Convenient location near Disneyland - we walked sometimes and we drove other times. Pool and hot tub are really nice and enjoyable. Pool table and ping pong tables were also much appreciatee by our entire group. Highly recommend!

The house was pretty spacious and conveniently located near Disney, making it ideal for large families. Our favorite features were the swimming pool and hot tub. However, the house could use some tender loving care and a deep cleaning, particularly inside the window frames and the sliding door leading to the pool. I would give it five stars if the laundry machines were accessible to guests, but unfortunately, they were not. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

Great layout for families and convenient walk to Disney parks. Pool and hot tub area were clean and comfortable. The fourth bedroom is a bit awkward being attached to the garage ( and laundry ), otherwise great house! Kitchen has lots of pots and pans, and dishes/utensils. Spice rack is full ( other than salt ), and there is no tin foil. Tons of beach towels and two dining tables. The stove top was a bit difficult to work, but had 1-2 burners lit and working.

Great place to stay! Home was great for large group, had plenty of amenities, the backyard pool and jacuzzi was such a great way to relax after Disneyland. The property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs! We would definitely stay here again!

This property is as described. Our vacation included my husband and me, my daughter, SIL, two grandchildren aged 6 and 4, and my other adult daughter. We did have a few issues during our stay, but the maintenance person, Jeff, was quick to respond and was able to take care of the problems to the best of his ability. A new faucet was replaced in the main bedroom the same day that I texted, but the hot tub had to be remotely reset several times. Jeff even came to the property to see if it could be resolved on site. The backyard area is great and we spent our last day chilling at the house and using the pool. The temperature was quite warm, so it was a perfect last day. The outdoor furniture needs some additional loungers and some of the chairs need replacing. The main bedroom is on a different side of the house, so it’s perfect for grandparents, like us, to have our own wing. Bathrooms, and bedrooms are fine, but the house needs more hooks in all the bathrooms. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase, as there are no dressers or cubbies. The main living space is great, with ample couch seating for all of us (7) to sit together watching a movie. The location of the house is great, about 5 minutes to Disney parking. We also went to Long Beach, Huntington, and Newport Beach, which were each under an hour travel time. At night, you can see the Disney fireworks from the hot tub; perfect! The house needs some updates and little conveniences, but our time there was still great!

The house is nice and clean. Pool is very inviting and instructions are given well. Very close to Disneyland and in a quiet neighborhood. A few things that were confusing, the washer and dryer have stickers on them that say "not in use" they ask you to wash the towels, so i am not sure why these stickers are on the machines. The pool alarm is so annoying. It works like they say to use it from the inside, but if you push the bypass from the outside it does not and it will set the alarm off. So you have to have someone from the inside push the bypass button and let you in, or the alarm will sound. I did not contact the host as we were busy and we just lived with it. I am sure this is something that could be fixed. This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was 8 years ago. We liked it alot so we came back! The Furniture is showing some wear especially the patio furniture, but Overall it is a nice place and the location is great if you are going to Disney.

Our family decided to do a group getaway to Disney to kick off the Fall season. We elected to use an VRBO residence to accommodate our large party. The home was close and within walking distance, or a short and cheap Uber or Lyft ride. The home was very nice, everything listed was accurate. Check in and out was easy with no issues. The only NEGATIVE I have to say was some of the rules for the home. The biggest was use of the back yard, pool and spa. The time restrictions were very unaccommodating. You were not allowed out in the garage game area, spa or pool after 10 pm. Everyone in our group was over 20 years of age, respectful and we couldn't enjoy a dip in the hot tub after a long day at the park. I don't know about most of you, but we walked about 10 miles per day while at Disney, my aching feet, legs and back wanted nothing more than to sit in the hot tub. As I said the whole place was very nice, but those restrictions alone will cause me to avoid using this property again.

The location is great and very close to Disneyland although not super walkable so we still had to drive and park. The pool is fantastic and we used to every day. The alarm on the pool door has a learning curve but since I have two small children i appreciated this safety feature. We had an issue with the washer and dryer but Jeff was very responsive and did everything he could to help including driving over on a Sunday evening to try to fix the issue. For the price and location I think this was a great place and I’d stay again. Minor feedback is that there was no coffee and we had to buy it. Having coffee available would have been great.

We had 9 guests total and the house was spacious enough that we did not feel cramped. The master bed was not very comfortable, but decent enough even at 6 months pregnant. We were a little bummed that there were no ping pong balls in the game room and the sticks for pool were missing the tips, but we did not end up using the game room for it to really be an issue. The property was very clean and we loved the pool.

