I really enjoyed my stay at the Bob W.! Even though there is no staff on site, everything went smoothly: check-in, questions about the offer of gym use (worked great) to check-out. The room was very clean and modern. I was welcomed "personally" with a card. The room facilities could not be bettered. Coffee, tea, TV, full kitchen equipment, shampoo etc even charging cables were on site. It couldn't have been better! 12/10!

Excellent apartment that was very warm and cozy. Straightforward communication through WhatsApp with a quick response time to questions. Excellent facilities - kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc, and shared laundry room (washer and dryers) which is free, detergent also included, and luggage storage. A little far from the city centre but 8 minute walk from Metro Station. Nice parks and lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Excellent self-service apartment style accommodation. Works very well for a long stay with kitchenette and fridge in the room and a large common area for cooking larger meals or for groups. Laundry facilities make it easy when travelling for long periods.

The property is walkable from the Vibenshus Rundell Metro Station (M3 line). There are supermarkets (Netto, Discount 365) nearby. The whole property is automated without any physical check-in process. I took one comfy room which was a studio apartment with one twin bed, one small tea/laptop table, one cozy sofa, kitchen, and bathroom. Most of the amenities were available. They also have common washeteria, kitchen, and luggage room for users.

Good property, the bonuses are the kitchen and available laundry facility. Also the pass to the gym. The bed mattress was too soft and the pillows were all too high, there should be a better pillow selection. For public transport you have to walk a few blocks, it's not bad.

The studio room was really cozy (hygge, I'd say), and I appreciated finding a lot of useful things in the room: chargers, yoga mat, coffee, and so on! Very clean, absolutely well connected with public trasport. The laudry room easy to use, immaculate clean.

The apartment was very clean and was supplied with everything needed. Toiletries, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, tea towel, kitchen roll, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a pleasant temperature. Will definitely stay again.

Einrichtung sehr modern, viel Platz. Im Bad fehlten aber leider Haken für die Badetücher sowie Ablageflächen. Grundsätzlich war es sehr sauber. Eine Bettwäsche hatte allerdings einige Flecken, was ich persönlich als unangenehm empfand. Frühstück beschränkte sich auf ein Lokal mit nur einem Frühstücksangebot, bei drei Übernachtungen fehlt da leider die Abwechslung. Generell empfehlenswert, aber das Konzept der Unterkunft muss man mögen.

We loved this comfy, modern and super clean studio apartment. . We felt like we were living like a local, more than staying at a hotel. Having a little well equipped kitchen was very convenient, and the supermarket is just around the corner. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the metro station is a short walk away and about a 10 minute ride to the center.

The studio is located in an area with easy access to the train and shops. Its easy to get into town and you can walk to Norrebro within 20 minutes or so. The inside is totally fine, its clean and has a stove and fridge which helps save money. The bathroom was spacious. The room however was low on light. The design of the shower and kitchen sink meant it was difficult not to get water over surfaces. Also it is a small studio. I'd recommend trying one a size up. But in general we had a good stay.

Nice apartment. Convenient for where i was visiting but about a 4km walk to the city centre (metro is handy and close by, about 25 min to the airport with one line switch). The room i was initially given had a really loud fan outside. Luckily i was given another room.

Overall I had a really nice stay. Clean and decent rooms, although the room layout and how they placed the bed against 3 surrounding walls wasn’t my favorite. Great value for the price I paid, and easy to get to as there was metero station nearby. Would visit again!

An excellent property and very close to Vibenshus Runddel Metro for travelling round the red line. Communication through WhatsApp was very quick and the amenities were great. The only thing I would change is maybe having the windows frosted, as we were on the ground floor and people were walking past. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Convenient location to metro and supermarket, a comfortable bed and good quality pans in the studio for basic meals. A nice touch was an instant camera for capturing a some photos. A mostly unserviced complex in industrial style. The accommodation seems to have been commercial premises and, following refurbishment, the ventilation isn’t great. On warm days, the room gets very hot even when the curtains are closed during the day and windows opened during the evening to ventilate. There isn’t air conditioning and the lack of airflow makes the air stale whilst sleeping. Very helpfully, there are some shared spaces including luggage storage that can be used when you are waiting to check-in or check-out digitally. All spaces can be unlocked via an online portal. There is a shared laundry area with a paper booking form which doesn’t get adhered to so availability can cause disruption to your trip. There are fewer driers than washing machines. A few updates are required to the app as some points are out of date (e.g coffee availability) or a little misleading as conflict with prior communications (e.g room available time). We stayed for 5 nights and found that we needed new bathroom mats by around day 3 or 4. The rooms get serviced free of charge every 7 days but feel that the service should be free a little more often to keep a clean environment. We had an enjoyable trip but thought we would be getting something more from this accommodation.

