The hotel elevator was out of order and the maintenance team started repairs at 8 a.m. I had to go up to the fourth floor using the stairs to access my room. There was no security in the parking lot.

Property is in a perfect location to walking distance to Icon Park. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The shower water was not hot and the water pressure was terrible. The room smelled of bleach which was ok but loud. The door handle almost fell off and the door was jammed so hard to open. Stayed one night and it was great for location but I would not stay longer. The elevator is not working so be mindful.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s perfect for families — lots of space, welcoming staff, and amenities that kept everyone happy, including our teens. The location was a huge plus: close to nightlife, great restaurants, and tons of sights to explore. It made getting around and enjoying the city super easy. The only downside was that the elevator was out of service during our stay, which meant lugging suitcases up and down stairs — not ideal, especially with kids. Hopefully that gets fixed soon, because otherwise, this place is a gem. Would definitely recommend for families and anyone looking to be in the heart of the action!

The hotel was being renovated when we were there so it very loud. Room keys would often not work for the room or fitness center. The painter got paint dots from a little smaller than a dime to smaller spots all over the hood and windshield of our car. Staff was kind and helpful.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. However, their elevators didn’t work and my room was on the 3rd floor. Also, while the room was lovely, the shower curtains are set too high. As a result, there is no way from stopping the water in the shower from making a mess on the bathroom floor. This could be a real slip hazard. A Wyndham hotel should not allow this to happen. I am sure the hotel knows the shower curtains are placed too high. It’s an easy fix and it’s a shame. No one has handled it. However, besides no elevators and wet floor floors next to the shower, our room was lovely. Everything was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Also, they have an outstanding breakfast in the morning!

Breakfast was ok, had everything you need, rooms were clean and basic. Service was great and friendly. The only negative i would say was the resort fee of $19/night which wasn't communicated, as i believed when booking that all fees were included. Otherwise nice stay.

First night was welcomed by a room full of insects flying around, including roaches, all types of mosquitoes and ladybugs. Since we checked in very late there was nothing left to do but, sleep with the lights on and hope no one gets sick from swallowing a critter. It was an extremely dirty hotel. I cannot explain how uncomfortable we were in the room. Everywhere was full of hair, short dark hair. We cleaned for quite a while and still felt disgusted. The room smell was musty. I cannot belive this hotel is rated 4.2. Very disappointed...The only good thing about this hotel was its location.

Rooms are super clean. Had to flat out abuse door handle because it jams when you swipe key. Wouldve been perfect stay, except, you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on on street and club next door. So, unless you're a heavy sleeper or take something to sleep, dont stay here. Otherwise, very nice hotel near everything.

I felt safe here, and I was actually concerned because the traffic was so loud outside but the room was actually really quiet even though I was right by the street. It’s definitely a bare basics type of hotel inside the room, but it was really clean and the room I was in had been very recently renovated. I didn’t use the pool or get breakfast, but it looked really nice and the people hanging out by the pool were not loud or disturbing.

The room was good for what we needed. It was close to the theme parks and the convention center. The beds were comfortable. The TV was in Spanish and we asked for someone to help us fix it because we wanted to watch the Super Bowl and they sent someone over an hour later. They looked at the remote and shrugged and called it a day. We also had tons of ants in the room. The floors were dirty and we had to wear socks or shoes inside to prevent our feet from turning brown. The shower also did not have the best water pressure. Breakfast was good and the servers there were very nice. The air conditioner was also very loud and made it hard to sleep. We were able to deal with all the setbacks, but it definitely would have been nicer if we didn’t have to deal with those things in the first place.

It was ok. Bed was fairly comfortable. I work in pest control, so my first thing I do is check for bugs before getting comfortable and touching anything, the beds were pest free and clean. Shower curtain was set up too high and water poured out underneath and got allnover the floor. The water pressure wasnt great. Breakfast was not great. Eggs had the consistency of jello and breakfast meats appeared to be boiled not cooked. Potatoes were chewy. Coffee was horrible. I would suggest drinking tea instead. I dont think the price was great either. Not worth the amount of money they are asking for the rooms. Felt like a clean motel 6.

When we arrived, we were given our room key, and when we went to our room, there was someone staying in it. We were given a new room and then we were enclosed in the room with plastic and had to be cut out to exit the room as they were painting the exterior. The actual room was clean but very small. The waffles at breakfast were the best part of the stay. 🙄

Lite av en motell i boende formen. Ligger nära rätt mycket i Orlando men ligger intill en bilväg där det var trafikerat och folk som körde bilrace mitt i natten som hördes tydligt in till rummet. Rätt enkel boende för den som inte är kräsen.

