A fantastic hotel, staff are friendly and helpful and our studio suite was excellent. Our suite was quiet, spotless and the kitchenette was well appointed. Free use of the laundry was appreciated and tge games rooms and lounging areas were terrific. We stayed 4 nights and I couldn’t have been happier with the decision - excellent value for money and convenient to the trains, trams and buses to anywhere in the city or beyond.

I am very satisfied with the hotel's facilities. I had a happy time without any inconvenience due to friendly and systematic management. Especially, the guest space is so comfortable and the atmosphere of the hotel bar is very good!!!

Both check in and out were very easy. Staff was super friendly. Restaurant on site was very good. The laundry took a little getting used to but 6 euros to wash and dry /load was reasonable especially since the 4 sets of washers/dryers have the detergent already in them. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Beds were comfy. Coffee and tea was complementary in the room. The hotel had a pool table and foosball table in the lobby and they offered umbrellas if you needed them. If you buy the I-Amsterdam pass transport is just a few blocks away to the #22 bus or the #19 tram. The metro, which would have been faster, was an additional add-on to the pass. The bus or tram took about 25 minutes to get in and out of the city center. There’s also a mini market steps away from the bus station with great prices on take away food, drinks and staples for the room fridge. We had a great stay and would totally recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay there, clean and spacious for 4 of us. Excellent facilities including sauna and laundry room all free and easy to book. 2mins walk to station and 5 mins ride to Amsterdam Centraal station. Will recommend to all.

The front desk and parking was awesome. The en suite bathroom shower area was not that clean. There was some water damage around the kitchen sink. We were near the garbage room, which you could smell in the hallway.

Feedback on my room 211, 10 days stay. Overall rating: 8 out of 10. + Excellent staff. Very good size of room with large windows. Comfortable couch, Good dinner table & chairs, Soft and comfortable matress. Very usable kitchen. Great to be able to open so many windows to refresh the room. Good lights. = Despite me requesting a room without noise, I got one where the ventilation made a fierce noise and the electric switch field - unfortunately in the bed room - made a humming noise. Staff fixed the 1st immediately, I fixed the 2nd. = TV didn't work, most of the channels without reception or freezing. I didn't mind as as I didn't need the TV, hence I didn't report it to the reception. - Cover for matress was too small. Every morning I woke up with my body being in direct contact with the matress. The cover in the duvet did not fit the size of the duvet cover (on the sides about 40cm smaller), the duvet seemed to be a winter duvet, too hot for the summer. The duvet cover alone was too thin. It was not so easy to find the sweet spot. I didn't ask the reception to fix it. -- During my stay, the painting in the corridors of the 2nd floor was redone even though it didn't seem to be so necessary. Many seams in my shower had black marks. It seems plenty of dirt/fungus that eat itself into the seam over the years. Given the high prices in summer, I'd suggest to use some of those funds to renew the seams in the rooms which are affected by the same.

We lived the location. Close to a transport hub and only 20 minutes away from the centre. Reception and staff were absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. Room was ok, beds very uncomfortable with poor pillows and fitted sheets should be considered. Some of the plates were not clean which really should have been checked prior to new guests arriving. Overall though pleasant enough stay.

Jeg havde et rigtig godt ophold i hotel lejligheden. Den var meget ren og velholdt, og man kunne mærke, at der bliver gjort en indsats for, at alt fremstår pænt og indbydende. Personalet var utroligt venligt og hjælpsomt, og de sørgede for, at man følte sig velkommen fra start til slut. Lejligheden var desuden meget rummelig, med god plads og en behagelig indretning, som gjorde opholdet ekstra komfortabelt. Jeg kan helt klart anbefale stedet og kommer gerne igen!

Your staff are lovely and very welcoming! Breakfast was excellent as well. The room was perfect for what I needed, but I had requested a king bed, but had twin single beds pushed together. Also, the bed was incredibly soft so struggled sleeping!

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect for two friends who also want their own space. Reception staff always friendly. A toaster would have been nice in the apartment. Also, you can’t cast to the TV which was a shame as the only English channels we could find were the news. Really convenient for the train station and beds very very comfortable!

I stayed here for five nights while enjoying Amsterdam. It was really nice, clean, good wifi and right near the station. One stop into Central and closer to the airport! My room was lovely with a smart tv, a kitchen and a comfy bed. The staff were also nice. I will stay here again next time in Amsterdam! They have a gym and sauna I didn't use though.

