시설이 정말 깨끗하고 편의시설도 좋았어요. 투숙객에게 주차요금을 받는 건, 한가지 흠이었으나, 그나마 할인을 많이 해 주어서 좋았네요. 다른 건 다 좋았던거 같아요.

Studio Random - comfortable stay for 4 nights. Location - 10 mins walk away from airport bus stop and Nambu Bus Terminal subway station (Line 3). Safe for solo travelers. Room - was facing construction but acceptable noise level. Water pressure is average. Convenience stores are within the vicinity. Check-in and check-out are all digital from your own phone. Bonus - Availability of luggage storage facility was useful prior to check-in. The room is equipped with washing machine, microwave and basic cooking ware with cutlery.

The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen! The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. However, my friend and I only stayed 5 nights so we were fine. The hotel is right next to a much of conscience stores so anything you need is more than affordable. Working the air conditioner was a bit of a struggle, but communicating with staff via email was super easy and they responded very fast. I applaud them for such great communication. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and it feels like being in my own apartment!

■悪い点 シャワー室の床が赤カビだらけだった 家電など設備が充実しているが使い方が難しい ガイド見たけどわからなくてテレビは結局使えなかった ４泊なのにバスタオルと水とコーヒーカプセルが２つしか用意されてなかった ゴミが結構たまるので大きいゴミ箱かゴミ捨て場があるとよかった ■良い点 めちゃくちゃ静かで快適に眠れた 近くにスーパーがあって自炊できたのがよかった 冷房、空調、床暖があって快適な温度で過ごせた セルフチェックインアウト最初不安だったけど問題なかった 人と会わずに部屋に行けるのは結構いいかも

高速バスの停留所がすぐ近くにあり 地下鉄の近く 交通の上 もとても良かったです 長期滞在するものにとってはゴミの回収が自分でしないといけないっていうのがあって毎日のゴミの清掃や毎日のタオルの提供をしてもらいたい

Very clean hotel and excellent self check in process. Close to subway and public transit, overall great location. Had most cookware needed to cook for our son who has multiple food allergies. Close to a few grocery options. Missing a sponge to wash dishes. Guide regarding garbage rules could be more clear in English. Overall, a great stay and was able to communicate fairly easily using google translate for text messaging with the hotel.

行く前に口コミでカビ臭いという内容もありましたが、そんなこともなく部屋のコンディションも良く清掃も行き届いていたと思います。 個人的に問題だったのはベットの固さ。あまりにも柔らか過ぎて腰が痛く仰向けで寝るのは無理だったので横向きで寝ましたがそれでも起き上がった時に腰が痛くて直ぐに腰を伸ばせない程でした。なので翌日からはソファーで寝てました。

It was quite difficult finding this place as there are two buildings, and you won’t know until you get there fish email with address link, which the link didn’t work on Naver (the Korean google)! So was very very confused and ended up at the other building which there was no one to help you. It’s all via chat, contactless to the max! Luckily, there was an extremely nice lady who helped us find the correct building and walked us through a few buildings to get there! She didn’t even work for this hotel! Once we finally got in, our room was very small, like a cruise ship cabin. My son’s room however had two rooms on either side of the living/kitchen area, much larger. Location is good, close to the subways and eateries.

The only issue we had is that they had two hotels close to one another and we initially went to the wrong one. 5 to 7 minute walk to Metro and an excellent grocery store within two minutes from front door. New and comfortable room. However, even higher floors feel like underground rooms, as theres no direct day light due to the neighbour building. As for the location, it has well connected public transportation, however it's not a beautiful area. To have a luggage storage room available is very helpful.

4인가족으로 방문하였고 침대상태 이불 및 청소 상태.모든게 만족스러웠어요. 가까운 곳에 맛집도 많고 건물앞에 편의점고 있어서 편리했습니다. 하나 불편한점은 진입로가 좁다는 것과 같은 이름의 건물이 두개가 있어서 찾아가는게 너무 어려웠습니다. 그리고 레지던스 이름을 자꾸 변경하셔서 당황스러웠습니다. 숙박에서는 전혀 불편한점이 없었는데.. 이게 딱 하나 걸려서 별 하나 뺐어요

I tried to check in properly around 3:00pm.I arrived there early.They are not give me directions before I have to waited long times. If you can’t speak good Korean then hard time to do communication. I saw a lot of Chinese people stayed there. I don’t know why not emailing me about information property before check in.

Very clean hotel and excellent self check in process. Close to subway and public transit, overall great location. Had most cookware needed to cook for our son who has multiple food allergies. Close to a few grocery options. Missing a sponge to wash dishes. Guide regarding garbage rules could be more clear in English. Overall, a great stay and was able to communicate fairly easily using google translate for text messaging with the hotel.

Studio Random - comfortable stay for 4 nights. Location - 10 mins walk away from airport bus stop and Nambu Bus Terminal subway station (Line 3). Safe for solo travelers. Room - was facing construction but acceptable noise level. Water pressure is average. Convenience stores are within the vicinity. Check-in and check-out are all digital from your own phone. Bonus - Availability of luggage storage facility was useful prior to check-in. The room is equipped with washing machine, microwave and basic cooking ware with cutlery.

4인가족으로 방문하였고 침대상태 이불 및 청소 상태.모든게 만족스러웠어요. 가까운 곳에 맛집도 많고 건물앞에 편의점고 있어서 편리했습니다. 하나 불편한점은 진입로가 좁다는 것과 같은 이름의 건물이 두개가 있어서 찾아가는게 너무 어려웠습니다. 그리고 레지던스 이름을 자꾸 변경하셔서 당황스러웠습니다. 숙박에서는 전혀 불편한점이 없었는데.. 이게 딱 하나 걸려서 별 하나 뺐어요

The hotel was very responsive to our needs and check in was excellent. The only issue we had is that they had two hotels close to one another and we initially went to the wrong one. 5 to 7 minute walk to Metro and an excellent grocery store within two minutes from front door. The bed was amazing and the towels luxurious. Top notch.

New and comfortable room. However, even higher floors feel like underground rooms, as theres no direct day light due to the neighbour building. As for the location, it has well connected public transportation, however it's not a beautiful area. To have a luggage storage room available is very helpful.

Great location and price for longer term stays. The drains in our room (bathroom, laundry, and kitchen) would occasionally emit some bad smells, not sure if this is common among all the rooms. The elevators can be very slow during check-in and checkout times due to volume.

Convenient location. Check in was easy enough but as it is only online check in and had little inconvenient if your arrival time out of customer hour. Cleaness is just ok( I found trash plastic bag under the floor mattress). There is extra charges for cleaning service for your information.
