which was a great touch. Location was close to a restaurant which we ate dinner & breakfast, Rustlers Restaurant.

We had great communication with the owner of the establishment. The town of Tropic is in a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon (you can actually see the canyon from the motel) with some good restaurants (our favorite was “Showdown”).

The room itself was cute, but very small. It was advertised as a bed and breakfast, and it was not. We didn’t know that till we got there. We would not have booked it at that price without a breakfast.
