使ってないのにお風呂場に髪の毛が落ちてて清掃がちょっとあまり良くなかったです。不快な気持ちになった。しっかりと清掃して欲しいです！！ホテルの周りはコンビや食べもの屋さん多くて駅にも近くて便利でした！！

We enjoyed our stay although it is far from main Tokyo. Hotel was closed to NishiKasai station- 5 min walk. We love the buffet breakfast - not free. (1500 yen/per person). Hotel is clean and smells good.

We made the mistake of booking a smoking room. We take full responsibility for that, but the state of the room regardless was quite bad. And the pictures provided while booking look absolutely nothing like the room we stayed in. The room itself was so small we could barely walk between the bed and desk. The room was very dated and had obviously not been updated in a long time. The sink was cracked in the bathroom and there was mold in the crack. The tub was marked up where it had been scuffed and looked very old. We used wipes to wipe off light switches and the desk and they were all brown by the time we were done. This hotel appeared close to Disney, but the way the subway takes you, it still takes about an hour to get there regardless so I would definitely stay somewhere else if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Disney that’s cheap.

とてもスタッフの対応がとても良かった。三連休の宿泊でディズニーにも近いのに格安な値段で宿泊出来て大満足でした。ただシャワーカーテンにカビがありました。そこだけ少し気になりました。

シャワーヘッドが壊れていて高い所のしか使えず不便だった。タオルに長い髪の毛が付いていたりバスルームにも長い髪の毛が落ちていて残念でした。エアコンも埃だらけ。部屋の照明が暗くイライラ。お値段なりのホテルです。

The stay was fine, but there were multiple issues that shouldn't be overlooked. - Firstly, there were only two plugins in the entire room. Closest one to the bed was a desk by the doorway. - The A/C unit in my room did not work. My room was stuck at 23c the entire night. I could increase the temperature, but had no way to decrease it. - The pillows are pretty bad. Tiny square pillows that even when I used all of the ones in the room didn't do much.

Gostei bastante do atendimento, eles nos auxiliaram sempre quando necessário, mesmo com a dificuldade de idioma. O café da manhã era estilo japonês, mas com muitas opções de comida. A localização é o ponto forte de quem vai pra Tóquio e depende do metrô, pois a estação está há 5 minutos de distância (viagem de 30-45 min para Tóquio). Só não gostei muito da cama e travesseiros, que poderiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis. Mesmo assim, voltaria lá com certeza.

1泊で予約したんですが、予定変更で連泊したいと到着時に申し出たら快く受け入れて下さいました。こちらに宿泊し、舞浜を行き帰りしたのですが、バス→京葉線のルートだと朝の混雑に巻き込まれず移動できたので快適でした。帰りはバスの本数が少なかったので葛西までバス移動→地下鉄で1駅でそれも快適でした。また、コンビニや居酒屋などが周辺にあり、退屈しませんでした。

It was a very comfortable stay in a traditional Japanese size room. The hotel was nice and offered food nearby. It was close to Disneyland so very convenient for me.

We enjoyed our stay although it is far from main Tokyo. Hotel was closed to NishiKasai station- 5 min walk. We love the buffet breakfast - not free. (1500 yen/per person). Hotel is clean and smells good.

Really home like feeling here. It is so cozy and cute little rooms. The surrounding neighborhood is so beautiful and has amazing restaurants within feet of this hotel. Bed was a little too firm and breakfast was not as good as I had hoped the buffet would be but overall a really nice time

Gostei bastante do atendimento, eles nos auxiliaram sempre quando necessário, mesmo com a dificuldade de idioma. O café da manhã era estilo japonês, mas com muitas opções de comida. A localização é o ponto forte de quem vai pra Tóquio e depende do metrô, pois a estação está há 5 minutos de distância (viagem de 30-45 min para Tóquio). Só não gostei muito da cama e travesseiros, que poderiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis. Mesmo assim, voltaria lá com certeza.

I liked how close the property was to the train station. Family Mart and 7-11 right down the way. Good food options all around as well. Quiet area. Staff was friendly and helpful.