Check in was easily done in advance, and access to the property was via a keypad. Unlocking the room door could be done through my phone, but could be slightly temperamental. I had to try to unlock the door a few times now and again. There is no internal door lock, so I did worry about whether someone else might enter accidentally at times! My room had a two-hob burner inside, alongside a narrow sink and a under-counter fridge. The bed was very comfortable bed for me, but some may say it's too soft! I slept very well, and was impressed to not hear any noise from surrounding rooms, and only a slight noise from the corridor as people walked past. I do not know if the property was busy or not when I stayed; the rooms may have just been empty. Convenient location — just a short 5 minute walk to Vibenshus Runddel Metro station, and 4 minutes to the 150S rapid transit bus service to Nørreport St. Four supermarkets within easy walking distance, with Netto at the end of the road, Føtex sightly further away and another Netto and a 365discount on Lyngbyvej. After my first night, the TV appeared to have factory reset itself. I sent a message to the WhatsApp helpline Bob W provides, and had someone at my room who promptly reconfigured it for me within an hour. The staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bob W Østerbro Copenhagen while the Copenhagen Half Marathon 2024. All in all, we are very happy with the apartment and would book again at any time. The area was clean, quiet and we felt very safe. The metro and supermarkets were also within walking distance. That was great! The only drawback was that the WiFi was quite slow and streaming content on the TV was very jerky and had a poor connection. You also had to reconnect to the TV each time. But that's only a little minus.

Very comfortable apartment in a location within walking distance to Nyhavn and Norebro, or a short walk to the Metro to go wherever you like. While initial access was a bit challenging, the BobW app works very well and staff are very responsive to questions.

Room and location were great. The only thing that let it down was the automated service for access. It failed to let me check in initially, then failed to send access details and finally tried to charge me again for the stay to allow access. When this was resolved no other issues occurred. Other guests seemed to be have similar access issues when we arrived.

The location is in a peaceful residential area, but access to shops, bars, and restaurants is somewhat limited. However, the proximity to a Metro station helps with getting around. The check-in process, though, left me baffled. Since there's no reception, I received written instructions, but they didn’t provide a code for the lift, which is accessed from an external courtyard. However, I could use the lift without issue once inside the building, but I couldn’t take it up from the courtyard. When I raised this with management, their response was awkward. They said guests couldn’t use that lift and directed me to another one inside the building – but no such lift seemed to exist. The building actually has three lifts: the external one in question and two others at either end of the main corridor, marked for staff use only. When I tried one, a gentleman stopped me from using it. This lack of clarity and professionalism left me frustrated and uncertain about the staff's seriousness. As a result, I had to climb four flights of stairs throughout my stay, which added unnecessary discomfort. While the facilities are great, the confusing and inconsistent service makes it hard for me to recommend Bob W. Østerbro.

Quirky place. Good to stay a bit out of the tourist action but still walkable and great public transport. The thing that would make me not stay again is the technology to get into our room. What a nightmare. Some of the other guests shared their experiences telling me it can take up to 15 attempts to get your room door open. And that was our experience too - ain’t nobody got time for that! But if you do have the time and patience for that it’s a fun, comfortable cool place to stay.

Nice and clean aparment hotel in quiet area. There is no staff onsite but WhatsApp responses were very quick and I got issues and questions resolved promptly. You can find grocery store close by. I have stays few times now.

Det hele var så fint. Jeg var lidt nervøs for hvordan og hvorledes når indtjekning og receptionen var online. Men det hele gik smertefrit. Chatbotten kunne svare på de basale spørgsmål og personalet var hurtige til at gribe samtalen, når der var behov for et rigtigt menneske. Lækkert at have eget køkken og bad. Og dejligt stort værelse/1 værelses lejlighed, så man ikke føler sig klemt eller nødsaget til at sidde i sengen hele tiden.

Overall I had a really nice stay. Clean and decent rooms, although the room layout and how they placed the bed against 3 surrounding walls wasn’t my favorite. Great value for the price I paid, and easy to get to as there was metero station nearby. Would visit again!

Convenient location to metro and supermarket, a comfortable bed and good quality pans in the studio for basic meals. A nice touch was an instant camera for capturing a some photos. A mostly unserviced complex in industrial style. The accommodation seems to have been commercial premises and, following refurbishment, the ventilation isn’t great. On warm days, the room gets very hot even when the curtains are closed during the day and windows opened during the evening to ventilate. There isn’t air conditioning and the lack of airflow makes the air stale whilst sleeping. Very helpfully, there are some shared spaces including luggage storage that can be used when you are waiting to check-in or check-out digitally. All spaces can be unlocked via an online portal. There is a shared laundry area with a paper booking form which doesn’t get adhered to so availability can cause disruption to your trip. There are fewer driers than washing machines. A few updates are required to the app as some points are out of date (e.g coffee availability) or a little misleading as conflict with prior communications (e.g room available time). We stayed for 5 nights and found that we needed new bathroom mats by around day 3 or 4. The rooms get serviced free of charge every 7 days but feel that the service should be free a little more often to keep a clean environment. We had an enjoyable trip but thought we would be getting something more from this accommodation.