The backyard is beautiful, tall trees make it feel very secluded. BBQ grill and outdoor chairs were very nice to use. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed, plenty of dishes for our group and lots of cupboard space for food. Plenty of table seating. Walking distance to Disneyland - just under a mile to Downtown Disney and about 1.4 miles to the Park entrance. Only complaint - the game room/laundry room is accessed off the 2nd master bedroom which was a little awkward.

Overall the house was great for our family. The pool and outdoor space is lovely. However, We didn’t utilize the outdoor area much at all due to the horrible rainy weather. The pool alarm is quite alarming when it’s set off! But probably a good safety feature if you have young kids. The Anaheim area rules are pretty strict! Not allowing you to be outside of the house between 10pm and 9am. The layout of the house is great and felt spacious. The fridge has filtered water and ice which was great to have. Lots of dishes for meals and a great dining table. Overall the house was surface clean but really needs a deep clean. (Stains on blinds, water damage on bathroom floor boards, dinged walls etc). Both large beds need updated mattresses. Both are very uncomfortable and feel worn out. Would we stay again?? Yes. The house is in a nice area and worked well for our family.

We were attending a large trade show at the convention center. The house was perfect for us to come back after a long day on our feet and either cook or order in food. Everything was clean and tidy and there were lots of cooking utensils.Thank you.

First of all - we loved our vacation. This house offered everyone their own bedroom and bathroom, which was awesome. The furniture is getting beat up (broken leg on dresser, broken handle on night stand, broken door on vanity, ping pong table broken and chipped), and the house needs a deep cleaning (ceiling vents had visible dust, dishwasher filter was very dirty, washing machine had mold in the rings, etc), but if you can see past that it is a great property, with an excellent yard and great location. Apparently we were the only ones who had to abide by the noise rules, as there were dogs barking at 630am most mornings, and on Saturday at 8am the neighbors started getting their roof replaced. Not a big deal (and not the fault of the property owners), but annoying that we couldn't use the hot tub after 10pm when everyone else could make noise. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to see the fireworks from Disneyland in our front yard, which was a treat. We loved the pool area, and the yard was in great shape. We did not know you had to push really hard on the bypass button from the outside (much harder than the inside one), as it is weather-proof, so we had to ask for help with that, but the property managers assisted us right away. We also got a few new lightbulbs delivered to replace our burnt out lamp, so kudos to the property manager for being so great to work with. Overall we would be willing to stay here again and work with this property owner/manager again.

Dealing with property manager was super easy, check in was very easy and they even allowed us drop off our luggage as we were a larger group of 9. We were surprised at how long of a walk it was to Disney from the property, was too long of a walk with little ones but lyfts were easily accessable and quick (except later at night coming from Disney). Was super handy having different strollers to use for Disney. Beds were how ever terrible and bed frames squeaked terribly with the smallest movement. The one queen bed, can hardly support average sized adults without sounding like you are going to break it. Kitchen was poorly organized (coffee filters on opposite end of kitchen from the coffee maker, making us go buy some because we didn't find them the first day). Was nice having some kitchenware to cook your own food, but no baking sheet to bake things on, but lots of cupcake pans. Would have been nice to have a working hot tub, but it was colder than the pool, which we never did use because the alarm was annoying to use so we just avoided it. Does the job if you are not wanting to stay in a hotel.

Day one the 5year birthday girl declared after a day in the pool, “this is the best day of my life!” Day two was Disneyland and after 14 hours in the park the adults declared, “this 8 minute drive made this a great place to stay!” Having the strollers was great as was the game room. The beds are a bit worn and several adults ended up with sore backs and stiff necks. It is clear that it is a well used property. We did need the slider repaired and maintenance was prompt and fast.

Overall we had a great time. There was a ton of space for our family of 6 and we invited another guest to stay with us. We could have easily fit 10 people, and maybe next time we will would definitely stay here again. Some constructive criticism is we needed more hooks/places to hang wet clothes or towels. This home is close to Disney and Knotts Berry Farm. The whole process was easy and even had a few maintenance issues that were handled speedily. The home is stocked well from kitchen to pool and towels and game room with toys for kids. We especially liked that there were strollers on site to use on our outings. The pool and hot tub were such an added bonus and great for the down days between parks.The mattresses in the 2 masters are very soft/saggy and could stand to be replaced, but all in all I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great layout for families and convenient walk to Disney parks. Pool and hot tub area were clean and comfortable. The fourth bedroom is a bit awkward being attached to the garage ( and laundry ), otherwise great house! Kitchen has lots of pots and pans, and dishes/utensils. Spice rack is full ( other than salt ), and there is no tin foil. Tons of beach towels and two dining tables. The stove top was a bit difficult to work, but had 1-2 burners lit and working.

