The elevator broke down for a couple of hours, there was only one pillow on the queen bed, and the breakfast sausage was awful. Other than that everything was fine - clean and comfortable. The guy on breakfast duty was AWESOME. Give that guy a raise. Overall, 3.5/5 stars - would stay again if it’s a shorter stay.

I reserved a studio, and it was surprisingly spacious and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast isn't anything special, but it's nice that a downtown hotel would have a free breakfast. Also appreciated the skyway connection.

Hotel was amazing. Love the skywalk. Had no clue about it til our last day.. we were very pleased with everything... They allowed us to stay until our flight was ready... Will definitely be our go to place for our Minnesota trips... The staff was very helpful and nice... Just loved the great welcome 😊

This hotel has no parking and tries to have you do a daily valet service for $49 which is not advertise. Then they tell you that there is no place to park, which is a lie as there is a six story parking lot just 1/2 block to the west of the building (where they park their valet guests) for only $8 per day. I will never stay here again and will tell people the same, this is a very nice hotel under horrible managment. They can go to hell.

Staff was fantastic! Room was super clean! Parking is not great and $53 for valet! Breakfast was subpar but the worker was wonderful! Main complaint is the system being ‘down’ so they couldn’t us a room key that worked so a worker had to walk us to our room when we wanted in. I’ve stayed in ALOT of hotels and never had that issue. This isn’t the 1st time it’s happened they said, weird and super inconvenient.

Close walk to the US bank stadium and had a nice workout area and good breakfast

Great stay great location but an advertised that it had a pool and did not have a pool so that was a little disappointing other than that everything was amazing

The lack of parking, and the ridiculous/expensive valet parking was the worst part. But I am appreciative of you supplying breakfast. That was the main reason I chose your hotel.

The staff was helpful, kept a smile whlie greeting each day, and the room was nice/clean.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice but was not fully clean. Especially the shower in the bathroom.

Bed was dirty with blood on it!

There was several pieces of long hair in our sheets. Also there was no way to control our thermostat in our room & it was very cold & uncomfortable both nights. I expressed this to several staff members & no one from management contacted me.

The room size was nice, but my window looked directly at a wall. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bedding was awful – microfiber/polyester that was rough and smelled musty. The worst part was there was a lot of hair in with the utensils in the kitchen area, and a dirty fork, which was the only fork available

The hotel was asthetically very pleasing. The lobby and elevators had a very strange smell that was pungent and sour. Luckily our floor and room did not have the same smell. The Air in our room was broken and we could not adjust it and they did not have a tech to fix it. The breakfast area was very dirty, there was no one cleaning up after guests finishing their meals.

Plenty of space and amenities in the room, all extra activities were explained by staff or by their explanatory sheet that came with the key cards.

The room didnt have a working TV and the bed had stains. I reported the issue and the front desk person provided me with a different room.

Amazing property in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. Very clean, spacious, super friendly, warm, and inviting staff. Our room was more than I expected in size, amenities, and cleanliness.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pillows were terrible. WiFi was constantly giving me issues. Good location but not much to do late night near the hotel.

Walls so thin you could hear our neighbors talking . Windows need to be better as well. Could hear every car and person talking outside. Why do you not have fans in the bathroom or AC unit to help block out noise. Breakfast was great and staff was wonderful. Room needed some extra tlc for cleanliness. Walls had a lot of fingerprints and move able table had food and grease all over it. Toilet paper holder was broken.

Mr. George served breakfast every morning and made the place feel like home. All other staff were very respectful and helpful. They answered every question and were knowledgeable about activities in the area. My partner and I felt very seen, safe, and comfortable.

Property was great. Hiccup with checkin. They checked me in, but system was messed up. Wifi didn't work...checked me in again, then it worked. Then at Midnight, Everything resets and TV goes on welcoming me. So woke me up. Had 5 total hours to sleep. Got 3. Staff was great, just system issue,

Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 4:30 pm. There was a line to check in that was 60 people long and ONE front desk person. One other person as a valet for the cars and there was about 20 cars that needed to be moved and parked. It took us more than an hour to get checked in. It was a huge weekend for concerts and they were still cleaning rooms. Our concert was 11 minutes away and started at 6 pm but we didn't get there until 6:45 pm and missed one of the bands. It wasn't the fault of the existing staff but poor management that failed their staff and no less than 100 others who came to town for this. We got back to the hotel at 11:30 pm and people were still waiting for over a half hour to check in and rooms were still not cleaned and available. I have worked in the hospitality industry my whole life between hotels, restaurants and nursing at a hospital. There is no valid excuse for this. The room was fair in upkeep and price but not almost $300 when so inconvenienced. I tried to cancel my reservation while standing in line with someone very helpful with Expedia. However since there was no guarantee that we would be refunded even with the waiver I had no choice to stick it out. Expedia staff A, hotel staff C only because their management failed them. I will never return to the hotel and give it an F. Especially since we heard others in line saying they have experienced this before at the same hotel. They were only staying there because their employer booked their stay.

The tv was broken and I reported it to the staff. Then after check out I was charged $800 for something I wasn’t responsible for. Fighting the charges through my credit card company and no one from the hotel would take my calls or help remedy the situation.

We attempted to check into property at around 330 in afternoon so we could Walt to a concert on the area at 600. We were in line for 2 hours and were not even halfway through the line. We ended up having in by to self park to store our bags and were late to the concert. Only one Irwin working the desk was ridiculous.

Check in process was horrible. Waited 1 1/2 hours to check in because only one person was checking in customers and then we were told our room wasnt ready when check in time was 3 hours prior

It was an easy walk to our concert at the armory.

Finding the hotel was very hard. It seems they are doing construction around the area and it’s not well marked. You enter in an alley which is deceiving. They have a valet until about midnight on weekends. He was very friendly. It does cost 50 bucks to have the valet park your car. Check in was a breeze and they do give you a few places where you can park cheaper off site. Our experience with this was terrible because we found a spot but no one told us to bring the parking ticket with us. We left it in the car and then couldn’t access the building/parking garage on a Saturday morning. We eventually found someone to help but took a good 30 minutes. Our first rooms AC didn’t work but they moved us quickly. The bed was comfortable but only had 3 pillows. It was late and I didn’t want to bother the front desk again so made it work. Breakfast was pretty boring but it wasn’t terrible. Scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and some waffles. Hotel was nice and it’s downtown. Probably only a few minute walk to the stadium. Overall I’d stay here again, especially knowing what I know now about parking.

Came for an overnight with my wife for a concert, location was a bit tricky to find but the establishment was fantastic.

Love this location especially in proximity to US Bank Stadium! Great, friendly staff.

Convenient location to Target Field

Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, was very clean. It's a bit away from the heart of downtown, but that wasn't an issue for us.

Average property with great staff. Ran out of most breakfast items during one day of stay and room was frigid with not able to turn air off. But overall an average hotel.

Entrance to the property was challenging to find. But, once we were in, the hotel was great. Excellent breakfast compared to other hotels in the same price range.

Was there for business, very accommodating. The staff were nice and friendly. The building was clean and the rooms were clean, they were a good size and warm. The comp breakfast had good selections. I will be returning.

The Internet was fixed during my second week, but breakfast was the same issue. I ended up buying some eggs and making my own each day. It was much better but less convenient. I will probably stay again as I like having the kitchenette.
