We loved staying here, the room was small but we weren’t in it much so it didn’t matter. We also had 3 large suitcases which didn’t cause much of a problem. The staff were lovely except one who did seem a bit snotty but I can’t put the rating down for just one member of staff. The hotel provide unlimited soft drinks and hot drinks including hot chocolate (which was lovely) and an hour a day for unlimited alcohol. They have a washer and dryer which are super easy to use, only accept coins, 300 yen for washer and 100 yen every 30mins for dryer. It’s about a 5min walk to the nearest bus and train station (Kasai Station). We had some confusion over the Disney bus, so it picks you up from the bus station and it’s for everyone not just hotel guests (so can get busy). It’s also not just for Disney Land & Sea. The hotel do provide a timetable which shows you which stop you need to get on both going to Disney and returning. The breakfast options are standard Japanese breakfast options rather than cereal, pastries and a full English. The only complaint I have is that there seemed to be a vacuum going all hours of the day, I mean at 11pm and then could hear it at 5am, which isn’t great if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

10人と大人数ですがファミリータイプ2部屋で取りました。隣同士がよかったのですが上下の階で分かれてしまい行き来がちょっと面倒ではありましたが...それ以外は飲み物も飲み放題ですし(ソフトドリンク)とてもよかったです。駐車場が5台しかないのでまず空いてないと思ったほうがいいかと思います。

狭い、掃除が全く行き届いていない。前客が食べたであろうプリッツの食べかすやお菓子の袋かすなどベットの下や隅に落ちまくりで、本当に汚い。もう二度と泊まらない。

部屋の広さが想像していたより、狭かったのが、残念ですが、それ以外は、特に不満なく過ごせました。ファミリールームと言う事でしたが、ベッドを詰め込んでいて、かろうじて通路があるだけの机など、物を置く所がないのが不便でした。立地は駅に近くて、とても便利でした。

駅近の為周囲に色々有り不便さは有りません。ホテルの駐車場が狭く、提携してないコインパーキングに止める必要があります。ファミリールームを予約しましたが、多分トリプルかツインの部屋にソファーベットと簡易ベットを入れてあるだけなので風呂の前までベットが有り、テーブルも隅に小さいのが一つあるだけで、物を置く場所が全く有りません。ただ寝るだけで人がすれ違うのも苦労します。部屋はほぼベットで埋め作られてると言う感じです。

I love the area it’s very lively and the are several shops and dining in walking distance. The Hotel itself is well kept. The room was not spacious but it was clean smelled nice and they provided essentials such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as a robe and bedroom shoes. The staff was amazing very kind and willing to help with any questions. In the lobby they provided complimentary drinks for everyone not just water. The train and bus station is practically next door providing access all over the city from the airport to Tokoyo Disney. I will definitely book this hotel again

Staff was super excellent! They were very helpful from check-in until we checked out this morning. They tried hard to help us with our luggage transport which was our fault (lesson learned: don’t bring huge luggages when on vacation). We wish we stayed a bit longer with them. Thank you, Il Fiore staff. We made our 1 night stay with you so memorable.

The hotel was perfect for our trip to Tokyo, it was close to both a train station and bus station. There is abundance of food options nearby all within walking distance. 葛西駅に近くディズニーリゾートや臨海公園利用に便利でした。　お値段やチェックイン、アウトの気軽さを考えると充分だと思います。　チェックアウト時、カードキーをフロントに出すと　無言でした。ありがとうございました、行ってらっしゃいませ　何でも良いのですが一言ほしかったです。こちらがお世話様でした、と言って出発しました。その気軽さが良い人にはおすすめです。

Wonderful hotel! This location was perfect for my travel plans. It was super close to the train station and bus stops. I took a bus from my hotel to the Tokyo Disney resort and it was a quick 25 minutes bus ride with no issues. The room was clean and just enough space for what I needed. The bathroom did have a musty odor when I first arrived, but I was able to deal with it by running the bathroom air vent. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff was very kind. Would definitely book here again!!

I love the area it’s very lively and the are several shops and dining in walking distance. The Hotel itself is well kept. The room was not spacious but it was clean smelled nice and they provided essentials such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as a robe and bedroom shoes. The staff was amazing very kind and willing to help with any questions. In the lobby they provided complimentary drinks for everyone not just water. The train and bus station is practically next door providing access all over the city from the airport to Tokoyo Disney. I will definitely book this hotel again

東京ディズニーリゾートとドリフェスに行くのに利用させて頂きました。ディズニーには公共のバスで30分弱かかり、バスも3連休だったので混んでいましたが、料金がリーズナブルでしたので満足です。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。

コスパで選びましたが駅近で大正解でした。宿泊者はほぼ外国の方でしたがツアー客なのか廊下も3日間静かで問題ありませんでした。食堂があると思っていましたが、ロビー脇のドリンクコーナーで食事するしかありませんでしたが、している人もいます。2人分くらいなら机あります。デラックスルームは靴を脱ぐ為、洋室ですが赤ちゃん連れにも最適かと思います。ベッドも低いです、大人の人数分のみ用意されますので、広さに余裕があります。今後もぜひこの価格帯でお願いします…

The room was super comfortable. The area felt very safe at night annd I was traveling as a sole female traveler. The hotel is within 1 minute walking distance of the Kasai metro station and the bus stop for Tokyo Disneyland!! Will definitely stay here again on my next Tokyo trip!

ディズニー旅行で、家族5人で宿泊しました。駐車場は近くのコインパーキングが空いていてよかったです。ベッドも思ったより広々寝れて良かったです。お値段も安かったですが、もう少し朝食バイキングの内容が充実されたらいいなと思いました。

We loved staying here, the room was small but we weren’t in it much so it didn’t matter. We also had 3 large suitcases which didn’t cause much of a problem. The staff were lovely except one who did seem a bit snotty but I can’t put the rating down for just one member of staff. The hotel provide unlimited soft drinks and hot drinks including hot chocolate (which was lovely) and an hour a day for unlimited alcohol. They have a washer and dryer which are super easy to use, only accept coins, 300 yen for washer and 100 yen every 30mins for dryer. It’s about a 5min walk to the nearest bus and train station (Kasai Station). We had some confusion over the Disney bus, so it picks you up from the bus station and it’s for everyone not just hotel guests (so can get busy). It’s also not just for Disney Land & Sea. The hotel do provide a timetable which shows you which stop you need to get on both going to Disney and returning. The breakfast options are standard Japanese breakfast options rather than cereal, pastries and a full English. The only complaint I have is that there seemed to be a vacuum going all hours of the day, I mean at 11pm and then could hear it at 5am, which isn’t great if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
