Would probably book again. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Went with someone with bad knee, no elevator but only had one flight of stairs to walk Great location for shopping

Had a tough time with Wi-Fi. No connectivity even 3-5 rooms away from main office. Was asked to reduce security on phone😀 Then was informed maybe the node around the room wasn’t working.

It was an old room and ok to stay for a couple of days. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work. If you are staying more than 2 days, you would want something more comfortable.

Room and staff were great. My only complaint would be that there was no elevator my room was on 2nd floor i have bad knee foot & ankle. But staff offered to move me to ground floor but i said i was fine. Which i was thank for offering

For the price the stay was adequate. Very limited front parking, but there is parking in the back. It’s kind of creepy parking in the back lot, I wouldn’t want to be back there alone. Our room was good and clean, but the tub stopper didn’t work so the water constantly drained out of the tub making showers the only option. The rooms have fridges, but there is only one microwave and it is in the hotel lobby for everyone to use. Breakfast is cold continental with limited options. The pearl of the stay was the night time staff. She was absolutely sweet but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She deserves a raise though. She’s great!! Hotel could use some updating, but I would stay here again as it convenient to food and shopping.

The environment was good However, there was no microwave and no coffee machine in the room. I will strongly recommend these are essential, because not all guests can walk to cafeteria to have their coffee. At least a coffee maker can be provided, if extra cost is warranted.

For the most part it was ok and did the job. The bed was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked great and it was quiet. Issues were that the bathroom faucet handle was broken so you got nothing but hot water, the carpet was dirty and is in desperate need of replacement, there were long black hairs mixed in with the towels, the room had all of the stuff to make coffee minus a coffeemaker and the pool was filthy.

Comfortable beds and room. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly. Found a pill on the floor, dirt in most corners, multiple roaches in the kitchen, breakfast coffee cups dirty. Asked for a cleaning/refresh on our first night, and second day, and third day... still waiting. Nice place but not worth the price. Hot tub out of service.

The motel was mostly clean. One issue we had was that a bed bug was found on our sheets on the last night of our stay. We were offered to use a substitute room that evening which was appreciated. The issue was that the substitute room had a smell of cigarettes. The manager the next moring was helpful and agreed to make it right which was greatly appreciated. We are waiting for expedia to follow through in offering us compensation.

This property was absolutely filthy. Bathroom had mold everywhere and shower head was held up with a washcloth covered in mold. Walls around sink and toilet had awful stains and smelled very bad.

Everything was great til we used the bathroom. There was a used condom on the sink behind the faucet. The lamp next the bed was missing a lightbulb! Other than those two things. Everything was great. The service, the location, the comfort, the ease to get to places.

We were staying one night. The hotel served its purpose. Came in around 10pm. It took a while to get someone at the desk to check in. We had to park in a lot behind the hotel. Seems there were people sleeping in their vehicles in the lot. The room seemed fairly clean but had a very musty odor- especially the sheets. No proteins involved with breakfast.

Never stayed in a noisier hotel! Walls paper thin and could hear next door neighbour TV loud and clear all night! Cleaning staff yelling in morning at each other as they cleaned. King bed with two small pillows that were likely 20 years old. Asked for two more pillows and they said they had none. Staff were friendly but didn’t help with any of our issues . Won’t go to another Super 8 and don’t understand the good reviews of this site

The front desk staff was welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable. The front staff was very accommodating. The room was musty, had mold and the beds were worn down to the springs. I have traveled too many places and stayed in many different motels and hotels and never had to pay so much for such a worn down room. Very disappointed in the rooms. Very thankful we had wonderful staff.

A good trip. Hotel was Ok. Location good. Desk associate very helpful with information. Surrounding areas were a bit outdated. Could use updating on outside of hotel. Not much of a breakfast selection, but worked Ok for us. No microwave, which wasn't a problem with us only staying one night, with a longer stay a microwave would be nice. There was a mini fridge, so that was good.All in all, considering the area, it was a good overnight stay. I'll consider staying there if we decide a return trip to Niagara Falls.

Affordable stay. But the breakfast didn’t have any protein options. There should at least be boiled eggs as an option. The rooms were clean, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. One of the towels in the bathroom was damaged.

We are handed over card for a room, and the room is not ready, we are given a different room. Then in the new room the AC stops working at night, and the manager tells we’ll need to pay extra to move to another room. Luckily the AC started working again in sometime, but they don’t maintain the AC and then expect customer to pay extra to get what they have already paid for.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was super friendly and very helpful when it came to leading us to fun activities and good food. The neighborhood is nice with lots of places nearby to eat and shop. We will be staying again.

Kids playing in hallways all hours. Had to ask desk clerk at 12:15am to remind people above us they had other guests under them to stop bouncing on the floor- he didnt care. Breakfast area was so dirty- had to leave to get food. Back door wasnt locked, bathroom had dirt streaks on the floor and counter- spit on mirror. Beds had HUGE divot in middle had to sleep on edges. Noise level was UN REAL loud with. slamming doors and conversations could be heard from hall and rooms away at all hours, desk clerk was too busy playing on his phone- will NEVER stay there again, and tell others to avoid.

This hotel is located right near the outlet stores, walmart and target. Very prime location. 30 min drive to the walden galleria mall. Hotel was very clean and hotel staff were really nice. Breakfast in the morning had bagels, cereal and toast. Coffee, tea ans juices. Great way to start the day. Beds were comfortable and great nights sleep. Rooms look like they have been updated. My twins and I had a great 2 nights.

I like that they didn't price hike because of football game. It was quiet and comfortable. I could easily walk to shopping or uber to outlet mall. Lots of choices for dinner and fast food too all walkable.