Great appartements, easy public parking in the area (not cheap, parking app needed!), subway and bus very close. Outside the busy centre but a great base to explore Copenhagen. Bob W. is very nice.

I was racing the Copenhagen Half Marathon this past weekend, and Bob W. Østerbro CPH is SO close to the start line. Made the race experience and the entire stay so much more convenient. It's also walking distance from a key metro station. The unit was gorgeous, very clean, quiet, and so many personal touches from the Bob W. staff that made it feel so warm.

We had a great time here. Locating in a quiet residential area, the property is slightly far away from the city centre. It's not exactly close to the metro or bus station, either. We spent six nights in Copenhagen so we have plenty of time, and the transport isn't too much of an issue for us, but for people staying few nights, somewhere closer to the centre may be more ideal. This place is perfect for longer stay, as its bathroom, kitchen, plentiful of storage, and the little living room corner create a perfect, cosy home vibe.

This was my first stay at a Bob W. I liked that it was like an apartment then a hotel. I was a little wary that there wouldn’t be staff on site, however it worked out. The downsides were that the French press in my room was put together incorrectly and all the coffee grounds came out when I poured my coffee. The laundry room smelled mildewy, I am sure due to constant use, but the surfaces were clean. The room was too warm for me, ranging between 22-26 degrees Celsius. The upsides. 10ish minute walk to/from Metro. Kitchettes in room but also access to a shared space oven and stove. Quiet neighborhood. Føtex grocery store super close, good for getting snacks and breakfast items. The windows open for fresh air. Couldn’t hear neighboring rooms. Laundry was free to do and soap was provided. Shampoo/conditioner/ body soap all provided. Can get clean towels in the laundry room. Have access to the luggage room. Overall I had a wonderful 5 night stay in this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here. The one time I needed help with something, it was addressed within 5 minutes via WhatsApp. It’s not a traditional hotel but they’ve got the customer service part down while still being somewhere else. Can’t wait to try out another location

Bob W had everything we needed for our city break. The room was perfect size, the bathroom and kitchen were ideal. You can definitely save some pennies having the odd meal at the hotel. Some great extra touches were complimentary coffee and a polaroid camera for your stay. However, the use of a phone as the key card was great until your phone goes out of charge and you can’t get in the building. Make sure to bring a charger when you leave the apartment so you don’t have the same issue we had. Thanks for a great stay Bob W. Will definitely look to see your apartments for future stays

We loved this comfy, modern and super clean studio apartment. . We felt like we were living like a local, more than staying at a hotel. Having a little well equipped kitchen was very convenient, and the supermarket is just around the corner. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the metro station is a short walk away and about a 10 minute ride to the center.

O quarto é bem equipado, limpo, e com tamanho bom! O metro e o ônibus fica a 500 metros. Anda um pouco mais é tranquilo. Você faz tudo on line, bem moderno. Como tem Mini cozinha dá para voce preparar coisas, visto de Copenhagen tem preço altíssimo! Ache que valeu muito o custo benefício e recomendo.

Good property, the bonuses are the kitchen and available laundry facility. Also the pass to the gym. The bed mattress was too soft and the pillows were all too high, there should be a better pillow selection. For public transport you have to walk a few blocks, it's not bad.

This is a great location only about an 8 minute walk to the convenient M3 metro line and maybe a 15-ish minute walk to the S-rail train. Easy to get just about anywhere in Copenhagen from here. Two grocery stores practically right next door as well. I had the "homey studio" which was perfect, very spacious and comfortable. The self check-in and using the phone to open doors is also easy to use and convenient.

Great apartment. Perfect for our 2 night stay for a Pokemon event in faelledparken. Easy check in, everything on the phone. Within easy walking distance of the metro. Clean and comfortable with a small kitchen area including fridge. We would definitely stay again if we came back to Copenhagen.

The reservation was cancelled after a completed online checkin, because I had arrived a day later than the booking. I had informed the hotel of this in advance but then could not get access to the building or room. The online agent was unfriendly, unhelpful and completely unapologetic, even though I was locked out of a fully paid room at 11 at night. A truly abysmal standard of service. The room was very small, and very stuffy with no air con, and it was not possible to leave the window open overnight because of a high level of noise outside. I would not consider this a suitable place to stay for business, coupes or families - it’s a poor standard of room with terrible service if you need it, no facilities and a high price.

No linen provided as part of room booking. Hotel suggests that no partial refund granted due to this omission. Hotel claims reasons beyond their control even though they sold a product and accepted a purchase of it. What could have a been a good experience was totally obliterated by this.