I was given a room (#412) which I had issues getting in. But later found out after 3 tries, a family (4+ to includes kids) was already occupied. I apologize to the mom and went back to the front desk. Then I was given a room #120 which again I had problem getting in. After numerous back and forth to the front desk, it finally works. Front desk needs to verify if a room is empty before issuing the room. This is not acceptable service. I felt so bad waking up the family.

Room spacious, very comfortable bed, breakfast had good selection and great staff. Special callout to Ivania who dealt with our room issue on first night, she was sympathetic and acted very professionally and changed our room, thankyou for making our stay more comfortable, we'll be back

HIDDEN FEE! When booking with Expedia there is an additional fee that you must pay at check in. It’s no where listed on Expedia or when you book through here. All you have to do is call Expedia and complain and they will talk to the hotel and only then the hotel will refund you. Besides that everything else was good.

Diria um 3 estrelas , excelente localização , Tudo Limpinho e arrumadinho com café da manha bom considerando o café americano sempre simples, Pessoal muito solicito e educado ! Mas temos um problema para resolvermos, fiz o Check-In dia 29/10/2024 e check-out dia 3 /11/2024 , descontaram U$ 75,00 como calção no meu cartão e disseram que iriam devolver, mas até agora dia 10/12/2024 não devolveram ainda ! Alguém Poderia me ajudar a resolver isso , uma situação extremamente grave e muitíssimo desagradável ! Obrigado !

Nice clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance to so many places. We didnt drive once while we stayed. Safe environment and the complimentary breakfast was more than expected. Would definitely stay again!

Good hotel with a fantastic location. Walking distance to ICON Park and trolley pickup located close to the hotel. No access to streaming service though I asked ahead of time but there is cable in the rooms. It was nice to have that since we were traveling as a family and didn't want to be out late. The breakfast was something different each morning and enjoyable. Staff is very friendly. Hibachi is located next door if you're into that. Would stay again!

They were renovating still so there was some work being done during our stay. The room that we stayed In was clean and served its purpose. We were gone majority of the day and just came back to sleep. The bed was semi hard which I prefer! Very comfortable for me. The A/C unit worked perfectly! Control by thermostat on the wall. There wasn’t a fan though in the bathroom so when someone used the bathroom you could tell. So make sure to bring air freshener. The mini refrigerator kept our drinks chilled with the little freezer inside. THE BREAKFAST was the star of the stay. Wasn’t expecting to have many options of hot foods. The was Apple juice, cranberry juice and orange juices offered as well as milk. Front desk was very helpful. They also offer frozen meals and other treats in the front desk area that you would have to pay separately for. It is located on international drive right across from Icon Park.

Located in the heart of most of the restaurants on International Dr. with comfortable beds. International dr. traffic noise is noticeable in room. Its an older hotel that has been renovated and updated. The property is kept clean.

The only downside or con during my stay was the lack of breakfast choices, on my last morning there I had gone downstairs to get some breakfast and noticed how there wasn’t any scrambled eggs at all, all there was as far as choices was sausages and bread and cheese slices. I would like to see more variety for the continental breakfast, I believe if the necessary adjustments are done by adding more choices on the menu it would definitely be a complete improvement. What I saw that morning showed a lack of customer satisfaction and service. If you want a customer to have a complete satisfied overall experience they need to make customers a top priority.

For the price it was not bad. The breakfast that is included is very basic, same menu for all 6 days I was there, which was scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, two types of sausages pork or turkey, slice bread, muffins, two types of cereal. I only took advantage of the breakfast once. They are going through some upgrades currently so I’m not sure if the rooms will be changing. The rooms are not bad, the floors always seems to be sticky not sure if that’s due to the humidity the toilet and tub had dark stains. The room isn’t sound proofed, you can hear everything outside from someone talking to rolling luggages. It is also next to a “club” so it was very noisy during the night. It is located around many restaurants so it was very convenient to get food.

The rooms are clean and well kept. We had a coffee pot, fridge and microwave. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good and fresh. I have no complaints. I should stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was in poor condition, dirty, with ants all over the bathtub and overall not well maintained. On the positive side, the staff was excellent and very professional. They did their best to help, and together with Expedia, they worked with me to issue a refund since I had to switch hotels. I really appreciated their efforts. However, I also discovered they were charging an extra $45 per night, which was never stated in the policy. On top of that, breakfast was a letdown, the waffles were hard and frozen, and the scrambled eggs were watery. While there are things to do in the area, the overall condition of the hotel and the unexpected charges made this stay very disappointing.

Stains all over the mattress and sheets. Front door did not lock. The headboard of the bed was ripped out of the wall and would bang on it till we had to out towels behind it. We mentioned it and they said they would call us back but never did.
