We were told at check in there would be no hot water until the morning and that we could cancel for free. Unfortunately we could not take them up on that as we had something to do nearby early the next morning. Strange a corporate hotel could not get a plumber on Sunday to fix the issue.

Our group was in town one night and chose to stay here. Parking was a little challenging in a truck but worked out. The hotel was nice, decor was great, location was convenient and bustling with activity, wonderful food options nearby, staff was helpful and the room was comfortable and fun with bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a self service property which is fine as long as you are prepared for it (towels etc are in your room but if you would like restock or extras there is a station on the floor with supplies). Our toilet wasn’t working when we initially arrived but the hotel staff were very responsive and fixed the issue within minutes of us calling. The hotel was clean and located in a fun neighborhood with lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance.

Paying $180+ to barely stay overnight is fine but it should be logical that i could check in immediately (i could not) and also to have hot water (i did not). The location is fine at night, but super loud as soon as soon as the sun comes out.

First rate service from the entire staff. Extra kudos to Victor. You need to keep him. We were hurricane refugees and the place was packed but the staff remained cool, calm, collected and genuinely friendly. Lof dogs and avoidable messes including mine but housekeeping was on it and everyone was cool. Highly recommended.

Bed staggered, one sideways at the feet of the other, very small room. No walking room between the window and the foot of the other room. But very clean and modern. Designed how I would picture Bob Marley would decorate his house.

Despite not using the TV, Moxy has charged us $700 for replacement of a TV, 2 days after check out. We advised Manager that we were only in Miami for 18 hours for a meeting and stayed at Moxy due to location for meeting, the TV was NEVER used during 1 night stay, yet Moxy Wynwood team and Manager were comfortable charging a $700 penalty. The room was $200 on Expedia, but we have been fraudulently charged $700 by Moxy Wynwood for a TV we did not use. This presents challenges as now we will need to start checking EACH applicance, TV and Item in every Marriott property before checkout with a member of their staff. This is outrageous as I am a Marriott Rewards member and only used Expedia to book this Marriott property because of a security block on the credit card attached to my Marriott reward account profile. Will take legal advise and also discuss with bank how to deal with this fraudulent $700 charge taken in bad faith by Moxy Wynwood Manager and Team. Terrible to think that these business practices exist with a Marriott flag property. Will also file formal complaint with Marriott Group and Rewards Team.

I loved the artsy vibe the hotel had and the area near the hotel had. I also loved that they gave me the room very early since my cruise had us go off the boat early. Also they let me stay 1 hour more in my room since my flight back home was really late.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Wynwood, very close to Wynwood walls art. There is a cafe CREMA, acroos the street super nice for breakfast items all day. I am a Miami long time resident, and a traveler. Stayed at Moxy Seoul in South Korea, beautiful hotel too! Love the Hotel and the area, very close to my daughter's apartment.
