It is great value for money. Parking is free, no up sale. Staff are fast at check in/out. Extended checkout is an option at no additional which was handy as I got up late. Room is clean and bug free. Clean place with good value.

The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean. I thought there was a pool and hot tub, but on arrival I found they were closed for the season- which is odd because it’s not really cold outside. You have to go to her front desk to get anything for the kitchen and shampoo, which isn’t convenient; however, perhaps they have issue with some clientele. An average stay, but disappointed with the pool and hot tub.

The easy (and free) parking is a very unusual feature in that part of San Jose. The price is an incredible value. The shower was strange in that there was no way to stop it from spraying water outside the shower into the bathroom itself They reduced costs in a lot of clever ways that did not make my stay any less pleasant. Front Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Kitchen had nothing , no silverware , not even a cup! Elevator not working ! Not handicap applicable. Smoke alarm in room was covered with plastic wrap and taped up!!!

When we entered first day bunch of peoples smoking at door. We got room at 4th floor, no elevator working . My husband has knee issues When we got to our room, dirty sheet was on the floor right next to our room from other room and still there when we left after 3 days. This hotel said free breakfast but totally false information. This was big lie. Only there was coffee and packet of oatmeal and snacks. No place to sit for breakfast or coffee. Complain to Expedia and hotel mgmt said they are looking to locate us lower floor. End of the day say sorry. This was not hotel it was appears to be apartment where all day people was sitting by front door chatting and smoking. It was very nasty. I want to hear from Expedia what you can do.

You can tell it was whipped down not really cleaned. I found black small hairs every where in kitchen even in bath and bathtub room my hair is blonde currently. One of the burners on the stove did not work so i had to only use one. Differently would not stay here again.

We came in to check in, it was 1am everything was dark. We understand it was late. No lights inside we waited outside in the rain for 30 minutes until another person staying at the hotel let us in. This whole time I’m trying to call with no answer. We were at the front desk for another 15 min with no one in sight. We can hear an iPhone alarm going off in the back behind a closed door. Finally a young lady came out half asleep to check us in. In the bathtub there was hair around the tub that did not belong to us. When checking out we had a 6 hour drive home and attempted to call every 20 min with no answer. Never staying here again and letting everyone know of this horrible experience

Wont stay here again EVER. Very dirty everywhere, visibly unclean in every area I was in especially the room. Mattress was stained and dirty on pullout couch. Needed to use the pullout couch to accommodate sleeping arrangements but didnt because it was disgusting. Room was dirty, visible dirt in lots of areas in room. Room was lacking necessities, ie. Soaps, towels, items to use kitchen area, bedding for pullout couch. Could hear all noises from other rooms including moving of furniture. Room key issues of not working properly. Terrible experience in all.

This was a very simple hotel. I recommend for short stays. I booked one night to avoid driving back to the valley on a game weekend. The walls aren't sound proof so keep that in mind if you're particular about noisy neighbors. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good short stay. No problems

The room is okay HOWEVER the BED is old, sagging and it needs to be replaced. ALSO, soundproofing of the bldg is bad because we can hear loud noise & banging of walls above our room. That sucks our resting time.

No remote for the tv so we couldn’t use it. No one at front desk to help. Long wait at front desk for someone to show up to get any service. You have to request everything, including very basics like shampoo. It’s meant for extended trips so you have a kitchen but it’s completely bare. You have to request everything. Pots, pans, cutlery, plates etc and good luck getting someone at the desk. The toilet and kitchen sink pluming was terrible, they sprayed water.

Day 1: already had notified of late arrival- took long for someone to attend us- housekeeper finally granted us access and apologized as no one at front desk but she would be able to assist us; Day 2: we get back to hotel after our outing and our access card was deactivated: intercom kept ringing/ no one attended to it, I kept calling the hotel phone number and to no avail. We kept waiting along another couple who was also late arrival / waiting to check in, outside the hotel in the cold until a guest granted us access. I knocked at the laundry mat room (from check-in date) as instructed by housekeeper if needed assistance she’d be available; she attended couple first and had to look for a room as their system was shut down after a certain time, meanwhile we kept waiting for access to our room. Couldn’t leave anymore because card would not be activated till the next day. By the time we finally got access to the room over half an hour had passed.

The staff is always kind and accommodating, I had a concern and the manager attentively listend and fixed it immediately. It's the perfect safe place for my 2 kids and myself. We will be extending our stay!

Checked in okay, and went to the room and discovered someone already there, he was smoking and towels all over the place and the Tv on. Went back to reception, and no apology or offer of another room. Being a women alone, did not feel safe at all so asked for a refund and run out as quickly as possible. Very scary.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Awful experience, I had a breaking and entering in the middle of the day and when police came there were nearly no surveillance footage for them to view so if you want to pay for a hotel room and then get robbed, good luck you’ve found the right place, for those of you who haven’t lost your sanity, avoid this place at all costs!!!!! I decided to leave this hotel right away and switched to a safer place, when I asked for refunds for the days I didn’t stayed in, they denied it with no hesitation whatsoever, which really makes me wonder if their staffs knowingly work with armed criminals and make a dirty profit from such activity. Just disgusting.

Toilet paper was just perched on top of the toilet because there was no holder. Floor didn’t feel all that clean under bare feet. Good location though for early morning flight out of San Jose airport.

No coffee maker in the room, no ice machine, not even a soap in the bathroom, hand towel has dirty marks on it, it has a little kitchen area with nothing. The couch was making noise when you sit on it, breakfast was terrible, coffee taste like tea. I sure will not stay here again, it definitely needed remodeled

This is reminiscent of renting out a 1950 trailer for the night. It appears old and not very well maintained. Every time I would walk out to my car I could smell marijuana, however the area seem to be safe and clean. My room was missing a towel bar, the toilet paper holder was loose, the sink drain ran slow plus the TV did not have any reception until I phoned the front desk. To their credit that did address these repairs. This was a great location to the freeway and a breeze to return to the air port. The owners really should come stay at the hotel to see for themselves, that it needs a little tender loving care.
