Overall, my stay was pretty solid. Greta location and walkable to nearby essentials like food, bars, Brickell city mall etc. Staff was great for the most part. There was a bit of confusion with explaining how the $25 breakfast worked and I kind of had to over ask and get help from the serving staff the morning I did the breakfast option. I would’ve liked a more welcoming approach to that situation if I’m honest. The pool area and amenities were great! They have a DJ too which was nice. And pool staff kept the area cleaned really well. The rooms (from my own room experience) could use small adjustments. I noticed the tub could be re painted to appear fresh and not have as much wear and tear. Bathrooms should be super appealing and it threw me off for a second. I would definitely stay again considering the location and the price for this particular area in Miami.

Stayed 5 nights

Our room was very clean as I walked barefoot. It was a nice size room but it needs to offer way more hooks for towels. The location is unbeatable. Minutes from Brickell Centre, restaurants, right next to Rose Sky roof top and even a pharmacy. The staff, amenities and location are amazing. In 5 days there I never heard any residents or any noise coming from the hall which is great. The downside was that as you arrive, you don’t see a front desk which was a bit disturbing and they should have emailed you with this kind of information to go to 6th floor for your check in. Also The daily $35 charge for absolutely nothing, as a catch for you to redeem your $17.50 back. My husband and I spent $65 for breakfast so we could have the $17.50 back which makes no sense for residents, except for the hotel. I still recommend this hotel to anyway that wants to stay near Brickell. Hope this stupid charge goes away if I choose to stay there next time.

Upon check in we were told there was a $35 "resort fee", but that included $17 that you could use either at the bar or for breakfast. We passed on getting drinks, but planned to use it for breakfast. We were surprised to find that breakfast was $25/person, so passed and wasted the $17 credit. Had we known, we would've used the $17 to by a drink the night before. Seems like a bait/switch and not a perk at all.