I continue to stay here over and over again primarily because of the super friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in room 704 this time. I appreciate how responsive staff is when I made a request for a spare blanket. The location is an easy 5-min walk to Sloterdijk station. I like being able to get my own extra towels, when needed. I also enjoy the smart TV in most apartments. For this particular unit, I would not want to stay there again solely because the smart TVs aren’t updated. The living room TV does not offer Netflix as an app on the Google Play store or for casting, while the bedroom TV does not connect to wifi or internet at all. I could barely get regular channels in the NL to show and that TV would turn off sporadically as well—like the wires were loose or the TV would lose power or signal. Also, the living room curtain does not keep out any light (or heat from sun). Blinds (like in the bathroom) or blackout curtains (like in the bedroom) would be nice.

The suite (2 bedroom) was super comfortable, especially with kids. It was great having to seperate bedrooms, dining, and living room spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, with a short 5-6 min train ride to Amsterdam Central. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Always enjoy staying at this property. Super friendly and responsive staff. I always feel welcome when I stay here. As a solo traveler, I feel at ease staying here. A very special thank you to Eva, the nice woman who helped me with a late checkout when my flight got delayed. I greatly appreciated the courtesy of the extra 1-2 hrs. I will be back soon because of wonderful people like her on staff (and the comfy apartments too).

These guys were amazing. The rooms were clean and all amenities in order. What stood out was their exceptional service: we traveled with 3 young children internationally, and the staff were so hospitable and accommodating. We stayed for three nights in three different rooms. Our first room was had a broken bed as well as rubbish under the bed, we were forced to move from it because of a leak from the room above which then soaked our bed, this happened when we got back to the hotel late at night. Our second room had a broken coffee maker and problems with the drains which made the room stink. Our third room was absolutely fine. We have a 2 year old so moving twice was less than ideal. Upon check out I was promised a 50% refund, my booking was around £480/ €555, I thought that was fine considering the hassel we had gone through. After leaving the property I then received an email saying they would refund me £176/€208, circa 36% of my invoice. This isn’t 50%, I went back and forth with the manager who told me he couldn’t refund any more or honor the 50% refund we had verbally agreed on as I left the property. I literally hate having to write a bad review as EVERY member of staff was polite and helpful but after 3-4 emails back and forth and being blown off with less than they agreed to refund me I feel the whole process was disingenuous and taxing. I just wish they handled this with more integrity

The hotel accommodated our family of five well. We selected this property based on space, proximity to the train and one stop from central Amsterdam. We only had two days to explore. Please be advised that after a long day of travel to check in at 3pm, our apartment was NOT ready. The front desk offered an approximate 30 minute wait and provided five free drinks at their restaurant for our family. After an additional hour of waiting beyond the 30 minutes they decided to place us in another apartment & they said they would look to see what type of compensation could be provided. No one ever followed up w me. At checkout they offered me a keychain. It should be noted most shops, museums and bakery shops close in Centraal at 6pm. So, if you arrive at 3 pm and need to wait one and a half hours for your check-in, after paying a high premium for the space, you won’t have a lot of time to take the metro back for any real time to explore. This was a huge disappointment to us. We had a lot of luggage and needed to go to drop it off prior to visiting Centraal. Had we been given a realistic timeframe of when our apartment would be ready - we would have left our luggage at the front desk and not waited.

The suite (2 bedroom) was super comfortable, especially with kids. It was great having to seperate bedrooms, dining, and living room spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, with a short 5-6 min train ride to Amsterdam Central. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Suitcase rack only in 1 room. No headboard on beds never seen that before dusty walls so cannot sit up and relax in bed to watch TV what I like to do on holiday. No TV in bedrooms. Shower not powerful or very hot. Good stay if you want basic and functional without added luxury.

Your staff are lovely and very welcoming! Breakfast was excellent as well. The room was perfect for what I needed, but I had requested a king bed, but had twin single beds pushed together. Also, the bed was incredibly soft so struggled sleeping!

Rooms were fine and very convenient for transportation. I was happy to have laundry machines available. The front desk staff were nice. The breakfast room was very average. The types of foods were okay but the staff mainly ignored the customers unless they were young professionals there for meetings. I had to ask 2 days in a row if they could plug the toaster in (it wasn't accessible for me to do so). The food ran out quickly and they were generally not in a hurry to replenish. Not sure we would stay there again, more due to the lack of dining in that area.