Super easy walk to the parks, we chose to walk most days as loading and unloading the children took more time than just heading there. Unfortunately one neighbor had a party the first Saturday we were there and the other neighbor had a party the next Saturday. They did not adhere to the 10pm curfew. Watching the Disney fireworks from the driveway was great. The house layout was a little strange for two families as you have to pass through one of the master bedrooms to get to the game room and laundry. We loved the pool and hot tub, there’s a shallow section for younger kids and a deep enough section for adults to be able to jump in. Dressers for the bedrooms would be a great addition. Overall a good stay.

The house was perfect for our family of 4, with 3 grandparents. the master bedroom was on the other side of the house where grandparents stayed then kids, parents and 1 grandma stayed on the other side of the house- with the game room and bunks. House was a short drive to Disneyland. would recommend this house to anyone going with a few different families!

Overall the house was great for our family. The pool and outdoor space is lovely. However, We didn’t utilize the outdoor area much at all due to the horrible rainy weather. The pool alarm is quite alarming when it’s set off! But probably a good safety feature if you have young kids. The Anaheim area rules are pretty strict! Not allowing you to be outside of the house between 10pm and 9am. The layout of the house is great and felt spacious. The fridge has filtered water and ice which was great to have. Dealing with property manager was super easy, check in was very easy and they even allowed us drop off our luggage as we were a larger group of 9. We were surprised at how long of a walk it was to Disney from the property, was too long of a walk with little ones but lyfts were easily accessable and quick (except later at night coming from Disney). Was super handy having different strollers to use for Disney. Beds were how ever terrible and bed frames squeaked terribly with the smallest movement. The one queen bed, can hardly support average sized adults without sounding like you are going to break it. Kitchen was poorly organized (coffee filters on opposite end of kitchen from the coffee maker, making us go buy some because we didn't find them the first day). The property was perfect for our family with teenagers and an uncle with plenty of room for privacy. Very good location to Disney but also to drive to LA area and the beach. Check in was very easy and well communicated. The cleaning crew did leave a pile of wet towels in the laundry and also a pile of used bandaids by the pool. I did notify the person in charge and they said they would send the cleaning crew back but they never came. We just dried the towels but didn’t use them as no clue if they were dirty but didn’t want them to mold and I disinfected the pool area that had the bandaid pile. Overall not a huge issue and I’m sure if I made more calls they would have come back out to fix it but faster to do it ourself. Great outside area. Very tranquil besides the neighbors dog that could be heard occasionally. Would stay again here.

This is an awesome family house - especially when visiting Disneyland. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Not the most comfortable beds, but we made do. The alarm on the outside door took a bit to get used to.. we definitely set it off more than a few times, but very grateful for the safety of it. We were given a late checkout which was really helpful, and then a day later we realized we were missing our daughter’s doll. The manager went above and beyond searching for us - with no luck unfortunately - but again very grateful for kind people!

10 pilots/students for the Heli convention. The pool and hot tub were amazing, the game room also. Had a small issue with the pool alarm but finally all got the hang of it. Would highly recommend this property, and communication with all involved was top notch.

The location is great and very close to Disneyland although not super walkable so we still had to drive and park. The pool is fantastic and we used to every day. The alarm on the pool door has a learning curve but since I have two small children i appreciated this safety feature. We had an issue with the washer and dryer but Jeff was very responsive and did everything he could to help including driving over on a Sunday evening to try to fix the issue. For the price and location I think this was a great place and I’d stay again. Minor feedback is that there was no coffee and we had to buy it. Having coffee available would have been great.

First of all - we loved our vacation. This house offered everyone their own bedroom and bathroom, which was awesome. The furniture is getting beat up (broken leg on dresser, broken handle on night stand, broken door on vanity, ping pong table broken and chipped), and the house needs a deep cleaning (ceiling vents had visible dust, dishwasher filter was very dirty, washing machine had mold in the rings, etc), but if you can see past that it is a great property, with an excellent yard and great location. Apparently we were the only ones who had to abide by the noise rules, as there were dogs barking at 630am most mornings, and on Saturday at 8am the neighbors started getting their roof replaced. Not a big deal (and not the fault of the property owners), but annoying that we couldn't use the hot tub after 10pm when everyone else could make noise. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to see the fireworks from Disneyland in our front yard, which was a treat. We loved the pool area, and the yard was in great shape. We did not know you had to push really hard on the bypass button from the outside (much harder than the inside one), as it is weather-proof, so we had to ask for help with that, but the property managers assisted us right away. We also got a few new lightbulbs delivered to replace our burnt out lamp, so kudos to the property manager for being so great to work with. Overall we would be willing to stay here again and work with this property owner/manager again.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. It was absolutely perfect for two families with kids and the pool was awesome!—Both days at Disney, we took a break midday to cool off in the pool and head back to the park that was just a short Lyft away. You could definitely walk to Disney in under 30 minutes, but we wanted to save our steps for the park. Totally recommend

The backyard is beautiful, tall trees make it feel very secluded. BBQ grill and outdoor chairs were very nice to use. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed, plenty of dishes for our group and lots of cupboard space for food. Plenty of table seating. Walking distance to Disneyland - just under a mile to Downtown Disney and about 1.4 miles to the Park entrance. Only complaint - the game room/laundry room is accessed off the 2nd master bedroom which was a little awkward.

A very family friendly home with lots of beds for everyone. It was great for our family of 5, but you could have a much larger family be comfortable as well. We could see the fireworks from Disneyland every night from the front yard. The star of the show for us was the private back yard. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition and I believe they are salt water, not chemical based. We were in Anaheim for Disneyland and you are just minutes away. Not a fancy place, but it's comfortable and clean. I almost forgot about the recreation room with the pool table and ping pong. We enjoyed that part of the home too. Thank you for the nice stay.

The location of the property could not have been any better for us to go to Disneyland! We still rented a car but the drive was only a hop, skip and a jump away. Great location for quick to and from especially if you have kids. A few things were getting a bit outdated in the home, but overall our stay was a pleasant one. Mahalo!

This property was as advertised. We enjoyed staying here and was very comfortable. We choose this location since it had a pool. It was relaxing an could accommodate several people. All the amenities came with the house even had professional waffle/pancake maker. It had anything you would need for cooking inside and out. The rooms were spacious. If you want a place that is a relaxed oasis after a busy day at Disney this is your place. Pool is stunning. Having a kitchen and plenty of interior space to be was wonderful for parents and kids alike. My husband and I enjoyed watching the nightly fireworks from the hot tub. Communication with the property manager was good. My only drawbacks are there are many rules and strict guidelines on check in/check out. We payed to check in an hour early but all of that was in the original contract. The house gets a lot of use and could use some minor repairs and refreshing given the nightly cost. Overall a lovely experience.

Having a kitchen and plenty of interior space to be was wonderful for parents and kids alike. My husband and I enjoyed watching the nightly fireworks from the hot tub. Communication with the property manager was good. My only drawbacks are there are many rules and strict guidelines on check in/check out. We payed to check in an hour early but all of that was in the original contract. The house gets a lot of use and could use some minor repairs and refreshing given the nightly cost. Overall a lovely experience.

The location was central for getting to the theme parks and not far from beach either. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed except for luggage racks. In my opinion if there is no dresser there should at least be 2 luggage racks in each room. The pool and spa were enjoyable and appreciated the alarm on door.

It was a nice home, nice pool, big kitchen, was a nice place except the spiders were everywhere outside under patio furniture we just ate inside in the cool air

This house was very well kept and had everything you need for the family. Everything was in good working condition. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Plenty of space for a family and even a second family. Only thing I will say there is no extras as far as groceries so be sure to pack that spray/oil, seasonings, tin foil etc. Disneyland is walking distance but a bit far after walking all day in the park but only a 5 min drive to the parking structures. The bed in the master was sunken in on one side but I’m sure that happens over time. The pack n play, High chair, and strollers were great for our toddler. Overall great place to stay and would recommend.

We were attending a large trade show at the convention center. The house was perfect for us to come back after a long day on our feet and either cook or order in food. Everything was clean and tidy and there were lots of cooking utensils.Thank you.

The location is great and very close to Disneyland although not super walkable so we still had to drive and park. The pool is fantastic and we used to every day. The alarm on the pool door has a learning curve but since I have two small children i appreciated this safety feature. We had an issue with the washer and dryer but Jeff was very responsive and did everything he could to help including driving over on a Sunday evening to try to fix the issue. For the price and location I think this was a great place and I’d stay again. Minor feedback is that there was no coffee and we had to buy it. Having coffee available would have been great.

Pros: The home was perfect for our family. The highlight was the pool!! The property was well stocked with the necessities (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). We loved the gas stove and felt the kitchen had every utensil/cooking item we needed. We appreciated that each room also had a portable fan. The home was very clean and very comfortable. We managed well with the walk to and from Disney - took us about 25min each way. We had a great view of the fireworks in the front yard! Cons: there is a barking dog that can be heard at night. It didn’t really bother us; if you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend using the fan, which is what we did. There isn’t a lot of space on the bathroom counters to put your stuff on. It would be great if there were shelves to help with storing items. Overall, great experience from check-in to check-out and we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family for future stays!

The location of the property could not have been any better for us to go to Disneyland! We still rented a car but the drive was only a hop, skip and a jump away. Great location for quick to and from especially if you have kids. A few things were getting a bit outdated in the home, but overall our stay was a pleasant one. Mahalo!
